Walked in and waited around 20 minutes max. Greeted at the door by YaYa. A younger, very pretty girl in which I didn't catch her name started on my nails. She must've been having problems with her significant other because in her conversation, you could tell she was uptight and annoyed. Which her vibe rubbed off on me. I went in to get away and relax and ended up uncomfortable by her conversation and demeanor while she was on the phone. Her work was amazing though and I'm Highly satisfied. I'll definitely be back in hopes she may be in a better mood. The sign says they close at 6pm on Saturdays but the doors still wide open at 6:35 and accepting customers who have obviously been here before and are probably frequent clients. read more

The staff is very friendly. Even though they are of Asian decent they speak very clear English. The facility can use a makeover. New paint, updated carpet and furniture would make this place much more attractive. Upkeep on cleaning would be a helpful note in the suggestion box. The outcome of the service was satisfactory. The manicure was reasonable priced at $12. I added some nail art to 4 nails for an extra $7. The massage with the service could have used a little more effort. But Maria did a wonderful job with the art of the ribbon on both my thumbs and ring fingers. The artistic ability will be the reason that I will go back to Ya Ya's. read more

Ya ya is amazing. I wish I could give 5 stars but the atmosphere deserves 3. The place is definitely in need of a renovation. It's not a posh salon. Regardless, Jessica & Ya Ya ALWAYS get my nails right. They're up on the latest trends. Also great with waxing. Ya ya is the only person I'd trust with my eyebrows. The only real warning I have for this place is not to let the guys do your nails. They aren't good communicators, and I left with nails I didn't like, while also being uncomfortable the majority of the time. Tip: go in the morning or mid day to avoid the wait! They are very busy in the afternoon, but it's still worth it. As soon as they decide to upgrade the salon, they'll get 5 Stars from me. read more

I will NEVER go back to this place. I went 2 days ago to get a full set and 5 of my nails have already fallen off.... Now I am having to glue my nails back on. It's very upsetting when you spend money expecting nails to last for 2 weeks when they are only lasting a few days. HUGE wast of money, very frustrating. Also when getting my nails done the nail tech was extremely careless with the file drill and sanded into 2 of my fingers causing them to bleed and scab. Get inside to find out it's CASH ONLY.... which is something they should have posted on the exterior Windows so you know prior. I wait 40 minutes, PICKED OUT MY POLISH OFF THEIR SHELF for him to say they only do shellac not regular Polish. I don't mind shellac, but I'm not going to be scammed into buying it. First the place is dirty. Second I got a pedi and it took less than a half hour and I got shellac. And he didn't scrub the bottom of my feet at all. Late review I went here last year and got my eyebrows waxed by YaYa you get a consultation on what you want they plucks the stranglers and starts waxing so you can have great brows. GOOD AT MAKING ARCHES. I TRUST YAYA AND ONLY YAYA WITH MY BROWS. Okay I had manicure before two years back and it felt rushed but looked good at the end so that's all that matters right. And they were clean and not so busy so it probably just gets dirty after all the customers throughout the day coming in and out from god knows where. read more

I went to get my nails done for a prom themed birthday party. I got a full set french tip for $50. They started to lift up within two days. I went back and had them redone (filled in). That part was free. However, they started to lift up again within a couple of days. I can't help but feel like I was ripped off. Acrylic nails are supposed to last a while. I came here based off of recommendations from friends but...I'm confused lol. It's dirty and messy. My nail tech sprayed alcohol on his tools to clean them which I know kills germs but it was kind of discouraging to see his half ass attempt at cleaning when other salons have actual sanitizing machines.... also the fact that the work stations were cluttered with dust and debris from previous clients. So disappointing. Horribly disappointing. I had heard great things.. Everything is dirty, tools, furniture, everything. There are new chairs. .. in boxes by the door. Meanwhile the chairs you sit in are torn to hell. The girl doing my nails has no idea what she was doing. The scissors she used to cut the sides were caked with old acrylic. At one point she chose a nail that was obviously the wrong size. Then she tried to peel it off. Which was painful!! Someone else had to take over because I was just going to go home. I wanted almond nails and each side was uneven and pointing in weird directions. The guy who took over was better but my nails *hurt*. His file he was using was fraying on the sides. Never again. Chances are next time i go to get these done I'll get a whole new set because i do not trust this places work at all read more

The only reason I'm giving it two stars is because the technician was fairly good and she was pleasant. But I doubt I will go back as it is the filthiest nail salon I have ever been in. These girls that are sitting around looking at their phones with nothing to do should get off their butts and clean the crap out of that salon it is just disgusting. I hope I don't get a nail fungus. Plus, the chairs are peeling bonded leather and the whole place needs a makeover. I wouldn't have been that upset if it was just old and run down but I draw the line at filth. Yaya nails use to be my place to go but not anymore! I found out that they use mma which is illegal and eat your nails off. I spent 2 hours on my day yesterday just getting them removed because mma fuses itself to your nail and is a pain to come off! The worst nail place I've ever stepped foot in, soaked my nails off for over 45 minutes until the acetone was evaporated. Finally I had to say something to the guy which he was rude & asked me if I wanted to do my own nails!!! Then I ask him to cut my cuticles which he said no he's not doing a manicure he's doing a full set. Then I ask him to get all the extra nasty stuff from the soak off, off around my nails and he got so pissed because it wouldn't come off, threw the paper towel on the counter and said do it yourself then. In which I said I'm paying you to do my nails why would I do it ? So I told him to just finish up, I left with no paint job and my nails still covered in gunk from the soak off. I really love this place! Except how if you make an appointment your still waiting to be taken care of, and walk ins are impossible unless your waiting in the parking lot for them to open! I only have to go once a month (like every 3 weeks) and that is not common with me because I wash my hands so much & I'm pretty rough on my nails. I've been going here for years now I refuse to go anywhere else by far the best eyebrows and eyelashes I used to face a phobia of getting my eyebrows done but yaya fixed it everyone always asks where I get them done and no one believe my lashes are fake. They specialize in the creative and trendy nails they keep up with the latest trends unlike other places. And Henry makes the place what it is he's so funny everyone's always laughing walking in here is like walking into family every customer is known by their first name and even if you only see one mail each the others still ask about how you're doing. Doesn't deserve even 1 star! Made an appointment with Yaya on Thursday for Saturday morning at 9:30. When I arrived at 9:15, she was already working on someone. She ended up taking 3 people before me. You get shuffled for chair to chair getting your fill done by 2 different people. Finally got to Yaya and my designs and polish have bubbles in them. Got my nails done with shellac manicure and design, all except two of my fingers were ok, the rest had polish all over my cuticles ... Come back the next day, they hacked my cuticles and skin off... Repainted, still looked like a two year old painted...they said they would refund me just the nail polish cost LOL.... Then other lady tried to fix . Made my thumb cuticle bleed all over , repainted again... still on my cuticles... Design from new lady was like crap and all my fingers are killing me now.... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE..
