I waited a good 10min before I was sat down in one of the chairs and waited another 10 before being serviced. That wasn't unusual nor uncommon to me. When I tell you that Fong gave the BEST foot and leg message ever during a pedicure, it's not an understatement. She was very attentive and kept up a good conversation. I really appreciate the time she took to take care of the little things I asked for. Going back for future pedicures for sure.

Off a picture, this man got them down to the freaking size, bro. I'm anxious so when they asked me if I wanted to watch a movie or anything, I said no. My boy Joe turns on Mad Max... They got me water even when I didn't ask. My nails came out to 65 bucks and I tipped 50. You need to reward this type of service, man. I --cannot-- wait to go back. Period. Unfortunately, Monday was NYD, so I called on each day that week, trying to reach someone. Nobody answered each time I called, it was frustrating! By day 5, I had three nails that had chipped paint and two more that had very tiny chips in the corner of my nails. I've never had such a horrible experience with gel polish in my life. She was patient with my services, and even my indecisiveness on a color. She also didn't get an attitude when I requested that she not drill on my nails. Lastly, she was focused on ME! Not chit chatting with other nail techs or customers. The lady who did my nails was super sweet, gentle, and did a wonderful job. I love my nails, and the color is amazing (shown in the provided photo). The conversation was flowing, the workers have amazing chemistry, and they are personal individuals, which makes the environment comfortable. The salon was beyond clean with a cozy feeling to make you feel relaxed. I have already recommended this salon to my sister, but I will most definitely come back.
