I got a shellac mani & a polish change on my toes for $42. Based on what I've been paying at my normal salon that is GREAT! Mimi was my nail tech. She was a little slow, but she was very thorough and attentive to every detail. I hate nail salons that want to rush you in and out. She was patient with my services, and even my indecisiveness on a color. She also didn't get an attitude when I requested that she not drill on my nails. Lastly, she was focused on ME! Not chit chatting with other nail techs or customers. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to 1) speed of service 2) they charge extra if you want more than 2 polish colors and 3) I wanted designs and nobody was there that could do it. I'm moving to Rochester Hills in a cpl months and finding a suitable nail salon was TOP priority lol!

They took me insistently, since I was in need to get my nails done for my SIL's bridal shower and an upcoming bachelorette party. I did not catch anyone's name, but I wish I had. The lady who did my nails was super sweet, gentle, and did a wonderful job. I love my nails, and the color is amazing (shown in the provided photo). The conversation was flowing, the workers have amazing chemistry, and they are personal individuals, which makes the environment comfortable. The salon was beyond clean with a cozy feeling to make you feel relaxed. I have already recommended this salon to my sister, but I will most definitely come back. Also, the price was beyond reasonable and affordable.

I have been going to LV Nails since 2022. I chose this place because they had amazing Google…read morereviews, which have since been reset due to Google wiping their business page. They have opened a new page and in only 7 months, they have 77 reviews and a 4.9 star rating, which is amazing. Although these Yelp reviews aren't as high as the ratings on Google, please go with what you see on Google. This business is so incredibly deserving of the higher ratings they receive there. I get my acrylics done here and they always come out amazing. If you are a person that likes fun and funky nails like I do, I would call and ask which nail techs they recommend for your specific needs. They have someone who specializes in gel nails too. As for pedicures, your toes always come out looking nice. If you have a concern regarding an ingrown or something like that, just let them know and they are pretty accommodating. I will say that this is not the place to go if you are looking for a pedicure with a thorough foot and leg massage. The vibe in here is very pleasant and warm. The manager Tina is very sweet and welcoming. They have a TV in there and it's usually playing a movie while the techs and clients talk amongst each other. The techs work so hard and are very nice. But please do not be rude to your nail tech and do not expect them to take it. Someone who barks orders at their nail tech is going to have a different experience than someone who respects and nicely lets their nail tech know if they want something changed. I do not know if they will be nice if you're rude to them -- which they shouldn't be -- but I just wanted to give a little disclaimer on respecting our lovely nail techs. In conclusion, you should definitely come to LV Nails. They are so deserving of your business and you will not be disappointed.

Yelp! told me several salons were open but either they weren't - or, the one that was didn't have time to take me. I figured I'd try one more or go home and try to take the gel off myself... I parked at 4:30 pm figuring I'd just see if they could take off the gel since there wasn't time to give me a full pedi. But the sign on the door said they closed at 4:30 so I stated to walk away -- but the owner Lee saw me and smiled and waved me in. I said, "oh, it's okay, you are closing" and he said, "no, no, what do you need?" And I said, "can you just take the gel off my toes?" And he said, "is that all?" Again, awww! So I'm getting pampered and feeling better about the day. My toes look fantastic and Lee gave me a great massage including hot towels. They brought me water and a little piece of chocolate. .. and I feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend. Will be back with my friends!

Unfortunately, Monday was NYD, so I called on each day that week, trying to reach someone. Nobody answered each time I called, it was frustrating!
