I love this nail salon! It's clean, well lit, tastefully decorated and they treat you like you're their only customer. Lots of options, colors, and again, very clean! TaTa is my nail tech and she does a great job every time. She pays attention to detail. I can't say enough good things about this salon. Easy to schedule an appointment when everything is closed or booked. Staff is friendly but they always talk to each other and I have know idea about what. ;) I loved how she waxed my eyebrows! I have a sensitive skin because I use Retinol for skin care and other places just ripped my skin off using too hot wax. I didn't like my nails. I didn't want to do acrylic but somehow I ended up getting it thinking she meant gel nail polish. ‍ Nails were different length and shape, thin and thick. One nail fell off after several days but I tried to open the jar of Twizzlers so it is my fault (?). She did a pretty design and all this took less than an hour. Before she applied gel, nails were not "cleaned" so I am not sure if it is supposed to be the case (again, I didn't plan to get fake nails :))) ). I rarely post reviews EVER, but this place was so good I had to! My BFF and I wanted to get acrylic nails, hers with alternating colors and mine with a two color design. We called about 1 hour before we came in, and let them know what we wanted and that we wanted to come in. We get there, and it is a beautiful interior with cleaned surfaces and happy faces. We already felt welcomed, and we had been there for 2 seconds. We signed in and sat down, and a wonderful artist came by and did our nails. She constantly asked how we liked it, what we wanted, and even gave tips on what red would show better on my black nails! I had gotten sleepy and yawned a little, and one of the attendants was kind enough to offer to let me close my eyes in the pedicure chair while I waited! How wonderful is that? The regulars here were treated like close friends, and my friend and I were too. Even for the customer service ALONE I'd give 5 stars. Now for the nail quality. AMAZING!! My acrylics are perfectly even and sturdy, not too thick, and overall amazing. Keep in mind also that I showed my artist a VERY complex design that is special to me, which she ROCKED. I cannot recommend this place enough! And for reference, the prices are VERY fair for the quality of the product, my UV gel acrylic nails with a VERY complex design cost $75 + tip. I tried this place when the previous owner was there. The previous owner had the worst attitude so I was excited to see new mgt. Only one person knew how how to do dip and there was some personal things going so it took a few hours. No biggie. She had done my nails a few times but this particular time she was out and Tata did my nails. I asked that no drill was used on my natural nails. Not sure if she was irritated or what but this is how she painted my nails. I paid for someone to flood my cuticle and give me a horrible manicure. Not sure if I will ever go back. read more

I'm disappointed with this place. Been here three times already. Never had a great manicures but with all places, I try to give them a couple of chances. I got my nails done on Christmas Eve. They did not last until new year's. Started to bubble and peel off. I have been away, so iwent in today and to get them fixed. Got there at 10:55am. They didn't open but there were two other cars outside waiting,so I figured I'd wait 5 mins, since they opened at 11. Well 11:10 and no one showed up still. There was one lady thatcame in and said she had an appointment with Kim at 11:15 so hopefully someone would show up. She took her time and did a better job shaping and cutting them to my desired length than every other place I've been to in the Troy-Warren area. I stopped getting my nails done because too many pushy "nail professionals" ruined my nails by filing them down so thin. So I decided to give them a break. It's been a year or so, and I have an event this weekend. So I come in with polish on and a "gel" coat on that I applied at home looking for a full gel set with regular polish. First the lady tries to push a gel color... Thanks lady, but my mom is a manicurist in NY, she does my nails every time I'm home. I've tried every brand of gel polish there is on my hands and it's a waste of money (for me). We get past that, she sits down says, "I have to be on the phone little bit..." ok... She takes out the Dremel tool they use to file and I pull my hand away. I don't want you to use that it ruined my nails. "Ok..." I give her back my hands and she picks up the tool again. Lady, lets have a come to Jesus moment real quick. You're not using that on my hands. So she picks up a file to start taking the color off... Alright cool. Then she tells me, "When we get the polish off I'll have to use that to file your nails." NO, actually you don't. Because that little hand file sitting on the table does the same god damned thing as the power tool. I got up and left. Maybe it's time for Mom to teach me how to do my own damn gel acrylic. **also, the music in this place is TERRIBLE! It's like a child's wind up jewelry box, except louder and higher pitched. read more

I've had so much trouble finding a good salon that won't break the bank and I think My Day is it! I went in with horrible acrylics from another salon hoping I could get them fixed here. They were a bit aggressive while doing my fill but I didn't mind that much since the results were so great, but some people might not like that. My nails now look so nice and natural, I can't wait to come back here again! I also got a pedicure, they line the tubs so everything is clean and hygienic which is really important to me. I only took off one star because they didn't have air conditioning and the door was open, which let in a few flies. Normally I don't care about air conditioning but it was over 80 degrees today haha. I've been coming here since 2015 for manicures and pedicures, and I've always been very satisfied. About half a year ago I started getting dipping powder manicures, and I highly recommend them... They last forever and keep my natural nails strong. I come in every three weeks, only because my nails grow too long. Ok I came here two days ago. I got a lovely lavender mani at nail design in marietta georgia but the acrylics came off and cracked so quickly even though I did not do any heavy labor with my hands. Not sure what happened although the look was great the adhesive might have been subpar im not aure. Anyways, I dropped in around 6:45 or so they close at 7:30. The owner's wife promptly jumped on fixing my manicure right away and gave me the polish I wanted and I just went with regular polish and a regular mani because I was short on time a d decided to let my nails breath so no acrylics. He engaged in conversation with me as well which is always pleasant. I was on a run that day too having to do a lot of errands and stuff so it was a very well done job and quick service. i was happy!!!! :)) read more
