I wish I would have taken pictures, but I was just thrilled to get the chipped polish off. I went in on a Saturday for a gel manicure, and by Monday, the first nail had chipped. Unfortunately, Monday was NYD, so I called on each day that week, trying to reach someone. Nobody answered each time I called, it was frustrating! By day 5, I had three nails that had chipped paint and two more that had very tiny chips in the corner of my nails. I've never had such a horrible experience with gel polish in my life. I will not be going back ever again. This was my first time going. I was the only person waiting and I need a few minutes to choose my nail colors. The woman was extremely rude and did not allow me extra time to choose. I was under pressure and chose a color I didn't like. When she was doing my actual nails she kept burning me with the tool because the speed was so high. Three times I pulled my hand away out of pain and she never adjusted the speed. I have been very impressed with this salon after 2 visits. On my first trip I had a nice pedicure, and my mom had a gel manicure that looked great! My only comment is that they don't do foot/leg massage with their pedicures. On my 2nd visit I had a dip manicure removed, and replaced with regular polish. The service didn't include a few things that their description on the wall described. And then the polish didn't look great, and all chipped off within 3 days. First time here since Gwen sold it. Requested a mani and pedi. Told to pick the color from hundreds of colors, but was told the ones on the wall is what they have. One woman cut my toenails while another worked on my hands. This did not work because I was being pulled every which way. Cut my toenails too short and squared my nails after asking for round. Woman doing my nails was on her phone the entire time. Another woman had to finish my toes. The woman doing my nails bumped them every time she put them in the dryer. As I sat in the chair I watched a spider crawl all over the boxes on the pedicure cart next to me. The place was not clean! The manicure had to be four coats and the woman redid my pedicure!! Also took my 5 year old daughter with me and instead of having the woman do her nails some old man did them while the woman just sat on her phone trying to make more money off of us! I won't go to this place anymore. I made an appointment over 2 weeks ago. I gave them my name and phone number. I left work early to get to my appointment. When I arrived, there was a big sign on the door "closed due to family emergency". While I am very sorry for the family emergency, I wish I would have received a phone call and I would have rescheduled. The manicures there are ok, but nothing special. This lack of consideration makes me not want to return to this place. They don't value my patronage. read more

I will not be coming back! I went to Pristine Nails on January 16th. I requested a full set of nails. I specifically asked if the nail tech could give me black to white OMBRE nails. She told me she could do it, then continued on doing my nails. When it finally came time to paint them, she asked to see the picture I showed her again, then went off to find the colors. she painted every nail white, and then was asking ME if the black was the right one. I told her no, then she went off to find a new black. she came back, put the black on, attempted for the 2nd time to do black to white ombre. then decided she couldn't do it. I then showed her a picture of simple colors. and she left the white on my nails, then painted them the colors she chose ( which weren't anywhere near the color I showed. but after 3 coats they looked a little better, so I dealt with it. my fault, completely.) I paid 40 for my set, and left. When I got home I noticed she did not glue the tips to my nails correctly. and KNEW one specific nail (my middle finger on my right hand) would be broken before the rest. Thursday, Jan 21, while at work the same nail that I knew would be first to break, had snapped off. no shock. but painful! Friday Jan 22, I decided to go to a different nail salon. they fixed my broken nail, painted my nails a beautiful color&& left unbelievably satisfied!! Wednesday Jan 27th, now 11 days after getting my set of nails from Pristine Nails. My pointer finger nail pops clean off with ZERO effort or pain!! thankfully there was no pain. But unfortunately there is a huge amount of disappointment!!! two nails, within 1 week and a half. I will NEVER come back nor will I recommend Pristine Nails. The ladies are nice. But definitely not worth the forty dollars I wasted, then had to pay 30 to fix something that was easily avoidable. read more

The online price reflects $37 though I was charged $45, said the website wasn't updated. Whose fault is that. And no fan to dry nails, you sit there until they dry. I like getting multiple colors done and there is no extra charge like other salons I've been to. They have a huge selection of colors as well. Pristine Nails is pretty cool-- not great-- but cool! There are only two women who work there whenever I visit and no matter if I have an appointment or not I always find myself waiting for the pedicurist to finish the person before me. For this place to be so new it is extremly understaffed (and on a Friday at that) and for that reason my quest for finding a nail salon that I absolutely love continues. Please do not get me wrong! It is CLEAN, the massage chairs actually feel amazing (I have been to some salons where the chairs leave me more sore than relaxed) and the foot and leg massage.. O.M.G.. I drool whenever I receive the massages here! The classic/basic pedicure is only $35 and worth it, however, waiting thirty unplanned minutes is not. If I happen to be in the area and see that no other cars in parked inside the small strip mall area I may stop in. Otherwise, I will continue driving. read more

I am traveling for business and found myself with an evening off. Decided to get my pedicure updated and an eyebrow wax. Walked in to appointment and they took me right away. Salon is clean and neat. Hygiene was great. Ended up with deluxe pedi. Loved the hot rocks and massage. Polish looks great. I don't know about you but many times the wax burns my eyebrow area - not here. Wonderful salon with clean facilities and a ton of color choices. Comfortable chairs and even a kids chair! I came between meetings and was able to walk in and have a wonderful pedicure with one of my favorite colors Pompeii Purple I haven't seen at other salons in a while. My favorite nail salon ever! The quality of service is better than a pricey spa but without the obnoxious price tag. The ladies working here are sweet and kind and remembered me even after the first time. The pedicure chairs are new and clean and all of them work! Huge selection of colors both regular polish and shellac. Great music, current top 40 love songs and pop. The only thing that would put it over the top is if they were open on Sundays but we all need a day off so I get it! Love this place, recommend it to everyone! read more

Stopped in this morning for a shellac pedicure since I was in the area. The pedicure was phenomenal! It included a foot/leg massage that was the best I've ever received during a pedicure. I picked a purple glitter gel polish color and the owner suggested I put a purple underneath it to make it really pop and it does!
