Okay so i waited a few days before getting on here. I actually got such a fast reply when i was…read morelooking to schedule a facial which is a plus. Because when you feel like "My skin needs this" and then you have a long wait or no openings makes you put off treating your skin right. (or maybe its just me). Okay back to the scheduling of this appointment with Aesthetic Theory Detroit (ATD). I click on the tab to request appointment on yelp and I love that right away i was taken to a quick few questions what my concerns were along with a few other questions. Because when deciding on a facial it can be a bit overwhelming if you don't know what would work. I was happy that it didn't take long before i got a reply back with suggestion what facial would work based on my concerns. I got schedule for a few days later and I was on my way to having a Dermal infusion. Day of my appointment everything was smooth from the minute I walked in, I answered a few questions and then I was taken to a room where my facial started right away. It didn't take long maybe 45min total if you count the time it took me to fill out the information on the ipad, now let me tell you BEAUTY IS PAIN and this might not be for everyone but the end results is so worth. And of course consistency with your skin care regimen is a must, I saw the difference in my skin with just 1 appointment. It also helps that they take before and after pictures so you can see the progress but honestly I saw it after 1 visit. I did schedule for another one in about a month because its a PRICEY but 1's a month you can make it work because your skin will thank you. I loved how i didnt feel pressure to buy anything or like I was being given a sales pitch during my facial. 2 days after the facial I did get a few little breakout but I was told that would happen because of the treatment from the Dermal inusion. But Heather did a fabulous job and i'm looking forward to getting my skin right and the next appointment I have. If you want to try out other services they have check the website out :) you wont regret the facial

Front desk are RUDE and UNHELPFUL. Snotty attitude. Even though you pay your co-pay upfront, they like to send you lots of extra bills too. Rip off and bad attitudes.

She gave me a tablet to fill out documents and flatly stated well your appointment was at 10 and this will take you 10 mins to complete. I quickly completed it in 5 mins. She then asked for a credit card to be on file and I said no I am not comfortable with them storing my credit card. She rudely mentioned collection and I said I pay as I go no collection needed. I also told her how rude she was being. That got the office manager involved which was no help. The doc came out and was no help and then refused to see me. RIDICULOUS! The childless cat lady behind the desk is ruining that business. GO ELSEWHERE! Update - I went to Rochester Dermatology, received pleasant professional service, my insurance card was all they needed, no credit card on file needed! Based on other reviews it looks like many have had similar issues with this doctor and his rude staff.

I fully understand that everyone is different but just a rough estimate would work. They kept pushing to get me to come in for a consultation. I told them the service wasn't for me it was a gift so a consultation would ruin the surprise. Still they wouldn't even tell me what the cost of a session was. After I hung up I called three other spas in the area and asked the same question. Each one gave me a price and were extremely helpful over the phone. They all said that it was just an estimation and that they would need a consultation to narrow that down but they all gave me a rough estimate.
