All the staff members were very friendly and the pedicure I received was great quality and very relaxing :)

Really sad to post this because I have been coming here regularly since they opened. On Saturday I went to get my usual shellac pedicure and dip manicure and during the pedicure the nail tech burned my leg with a candle. She was giving me their new candle massage with the wax and decided to use the nail file to flick the lit candle into the water basin my feet were in and missed and the candle landed straight on my leg and burned me. I understood that this was an accident so I wasn't too upset but then she proceeded to write up the full amount for the pedicure (80 dollars) and put it under my manicure techs cup so I couldn't see it and then she left for the day. I thought for sure she would have told the manager and given me a free pedicure (AT THE VERY LEAST). When I finally saw the bill I asked for the pedicure for free and when they called the owner he said he would only give me $30 off. I was so upset but really liked my nails on my hands so I paid the amount and tipped and left. The next day my burn looked worse and I couldn't believe they still made me pay. My husband was outraged and called and spoke with the manager who refunded me the $50 back and asked if she could bring me tumeric root. I guess I'm glad they gave me the full money for the pedicure back, but I've been coming here for so long and know them well so I figured they would be more apologetic or something. They are usually very skilled nail techs so I am sad this happened. Glad the manager took care of the refund but this should have been immediate. read more

I really enjoyed this shop at first but the quality was hit or miss and the prices are too high for that. The last time I went there, several months ago, their cash machine kept 20 of mine and I am still waiting for this business to return the stolen money. I have called and texted but gave up. To add insult to injury they blamed me. Don't go here! read more

Edit: Since they wanted to say it was a few minutes late and not own up to it being almost an HOUR. I will post the receipts/proof of my appointment and the time they called me when I walked out. I will start by saying Kat was the reason I waited so long to write this review. She was so sweet and amazing/ did an amazing job on my design. BUT I feel they are extremely unorganized. I made an appointment 2 days before and I was stuck waiting at that salon 50 MINUTES before I walked out. No one communicated to tell me what was going on or how much longer, nothing! I have never waited longer than 10 minutes for an appointment. Someone said they were going to start my nails/ do my tips but they never came back. They called me to come back after I left but they closed in 10 minutes so I felt a little uncomfortable coming back. There are no prices listed ANYWHERE!! Not online not on the wall nothing. It was $80!! Usually my sets are about $65 anywhere else. Kat did a great job shaping my nails and was very apologetic, she's the reason I actually wasn't going to write a review in the first place. What set me off is that It's been a week and half and I've lost 8 of my nails. I got dip with tips and gel. I have gotten my nails done at many places and have been going for years and never experienced this before. Most of my sets usually last up to 3 weeks!! I'm just so disappointed in the quality and cannot believe I paid $80 to not even have my nails on for 2 weeks. I don't recommend this place and am sad I wasted my money and time here. read more

Worst pedicure ever. I was cut twice and still had to go home and file my nails to an appropriate length and even shape.

I've had nothing but great experiences at Exclusive Nails & Spa! I've gotten dip manicures here every month since moving to the area, and I always leave feeling happy, relaxed, and confident :) I've had a majority of the staff do my nails at this point, and everyone is always so kind and puts a lot of effort into making each appointment awesome. I'm regularly offered a water bottle and greeted with smiles by everyone. I usually only make appointments the day before I plan on dropping by, and I've never had an issue with waiting for my appointment--even during busy hours when I am out of work during the week. I recommend them to any friends that ask for nail salon recs!! read more

Worst and most painful pedicure I have every received. Not only did I have to wait 40 minutes for my pedicure that I had an appointment for, but they forgot to paint one of my toenails (I currently have 9/10 toes painted), I am left with an infected toenail from dirty tools, and a huge bruise on my leg from the rough treatment. I've been meaning to write about my recent experiences at this place. The first few times I came here, the service was great! However, during my last visit for a nail appointment, I tipped my nail tech using Venmo, which I usually do. When I went to pay, the owner asked if I wanted to leave a tip on my card. I told her I already tipped through Venmo. The owner seemed upset and said it's not allowed because of tax reasons. This was news to me and left a bad impression. I've been to several luxurious spas and nail salons and never encountered an issue with Venmo tips before. As a result, I don't plan to return here for any future services. read more
