Fran is awesome! I've been going there a short time, but i drive past 5 nail places to get to Ritz.

Loved this place! Easy to schedule an appt online. They also have a lot of good colors! Katt was friendly and did a great job on my pedi.

I was able to get same day service. They have a great price for a mani/pedi combo and it turned out great. I will go back.

Absolutely don't recommend the older lady w the glasses who did my nails rushed through the whole process and had to ask a few times to correct the awful shaping and at the end, she poured a huge amount of cuticle oil and rubbed it all over my hands and palms not sure what that supposed to do, but I had to wash them. I couldn't even get into my purse never had that happen It was weird since there was lotion right next to her she didn't use also was not gentle moving my hand around at irritated way like she was trying to get out of there, even though there was only two people in there and only 2:00pm! been getting my nails done forever and never been this bad all my nails are different shaped and chunky I asked for square shape she also left naipolish on my hand read more

Unprofessional staff And horrible customer service. My previous encounter my appointment was pushed 15 mins and when I arrived I still waited 45 minutes. This time, I walked in, was not greeted for 15 minutes then finally the owner acknowledged me I told her I had an appointment with Alex, she said he's not here today (mind you I made my appt 2 weeks ago, Never received a call/text to cancel or reschedule ) and she ignored me and went on the phone to help another customer. Where do I begin...I've been to several nail salons and not once did I or have I felt as welcomed as I do at Ritz Nails. The salon itself is very clean, efficient and organized, I love how you can make an appointment online, check in at the door and immediately be greeted with a friendly smile. The technicians, Alex and Thuy that have worked with me, are very professional and they seem to know what the client wants and they make you feel very comfortable, and I am sure thats due to years of experience. I also have two daughters-in-laws that come to this salon and they also sing their praises..... A-MAZ-Ing! I almost hate to sing their high praises as it will get harder and harder for me to book appointments, but they deserve the high remarks! I am extremely picky when it comes to my dip nails. I've had places that take forever, places that put the dip on too thick, too thin, shape wrong, shape inconsistent etc. I found Ritz and will not be going anywhere else. I love that you can book appointments online which helps with my ever changing busy schedule. Alex and Christina are the owners and are the bomb.com. Alex is a true artist and great at his work. Definitely a sense of a community when you come in, they have a lot of regulars, Alex seems to remember everyone's name and everyone is friendly even the patrons! I really enjoy my appointments. MY RESPONSE TO ALEX'S COMMENT BELOW: 1. You literally booked a client during my fix appointment lol. You clearly didn't care about making things right. 2. After Christine redid my nails, I walked out without saying a word. I was actually really disturbed by her and Thuy glaring and laughing at me for 20 minutes straight. You were not even present at the salon, as you left for a dentist's appointment after helping a client (who was scheduled during my designated appointment time may I remind you). So how is your recollection of what happened credible if you weren't even present? 3. YOU reached out to me asking how you can fix things, and I said a refund would suffice. Given the horrendous service I received and major waste of my time, I felt that a refund was a fair solution since I don't feel comfortable returning here for another service. I even stated that if a refund wasn't possible, I wished you the best of luck moving forward. I have posted screenshots of our conversation below in case you try lying again. You VERBATIM admitted to everything I said in my review, so stop trying to manipulate what happened. I tried being extremely nice to you and empathizing with you despite how horrible you treated me on Saturday, but I won't tolerate you abusing your power this way anymore. MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: I wanted to love this place due to the high volume of positive reviews, but I have had multiple negative experiences here. On Friday, I had shellac french tips done by Thuy, and they were extremely uneven. The polish had immediately began chipping and had air bubbles, and all of my nails were disproportionately filed. I called a few hours later and asked Alex if he could redo them, and he told me to come in on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. I arrived around 10:02 a.m. on Saturday, and I had left a voicemail stating that I was running 2 minutes late as no one answered my call. Another client had walked in moments before me and was still standing at the front desk. Alex proceeded to do this client's nails and told me he was "unaware" that he had to redo my nails today. This made absolutely no sense- as I had spoken to him on the phone less than 24 hours prior. After waiting for an excruciating 30 minutes for someone to address my concern, Alex proceeded to say that he scheduled someone else that morning because he wasn't sure I was coming in. This change in narrative was extremely confusing to me, as I had arrived for my appointment at the designated time and NEVER indicated that I wasn't coming in. The fact that he had already booked another client and disregarded my appointment leads me to believe that he is more fixated on his business's income rather than customer satisfaction. Thuy began taking my shellac off, and one of my fingers started bleeding. Instead of finishing, she went back to working on another client. About 20 minutes later, Christine began working on my nails. She was only planning on redoing two of them, until I told her that all of them needed to be redone. She proceeded to rudely ask me why, to which I explained that all of my nails were visibly uneven. Christine used the wrong base shade on one of my nails, and she did not even bother to take it off. One of my nails is now a different shade than the rest. Furthermore, Christine and Thuy kept continuously speaking about me and laughing, which is an insanely uncomfortable experience to have. Given the fact that I had spent over $70 on my visit Friday and handled this matter calmly and amicably, I think it was absolutely warranted for me to have my nails redone. I'm not sure where their poor attitude or unfriendliness came from, and I will not be coming here again. And just some constructive criticism- please hire someone to schedule your appointments. It is such an odd business practice to blast your phone calls on speaker for the entire salon to hear, and then talk poorly about your clients when the call ends. read more

After seeing many great reviews online I decided to try Ritz Nails. I I had an early appointment with Alex. After showing him the image I wanted he gave me his suggestions and we were on our way. The salon was very clean and well organized. I loved the fact he was able to take the image and bring it to life on my nails as I wanted it! The sweetest and most amazing staff I've ever met! I came here to get nails done for my wedding and I am so impressed with how great everyone's nails turned out and how much the staff helped us celebrate this fun moment! I used to love going to this place they did an amazing job. Unfortunately they are always booked and you have to call weeks in advance for an appointment. I've been coming here since feb 2021 and never missed an appointment. The owner has told me previously while doing my nails in conversation that if a customer misses their appointment and do not call they will refuse service in the future. I thought wow that's harsh, good thing I have manners and wouldn't do such a thing. This past week was my anniversary and I had an appointment booked weeks in advance. I went in for a dr visit earlier that day and was admitted to the ER unexpectedly due to my labs. Unfortunately I happened to miss my appointment b/c of it.
