I had an appointment that I was running behind on and they let me know that they were going to charge my card whether I got the service or not, I was not a NO SHOW I gave my reasons 4 delay, which were not considered, on this day I had another appointment assisting elderly at a community center in another city, time got away from us but I informed that I would be upholding my appointment, as I spoke she kept cutting me off, was very argumentative she brought up text messages that I hadn't even got about a time change for me to be there earlier, I knew reasonably that I would not have been able to do due 2 prior commitments, that conversation was the worst I do not need to experience AGGRESSION IN ANY WAY from any SOULESS humans... life happens as I explained to this rude girl we can't be in two places at the same time and when unforeseen occurrences occur we have to roll with it either they accommodate the customers or respond in the kind way & offer feasible options to make experiences pleasant at their establishment we are supporting b/c WE DON'T HAVE TO SPEND OUR HARD EARNED MONEY WHERE IT'S NOT APPRECIATED ~ RESPECTED, this rude girl chose not to, I would not suggest for any in that area to support this business just off of this experience alone that uncomfortable exchange was traumatizing for a person who is disabled ~visually impaired, I rate ZERO STARS FROM ME, to add she said that I'm not allowed any get other services in the future based off this MISUNDERSTANDING... Mmmmm! It's been a long hot summer and you deserve a treat, just like I did!…read more I've had plenty of pampering massages over the years but this one is the best ( but don't tell the others)! Here's why: 1. For a little thing, Ambers hands are very strong and she has a special gift for knowing where your muscles are tight and how much pressure to apply. She intuits the perfect balance of healing and depth without pain and making you tense up! Perfect! Exactly what you need. 2. Here's what makes Relax S'More stand out: usually after a massage, you're supposed to "take your time" getting up and getting dressed so you can get on your way and the room can be prepare prepared for the next person! But HERE, you actually get to luxuriate after your massage and let your muscles really enjoy the benefit. You have a little extra time to get your width back about you before you get off the table, put your clothes on and step out into light! This is everything! Having to jump back into the rat race immediately after a massage, kind of defeats the purpose, and the way this place is set up. You can gently ease your way back to life and that the benefits linger! I feel like I got so much more for my money! I can't wait to go back! Highly recommend! Make your appointment now, before the summer gets away from you.

My home sauna that has been broken for months and I have been on a quest to find a comparable sauna…read morein the wild as I await my replacement parts that are literally coming on a slow boat from China. I have been to three other places (Sirona, Meta Physica, and Motor City Spa). So far, the sauna at Massage Green is the best. I typically use my home one three times a week, so this has been a bit of a hardship. I hadn't sauna-ed in a few weeks and I was feeling sluggish and my skin was meh. After my first visit to Massage Green's sauna, I felt bright eyed and bushy tailed again! I'm about three visits in so far and getting my overall groove back. Pros 1. It is hot when I get there. Several others I have tried around town are not to full temp. Like that is the whole point! 2. It is spacious. Several around town are tiny little jail cells. And you can't even call them little sweat boxes because they are not even hot. The bench is almost long enough to fully recline (I am about 5'5"). 3. Robe provided. The robe is a nice touch if you need to run to the restroom mid-sauna. 4. Flexible / reasonable plans: I was able to an 8 pack of saunas for $100. They have other packs and plans for massages and facials which I may look into as well as I near the end of this pack. 5. Spacious parking lot/easy access for major roads and highways 6. Clean and calm interior 7. Nice staff 8. Ability to book and cancel on-line. Cancellation for massage and facial services is free up to 7pm the night before but for sauna seems to be fine up to the hour before, but I don't want to take advantage and ruin it for everyone, but I did have to cancel with just a couple hours notice and they didn't charge me 9. Filtered water dispenser in the hall Cons: 1. No shower 2. No chromotheraphy lights 3. Can't change the music in the room 4. Towels are scratchy Tips if you are going to sauna: 1. Bring your own big Yeti cup or similar for in the sauna 2. Don't forget whatever skivvies you want to wear in the sauna (I like to wear soft cotton boxers and a soft lounge bra) 3. Bring slides/sandals in case you need to run to the bathroom mid-sauna. Also good for leaving, if it is cold so you can really soak up the cold blast after 4. Don't forget the clothes for after! I usually go right after working out, so I am not putting my workout clothes back on after 5. I bring a pack of shower-wipe things to wipe off after. I am definitely still funky after cause I wear hippie deodorant and I am definitely going to run an errand after while I'm on that side of town regardless of the funk-factor.
