The office staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I was highly skeptical of chiropractor care because the ones in the past wanted you to go forever. This practice's aim is to get your back healthy and only come in once a month for maintenance. I love Dr Karen. She is awesome at taking my pain away and getting my joints moving correctly. They do offer massage as part of your therapy and highly recommend it. Looking back I may not have needed it. I loved it don't get me wrong. But it didn't give me lasting results like the adjustments did. read more

This was my first visit at this chiropractor seeing Dr. Nick. It was a great visit. Dr Nick was very helpful and understanding. He was very informative of my condition and why I was having so much pain. He showed me on an Anatomical model, what my discs were doing to visually show me what was happening. He offered a plan of treatment that I was happy with and believed would help me. He then showed me around the office and showed me the rooms and what and table looks like that I would have my treatment on as well as how it would be done. I started coming here after a year + of pain. I had been going to a chiropractor previously, before the pandemic. Unfortunately, they didn't have very good safety or cleaning practices so I was forced to switch. Which in the end I think has been a blessing. I see Dr Eric, and on occasion Dr. Karen. My first week I was finally sleeping through the night for the first time in almost a year. My underlying issues are definitely not typical ones. Yet Dr. Eric (and Dr. Karen) have taken the time to listen, validate and tailor a regimen that first my personal needs. Dr. Eric has helped me to understand better what my issues are. He works with me to further improve my condition and lessen my pain by teaching me things I can do myself at home to further my progress. Everyone including the front desk staff is friendly, professional and caring. I always feel welcome coming in. I will be moving soon but still plan to drive almost an hour to come here. My wife and I drive 30 min.to get to Broad Family Chiropractic. We don't mind one bit! All of the Doctors,Eric,Karen and both Johns are fantastic. My wife had bad adhesions after a knee replacement and had just finished a month of physical therapy when she met Dr.John and his use of the"cold laser". After several treatments she was pain free and Dr. John got a well earned hug! As for myself, chiropractic has helped me to walk straight and be pain free! The fact that you can just walk in without an appointment is wonderful and I have never waited more than five minutes to see a Dr. I have also used "stillpoint" massage with good results. Called to make my first appointment at broad family chiropractic and when Felicia found out I was a new patient she was nothing but rude to me. I've been to many chiropractic offices before and this just seemed like a scam to me. I had to make an appointment to be checked out and THEN make another appointment to be adjusted. I found Stillpoint Massage after spending what felt like hours reading tons of Yelp and Google reviews about everything in the area. I also tried a popular local spa (several times) but just wasn't impressed for the price. Then I came here and lucked out to get in with Stacy. After one session I knew I had found my place and therapist! Stacy is the best massage therapist I have ever gone to, and the only one who is able to get me to fully relax. She also works out every knot without using too much pressure. I cannot recommend Stacy enough! Try Stillpoint and go to Stacy (if you are lucky enough to get on her busy schedule)! This is going to be a 2-part review which is why I need to start off with a 3-star rating. My job and background is grounded in mostly western medicine. Never been to a chiropractor for anything. The reviews on Yelp helped to ease some of my discomfort. I can confirm that the front desk staff is wonderful. Some of the happiest employees I've ever seen. That's a good sign. Paid the $85 to have x-rays and an assessment appt with Dr Eric for an ongoing lower left back pinched 'something' that has progressively gotten worse. My IM doc plus physical therapist have not had much success. When you hurt everyday, you begin to examine other methods of relief.....hence looking into this. Dr Eric is abundantly confident they can help me to greatly reduce or resolve this issue. I'm 5 visits into 12. UM insurance covers nothing so I have to pay cash. Cost is about $23-25/visit through the 1 month package. NOT cheap. What I really like: competent provider nice, clean, friendly office not being sold 'life changing' supplements or products incredible massage therapy by Jayne Will hope for the best. I have been a patient at Broad Family Chiropractic for about 4 months now and I love it there! I gave up on chiropractic years ago because I didn't feel like it was helping me but I was willing to give it another try after I met Dr. John. He came to my work place and offered a free spinal scan and a 15 minute chair massage to all of our employees. Since I started at BFC, I have felt better than I have in years. Both the intensity and the frequency of my neck pain has been greatly reduced. The office is modern, spacious, and beautiful and I really appreciate the flexible scheduling. You never have to make an appointment--you can just walk in and see any of the 2-3 doctors that are on staff at that time. The four doctors on staff are all different and each offers a different style of adjustment. I have also had about 7 massages since I started my care there. The massage side of the office is also clean, spacious, and beautiful. There is relaxing music playing and a wall mounted water fountain in the lobby area. The massage therapists are all excellent and professional and each employs his/her own unique touch and therapeutic techniques. I have never enjoyed going to the doctor more than I have at Broad. I look forward to remaining a patient there for years to come. read more
