When I opened the website, I noted a new address which was far away from my place and to rebook the appointment the website was asking me to pay half the cost of the massage which was approximately 45$. Yesterday on Dec. 3,2025 I called and spoke with Rita who immediately knew what I was talking about and offered me a refund or said she can still do my massage. I agreed to the massage and she told me she would send me a text confirming my appointment for Friday Dec, 4th at 12pm. I still have not received a text or call from this lady. I disputed it through Groupon on for them to decline my refund. This is the email I received from Groupon " Dear , Thank you for giving us the time to review your request. We've reached out to the merchant on your behalf, and after careful review, your refund request could not be approved because I spoke with Ms. Collins and I am going to take her this Friday, so it is resolved.. Since the merchant is the direct service provider, Groupon can only process a refund with their authorization. We completely understand this may not be the resolution you were hoping for, and we're truly sorry for any disappointment this may cause." I DO NOT recommend this place.
