unlike "normal" people, i made the very wise decision to go to a doctor not because i was sick, but…read morebecause i wanted to pursue optimal health. Naturopats don't make a living by treating symptoms of sick people on the SAD diet like MD's do. dr. dimpi helped me do that by giving me great advice and making me a custom tea. don't wait until you're sick, find out how well you can really be. fyi, this is the first holistic doctor i'd ever been to, and that's only because i attended her free meetup event. i took a chance and was well rewarded for it. MDs are for acute problems only. they only make chronic diseases, such as what's affecting the majority of Americans, worse, by attempting to mask symptoms, rather than address what the core problem is, such as, again, the SAD diet. by the way, i'm HealthGuruJim, and i'm an expert in nutrition.

Let me start by saying that my wife is an osteopath, so I'm no stranger to alternative medicine. I…read morealso know that certification of naturopaths is uneven. Dr Dimpi trained in Canada where regulations are tighter, and I felt she had a lot to offer. She was very thorough and did a full chart review I had been trying to get done for months. The way she ran the meeting was the most patient centered care I've seen. Her vitamin recommendations and thoughtful explanation of them have drastically improved my quality of life. My wife ended up going to see her and wanting to learn more about the tools Dr Dimpi uses. Visits are expensive but worthwhile if traditional medicine is not working out or you need complementary care.

If you are a woman approaching menopause, you need to go here immediately!!! This is functional…read moremedicine at its finest! I have been seeing Nurse Pam or Kimberly twice a year for 2 or 3 years to stay on top of my changing body's needs. These practitioners do NOT: 1. Just guess at what you need. 2. Treat your symptoms with synthetic big pharma chemicals 3. Make you take a crap ton of expensive supplements for the rest of your life, and not even help you understand why you're taking them 4. Chalk up all your symptoms as "just part of the aging process" and expect you to just accept it. They will conduct a thorough blood panel (Eric is the most phenomenal phlebotomist! You will love him!) and then they look very carefully at all your numbers and they address each one methodically: For example: Likely you have a vitamin D deficiency Likely you have a vitamin B deficiency Likely you need magnesium Likely you need to clean up your gut! Maybe you need to bump up some of your hormones-- they are on the cutting edge of menopause medical science (aka Dr Mary Claire Haver!!!) They will monitor you every six months and adjust your regimen. Accordingly, even taking things off that you don't need anymore or finding you great alternatives that cost less.... I have felt better and better every year and feel more and more in control of my health and vitality as I age! Thank you Forum Health!

I woke up one day, December 2016, with hives all over my body and had no idea why or what to do. I…read moreimmediately went to a Dermatologist who told me I had acute urticaria (a form of hives). They gave me a steroid shot, put me on some meds and sent me on my way. When things became worse, I went to visit a second Dermatologist, who then recommended I see an Allergist. Blood tests were always normal, no allergies ever came up and it got to a point where the doctors would just tell me, "I don't know what it is. Take these meds and hopefully it'll go away on its own." After seeing 5 doctors multiple times over the course of 7 to 8 months, my mom recommended I fly back home to Michigan (I live in Texas) to see her Primary Care Provider. After hesitation and thinking to myself, "Why would I spend money to fly all the way home to see someone who will probably run the same tests?," I made the appointment and booked my flight. ONE VISIT, ONE APPOINTMENT, and I received an emailed report and phone call of the exact issue, the causes and the treatment. Nurse Practitioner Tamika Morrow was very thorough, professional and was sure to follow-up throughout my 3 month treatment plan that was given to me. Upon completing the treatment, my hives were completely gone. I hate that it took 8 months of wasted money dealing with incompetent doctors who only did surface level requirements but I'm grateful that Synergy Health & Wellness was able to get me back to good health. Great service. Great staff. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone and will be flying back to Michigan annually for my regular health checkins. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

I had really lost hope that my neck would ever "stay put" so to speak. But, I've had tremendous response to this treatment and am now so grateful to them, too! very unprofessional…read more i called to make an appointment and i wasn't told of their 24hr cancellation policy. i didn't sign any of my new patient forms and although i sent them a text on my end, "cancel" it was not valid enough. this usually works for every other establishment that uses texts as reminders. they said although, i didn't cancel or give them 24hrs notice, they would keep my $20 deposit. this $20 deposit was to cover a bit for any future appointments if "decided to go further" with the chiropractor. whatever that means.. it's either you accept my insurance or not. this kept things a bit shady but the reviews were good so i kept it on how they do their business anyway. mind you, this was all just for a "free" consultation. wasn't so free after all, having to be charged $20 through the phone. this should be charged upon arrival and/or after signing forms. i definitely don't plan to come here after this. i had high hopes for this place to begin with but this place lacked a lot of confidence in me, for me to turn away. they gave me the feeling of being money hungry first and patients second. lastly, although i told them plenty of times i was not interested in rescheduling, they kept insisting i reschedule anyway. the desperation in their voice and demeanor through the phone, to keep as a new patient was overwhelming. never had i experience this before. just don't go to this place. save your time & $. if you have medicaid, don't come here.
