I absolutely love the treatment and atmosphere at Commerce Chiropractic. From my initial phone call with Stacey to my adjustments, every interaction is always pleasant. Both Dr. Sadowski and Dr. Lovell (O'Niell) are great, they take the time to listen to how you are feeling, what you've tried and consider your lifestyle and preferences. I have gotten a ton of pain relief and increase range of motion through their techniques. Personally, I do not enjoy manual adjustments so I really appreciate the use of the use of the Impulse Adjusting Instrument because it is less invasive, and I notice instant results. I feel that both doctors take the time to get to know me on a personal level and I never feel rushed. They offer flexible scheduling and hours that meet the needs of most people's schedules. They also have some products available for purchase and massage therapists on staff, but are never pushy or force you into buying anything. read more

I love this place!! They really make you feel like family! I come in and get greeted by very friendly staff by name! I never make an appointment, cause usually I can walk in on my time and be seen relatively quick! I love seeing both docs, they really take care of your needs and usually you walk away feeling way better! Lastly they even off massages, and the staff are great, my wife and I go there get a massage then adjusted and out the door! Sometimes even hot cocoa! Can't get any better than this.....From the front desk (which includes Dr. Rich's efficient & friendly wife Stacey), peaceful reception area (chocolate chip cookies & coffee!), to the doctor who really "listens," this is Quality all the way! I've been coming off & on, as needed, for a few years now. Recently I returned due to a thumb injury that was sure to end up needing surgery. For 2 months I couldn't bend it at all & there was much discomfort. I saw the Dr. once/week for about 5 weeks. He used modern painless technology & one day while driving, I felt a change & my thumb is bending like normal! No surgery...no stress...! What an incredible relief. Dr. Rich tried explaining the tool he uses through poor physics (quoting F = ma instead of using conservation of momentum or impulse) to an engineer and a physicist. He sounded like a fast-talking salesman who shouts buzzwords at potential customers. He then proceeded to hurt my neck so badly that I had a headache for 2 straight days. I have been seeing a chiropractor in New York for years and I have never once left in pain. He kept asking the engineer if various places in his body hurt, received "no" as an answer each time, and proceeded to painfully attempt to adjust the body anyway. When we left we were given icy-hot packs and told to take pain medicine if we ached. This indicated to us that the doctors here know that they are hurting people's bodies. My chiropractor at home would be appalled to learn that a doctor would make his patients hurt much worse than they did when they came in, and then assuming that they will hurt so much that they provide complimentary pain relief. I am never coming back here. I recommend ABC care to anyone who leaves this place feeling worse than when they arrived. At least the staff was nice. read more
