My Family come here Every 2 weeks. They usually do a good job BUT today they were busy and he rushed on my nails. When I came in I had my daughter and I told him my daughter wanted a Mani and Pedicure. I needed a fill in and a pedicure. He did my fill and once it started getting crowded he started rushing. He put the oil on my hands and told me my total. I said what about my pedicure. He said you never told me. Now why would I have yellow nails and blue toes. He said I sorry we busy and you would have to wait behind these ppl. Never Again will I come here. So pressed for a few dollars and mess up a regular customer that comes and tips all the time. read more

This was my first time here! It was wonderful. The atmosphere is quiet, clean, & relaxing. I called an hour before I went in to ask for availability for my friend & I. They took us in no problem. The gel pedi itself was amazing! So much more than just the color. The massage was great & they did a great job with my cuticles & everything. They did not rush. My pedi was about an hour long! I loved every second of it. Lastly, my friend ended up getting a full set & they let me just chill in the pedi chair for an hour. Very nice read more

Manicure My Nails chipped after 3 days with gel When I returned to request they be repainted and expecting the proprietor to make it right he refused. I was informed my nails were too weak and I should get fake nails if I wanted the polish to last. They would not warranty their work although gel polish typically last much longer. I've had Gel before lasting 10-21 days on my natural nail. Very unfortunate. Disappointing I won't be back. read more

When I walked in I was welcomed quickly. No waiting, so therefore I was lead to my seat, as he scooted the chair back and made sure it was underneath me before he pushed me in. Very gentlemanly. Everyone was friendly. Requested a polish color change, but needed to have a fill in too. My nails were lifting, so that was also a better experience than I have had at other places. This was/is our first visit. **and definitely will NOT be our last‼** We were not disappointed. The shop opened at 11 AM. We arrived 40- 30 after as "walk-in's - Immediately greeted & acknowledged at the reception booth Very Engaging personnel - asked the type of service we were looking to get. We were Immediately escorted to the pedicure chairs - And the magic of the day commenced. We were provided with a laminated "menu" of the types of services available- (almost like picking a"combo meal " but without the regret of the extra calories, lol ) Not only is this good business practice, In my opinion, it keeps down discrepancies of what type of service you're paying for; what you were quoted at the door and the price you paid upon leaving. The Price ranges were not outrageous- I would give my total cost a rating of . (Less than $90 with the tip) two hours of uninterrupted service as the main and only focal point of my technician. Worst experience ever! I would NOT recommend this place. It is very dirty. The gentleman doing my nails did a horrible job. Cut my cuticles not once but twice and never said sorry. Then he used the set of nail clips and files out of his drawer and when he was done with mine, he put them back in and never sanitized them. Usually, they open a fresh package but not here. So who ever got their nails done after mine will have the same equipment he cut me with. Then my toenail had a small tear in it so instead of gluing it before you polished it he put the glue on top of the polished nail and got it all over my skin. He didn't speak any bit of English so when I said something all he did was smile. It is ridiculous that I spent $75 for this kind of service. The worst part is that they are NOT sanitary at all. I walked out with nails that I could have done a better job polishing and my feet were not soft at all. They just rush you to get you out because they have 3 other people in there complaining as well. I hope people read this before they go there! read more

I tried this place for the first time, the lady was really rough and kinda rude moving really fast for no reason, there was only one customer waiting and she was still soaking. I asked for a purple glitter shellac polish and it came out green and she told me it was mood changing polish (it wasn't) i tested it for her and it didn't change and she didn't want to admit that the polish was just not right. So a guy re-did them a different color and the polish began to peel within a week so i wont be coming here again read more

This is my closet and convenient location that I like to go get nails done at. The owner is kinda of abrasive, but I don't really mind. A manicure & pedicure is $32 which is a very good deal and all you have to do is tip. The pedicure includes a nice foot massage, some cold aloe, and hot towels wrapped around your legs. Also they have new massage chairs and that really work your back while getting your feet done. The manicure is typical and doesn't really include any extras, but it does the trick. This place is fairly busy, especially in the afternoons, and they do take appointments, which is nice. I don't usually make the appointments because usually the decision to get my nails done is spur of the moment. Everytime I have gone in thought I have had to wait 5-15 minutes. So make sure you have a little extra time. Like most nail places they hate when you use your credit card, but they have to deal with it. They have signs hung up inside that say please tip in cash...clearly someone doesn't want to claim those cash tips ;-) read more

Let me start off by saying I was visiting for a cousins wedding, I am from Philadelphia. This place was horrible, the older lady who did my toes was very nasty and had an attitude because my old polish was hard to come off, she cut me twice with the cuticle clipper, which I bled a little. Sprayed all this alcohol on my toes which she just cut, then she said that I gave her a lot of work to do.. She then scrubbed my feet with the hard brush but no water which hurt and had a nerve to tell me to sit still. I asked her to take off the polish off my nails which I would pay for, she only took off a little, and when I asked if I could have a piece of cotton to finish, she literally gave me a thin piece smaller then my pinky. Ugh my friend came with me, and felt the same way. Never again read more

I've been getting my nails done forever and I have to say this has been the worst place yet . They are so sloppy and fast . I'm not one to sit and write a review on a place but seriously this place is a disaster . First off they don't clean any of there tools they use on your nails . The desk in which they do your nails at is completely disgusting. Nail polish ended up all over my hands and skin . The girl who did mine was going to fast she cut me. Worst experience ever, Hands down. New to the neighborhood, Decided to give this place a shot since its close to home. Asked for a full set, Picked out a color and was immediately seated which was nice! The woman doing my nails sat me down and literally didnt say ONE WORD to me to start, whatever no big deal. when glueing the plastic tips on, She completely glued to my skin... Okay. she went to cut them asking me how short, As I opened my mouth to begin to say longer she brought the clipper to my fingertip and clipped COMPLETELY IGNORING what I said. I said okay whatever, Thats fine just continue and to please keep the shape wide and square. Mind you the while time doing my nails she LITERALLY kept digging in her nose because it itched, I didnt even know what to say. She continued to not say anything and at this point was forcefully pulling and shoving my fingers to move. Long story short she slopped acrylic on my nails, they are crooked and uneven, This is the day after my visit and 4 nails have lifted off. Learned my lesson on a 23$ full set there, 20 minutes she spent on me total. Dont waste your time or money! read more

I've been going to this salon for over 7 years. They have been nothing but professional in all that time. I have had a problem, in the past, with nails staying on due to small nail beds. However, with this salon, the care they take sllows my nails to stay on for the regular two week fill interval. I appreciate their professionalism and careful work. When I went in I didn't have to wait which was a good thing. The lady that did my mani and pedi did take her time which I liked she wasn't rushing. I just wish the hand massage was a little bit longer. It took her long to polish my nails which she blamed my nail polish for. The pedicure was ok my heels are still rough tho . She was a sweet lady But she messed up my eyebrows. I saw her do a lady prior to me and said wow I'll give her a try. My eyebrows looked nothing alike at all. But she did end up fixing them but they still don't look the same. I'm going to have to fix them myself somehow. Overall the atmosphere wasn't all that. Some people walked in and no one even greeted them so they walked out. I think they need more smiling faces. The lady I had was the only one that was kind. But too bad I won't be going back. I give the lady a two star because she spent time on me and didn't rush but I wasn't pleased with a lot of things. read more
