I felt the PT doctor was capable and qualified. But for some reason when I came in on my fifth appointment, I was told that they could no longer see me because by this time, five or six appointments, I should be '50% better'. How did they make this determination? There was hardly enough time to assess anything. I sent an email to the owner expressing my concern. I received a call back from the operations manager. Her first question to me was 'what kind of insurance do you have' which I thought was peculiar. She said she would call me back in an hour. The only call I got back a week later was from their billing department. Nobody called me back to explain why I was abruptly dumped from their care. I am left to believe that B2 You cares only about compensation not helping people heal. I am now forced to get another referral for a different provider from my PCP.

Dr. Snider is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and provides treatments that have made a real difference in keeping my back pain under control over the years. I also highly recommend Sam, one of the massage therapists. Sam does an excellent job of targeting the areas that need attention and always helps relieve the muscle tension that contributes to my lower back pain. The massages are both therapeutic and relaxing, and they've become an important part of my treatment plan. Scheduling was difficult from the start due to strict time limitations. There was no evening flexibility, very limited weekday availability, and Saturdays were booked months out. None of these restrictions are disclosed on Groupon. This morning, I received a call from Miss Gone stating that my appointment had been canceled because they could not accommodate me. No clear explanation was given at that time. I said okay and ended the call. After thinking about it, I called back to ask why my appointment was canceled after weeks of trying to make scheduling work, coordinating across states, and adjusting plans around their restrictions. During that call, Miss Gone explained that after speaking with her staff, the appointment was canceled because it was believed that I was going to leave a bad review. I want to be very clear. I did not say I was going to leave a bad review. I stated that limited scheduling availability and lack of transparency can lead to bad reviews, especially for working professionals and couples. That was constructive feedback about the scheduling process. Miss Gone confirmed that the appointment was canceled because they did not want to receive a bad review. I have never experienced a business canceling an appointment based on the assumption that a client might leave negative feedback. There was no attempt to clarify my concern or resolve the issue. The appointment was simply canceled. When I explained that others were asking why the appointment was canceled, I was again told it was due to concern over a potential bad review related to scheduling. Canceling clients for expressing honest concerns is unprofessional and discourages transparency. If this practice only accommodates people with very open weekday schedules, that should be clearly stated upfront before selling time sensitive Groupon services. If anyone doubts this experience, I encourage them to try scheduling a Saturday appointment or an after work weekday appointment for a couple. Unisource was the facility where Dr. G did my surgery and it was great. Dr. Guettler was such an amazing Orthopedic Surgeon. He walked me through the process and was very good with explaining what I needed and what to expect with my recovery. He also was great when it came to my post care follow up. He made sure I was 100% before sending me back to work. I'm so glad I decided to go to the Michigan Orthopedic Surgeons Group and Dr. Guettler! I notified the front desk that since I would not be present at his appointment that I'd like to speak to the new physical therapist to get to know her and ask how the session went. I never received a phone call. After speaking to the therapist, my response was "Well, we don't give out patient information." I reminded her that I'm the patient's parent and he's 5 months old. Speaking to the office manager led to me being told that we missed three appointments (we missed two) and that we would no longer be able to come back. Not happy.

She is a big believer that aches and pains in one area is connected to many other areas of the body that might also be off. I went in for a pain in my left shoulder and numbness in my left arm. She assessed the first visit and addressed my neck, shoulder, spine, wrists and feet even. She's very comprehensive and thorough. She takes the time to really work with you and pinpoint the problem and to fix it. She isn't afraid to get in deep and work down to the core of your issue of pain. I have been to see her a couple of times and I feel great after a visit with her. She got right down to the manual manipulation on the first visit and spent nearly an hour on me.
