Or if they had actually delivered what I asked for, I wouldn't have minded the price. Instead, what I received looked nothing like my reference photo, and I had to ask them to change the design on nearly every single nail because of the lack of skill. I just wanted to leave with somewhat presentable nails. For what I ended up with, I was still charged $98 and it felt completely unreasonable. I'm open to feedback if others feel differently, but in my opinion, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Will definitely not be coming back.

I scheduled a 30 minute Hydra Facial with Kelsey and it was totally meant to be! We have a lot of things in common health wise and it was great to get her opinions on new products. So I got a teeth whitening the first time I went (which was kinda pricey, if my opinion matter) I wasn't impressed.. ! So I was like w/e bcus I have my own teeth whitening routine (it's great!) I went and made another appointment for a tooth gem, it was an annoying experience (the chemicals burned an peeled the inside of my lips) and the gems fell out the same week.. so it's been like 6 months maybe or basically when they newly opened (I've been too salty to say anything) and one of teeth that the gem was installed on still has what seems like forever damage from the chemicals used .. it's a constant reminder for me to never go back.. services were done by who I believe is the main owner (Kai) I realize everyone has had a different experience..I guess I was the Guinea pig smh positive is everything seemed clean and the place was decorated really cute. Picture this: It was two days before prom, 10 at night, and I called expecting to leave a voicemail and have them get back to me in the morning. But no....she answered! She said I could come in the next day and she was so helpful that she gave me directions and told me where to park. When I got there she carefully explained the process in its entirety and put soft, soothing melodies on to set the mood. The eyelashes themselves were 3 in 1. I got the combination set and they were gorgina! Overall experience was FANTASTIC!
