This review is for the massage. I arrived at my appointment time 1145. Filled out paperwork, met my therapist. Easy to find building, however mistakenly went to the chiropractor building. They are right next door to each other. The chiropractor office , outside of the building had me nervous at However, because the building looked kind of old. but the massage section was quite nice. The atmosphere was relaxing and quiet , and the staff were all very friendly and inviting. The massage was good , my therapist was a little more talkative than I would have liked, but overall it was a good experience. The therapist was very knowledgeable, she gave tips snd advice as she delivered the massage. The massage felt great, although I wish she had applied a little more pressure. read more

My wife and I have been coming to LiveWell for over a year for both massages and chiropractic adjustments. Both of us had seen other chiropractors over the past 20 years and LiveWell is extraordinary in comparison. 100 stars! I call them all the time from out of town to get an appointment for when I am in town and they are 100% accomodating! Make an appointment and just call them, I have never walked in but all the therapist are great :) It is clean, comfortable and easy to find. Livewell has the best Doctors and they practice with progressive tools for chiropractic. They let the patient decide what theyre comfortable with for treatment. The pulstar system doesn't require you to be cracked or twisted to align your spine. The massage therapists are wonderful too! This place changed my life, if you have any kind of back or neck pain I recommend looking no farther than the LWC team! read more

Go somewhere else! I went in for a massage a few months ago. 30 minutes before my appointment I was called and told that in order for my insurance to cover anything I also need an adjustment. I hurried and got there to get an adjustment and massage. That day I was charged $80 on my card on file without being told causing overdraft. When I asked what this charge is I was told that is a re exam fee. Well, I never asked for a re exam or was told that that was the policy they just charged my card. I would have canceled both my massage and adjustment if I knew I'd be charged $80 even though I was a returning customer. I got a call yesterday which I was unable to answer. When I finally was able to look at the voicemail it was Chrissy saying I have a charge and she is charging my card on file. I never confirmed with her or even spoke with her she just charged my card! This is for a charge I was not even aware of. I called and spoke with another receptionist who said if I have questions I can only reach billing by email. I wish I would have listened to previous reviews that state they are all about the money. read more

This review is for the massage building separate from the chiropractic office. I had scheduled a massage about a week before my appointment. The day I arrived, I was 10 minutes early for my appointment...only to be rudely informed by the woman giving my massage that my "appointment was at noon" and I was 20 minutes late. I overly apologized, my massage was cut short, and left a tip for the inconvenience. Days later I had a new voicemail pop up in my inbox that had never reached me. It was this office leaving an wordy, shaky voicemail the evening before my appt asking me to move to 12...which i would have happily done IF THEY WOULD HAVE CONFIRMED WITH ME. I never received the voicemail and they just moved my appointment anyways. I called to speak to the store manager about it and she was condescending, rude, and blamed me for what had happened. The whole endeavor was anything but relaxing... Save your money and go somewhere they actually keep appointments and good energy. read more

This is about the manager. I have been coming here for over a year the massage therapist are great. I was leaving my last appointment and I should'v had one more out of the 12 pack I purchased. The manager told me I had a no show ? I didn't feel this was accurate. I told her to let me look back on my calendar. She said no worries we will work it out. I went home and checked my calendar and I was down for may 30th. I then checked my phone records and I had a 22 min conversation w them the day before so no it was not a no show ! I called back and was told she will call me back next day. Well next day no call, so I called and left a message. She had one of the girls call me and say she tried to call but my phone was off ! and I asked why she couldn't leave a voice mail ? the girl just laughed and said I'm just telling you what she said. I was not treated w respect or dignity she could not call and speak to me directly. She made a dissension with out having the facts. I still have yet to hear from management. read more

I am a new patient and I am extremely happy! I was referred by a friend because I was in a great deal of pain in my lower back and could hardly walk. I didn't want to go to a doctor that would give me pain meds or shoot me with cortisone. Dr Nick was outstanding! He was patient, informative and had me feeling much better within 48 hours! My pain is now virtually gone. They have great technology that shows your body's progress with each appointment.... and they do not use the manual popping and cracking that can mess you up more. Dr. Nick and Dr. Ally are amazing. I've had issues with my back for about 15 years. Over that timeframe, I've been to many different chiropractors. The docs at Live Well use technology that I've never been introduced to in the past to help diagnose and treat my back.
