Absolutely don't recommend the older lady w the glasses who did my nails rushed through the whole process and had to ask a few times to correct the awful shaping and at the end, she poured a huge amount of cuticle oil and rubbed it all over my hands and palms not sure what that supposed to do, but I had to wash them. I couldn't even get into my purse never had that happen It was weird since there was lotion right next to her she didn't use also was not gentle moving my hand around at irritated way like she was trying to get out of there, even though there was only two people in there and only 2:00pm! been getting my nails done forever and never been this bad all my nails are different shaped and chunky I asked for square shape she also left naipolish on my hand
Update: The owner did call me to acknowledge the fact that I'm not a fake reviewer. Sadly, he did not apologize on the same platform he accused of being a fake reviewer. I wish success for all business owners but the truth is the truth and that's what I walk in when I write reviews. Although I will never go back I do wish the owner success. My suggestion is just to be cautious especially around the cuticle area as I still have lingering pain from the incident.
Visiting from out of town and this place is amazing!! Christine is amazing with nail art and so detailed and patient. Would come here all the time if I lived here. Prices are very reasonable too.
After seeing many great reviews online I decided to try Ritz Nails. I I had an early appointment with Alex. After showing him the image I wanted he gave me his suggestions and we were on our way. The salon was very clean and well organized. I loved the fact he was able to take the image and bring it to life on my nails as I wanted it! Both Alex and Christine were very nice and easy to conversate with. They do a great job following Covid- safety. Can't wait to go back
The sweetest and most amazing staff I've ever met! I came here to get nails done for my wedding and I am so impressed with how great everyone's nails turned out and how much the staff helped us celebrate this fun moment! I received a full set of acrylic nails and a French pedicure and they look amazing! My girls got a combination of other things (basic polish, shellac, and dip) and all of their nails turned out amazing! We cannot thank the staff at Ritz nails enough for their kindness and amazing nail skills. Thank you!!
MY RESPONSE TO ALEX'S COMMENT BELOW: 1. You literally booked a client during my fix appointment lol. You clearly didn't care about making things right. 2. After Christine redid my nails, I walked out without saying a word. I was actually really disturbed by her and Thuy glaring and laughing at me for 20 minutes straight. You were not even present at the salon, as you left for a dentist's appointment after helping a client (who was scheduled during my designated appointment time may I remind you). So how is your recollection of what happened credible if you weren't even present? 3. YOU reached out to me asking how you can fix things, and I said a refund would suffice. Given the horrendous service I received and major waste of my time, I felt that a refund was a fair solution since I don't feel comfortable returning here for another service. I even stated that if a refund wasn't possible, I wished you the best of luck moving forward. I have posted screenshots of our conversation below in case you try lying again. You VERBATIM admitted to everything I said in my review, so stop trying to manipulate what happened. I tried being extremely nice to you and empathizing with you despite how horrible you treated me on Saturday, but I won't tolerate you abusing your power this way anymore. MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: I wanted to love this place due to the high volume of positive reviews, but I have had multiple negative experiences here. On Friday, I had shellac french tips done by Thuy, and they were extremely uneven. The polish had immediately began chipping and had air bubbles, and all of my nails were disproportionately filed. I called a few hours later and asked Alex if he could redo them, and he told me to come in on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. I arrived around 10:02 a.m. on Saturday, and I had left a voicemail stating that I was running 2 minutes late as no one answered my call. Another client had walked in moments before me and was still standing at the front desk. Alex proceeded to do this client's nails and told me he was "unaware" that he had to redo my nails today. This made absolutely no sense- as I had spoken to him on the phone less than 24 hours prior. After waiting for an excruciating 30 minutes for someone to address my concern, Alex proceeded to say that he scheduled someone else that morning because he wasn't sure I was coming in. This change in narrative was extremely confusing to me, as I had arrived for my appointment at the designated time and NEVER indicated that I wasn't coming in. The fact that he had already booked another client and disregarded my appointment leads me to believe that he is more fixated on his business's income rather than customer satisfaction. Thuy began taking my shellac off, and one of my fingers started bleeding. Instead of finishing, she went back to working on another client. About 20 minutes later, Christine began working on my nails. She was only planning on redoing two of them, until I told her that all of them needed to be redone. She proceeded to rudely ask me why, to which I explained that all of my nails were visibly uneven. Christine used the wrong base shade on one of my nails, and she did not even bother to take it off. One of my nails is now a different shade than the rest. Furthermore, Christine and Thuy kept continuously speaking about me and laughing, which is an insanely uncomfortable experience to have. Given the fact that I had spent over $70 on my visit Friday and handled this matter calmly and amicably, I think it was absolutely warranted for me to have my nails redone. I'm not sure where their poor attitude or unfriendliness came from, and I will not be coming here again. And just some constructive criticism- please hire someone to schedule your appointments. It is such an odd business practice to blast your phone calls on speaker for the entire salon to hear, and then talk poorly about your clients when the call ends.
I love my nails so much! First time coming here, and booked with Alex. He was amazing made me laugh the whole time, was so professional, clean, and amazing with designs! This salon is a MUST! Book an appointment online it's really simply! JUST LOOK AT MY NAILSSSSSS
I love my nails! The salon is modern and clean. The staff is super friendly and make you feel special :). The prices are great! When my 8 year old daughter seen my nails, she said "wow mom you should post your nails on Instagram...they will make you famous!" Lol. So yes mom and kid approved!!!
I have very weak and sensitive nails. I have visited many nail salons but have never been 100% satisfied. I visited Ritz-nail for the first time today and asked Alex to do the same by showing a picture that I found on Instagram. He listened to my request with great care and it became exactly what I wanted. He is very friendly and pleasant to talk to :) 100% satisfied
Love this place . Great service and Alex did a great job on my Manicure. Everything is supper clean and i truly enjoyed my experience and my nails look great.

I've been going here for over a year and I am still so happy with Ritz Nails. I've tried a couple other places in a pinch when I couldn't get an appointment and I've regretted it every time. Christine is the best! She is very meticulous, gentle, and talented with nail art. Below are some photos of her art. read more

This was the worst nail experience I've ever had. I was in for a pedicure, I chose to get the nicer pedicure for my birthday. While getting the pedicure and explaining, I can't have anything hot on me because of my multiple sclerosis. I was doing work on my laptop when the nail tech decided to put the hottest wax I have ever experienced on my foot Well I was almost in tears asking her to please take this off unfortunately, she cannot understand English well. I was trying to take it off myself and slipped my foot out realizing it was stuck in there then I begged her for cold water on my foot. it took the top layer of skin off of my foot I thought at first just my toes, however the swelling and redness continued. The entire process was so completely ridiculous from the point of the scolding heat from the wax to the nail technician telling me to come up front to pay for my pedicure while I couldn't even put a shoe on. ALEX, THE OWNER SPOKE IN A DIFFERENT LANGUAGE WITH HIS EMPLOYEES SO I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT WAS BEING SAID! front counter to pay. He actually told me finally the wax was just overheated without asking how I was without taking a look at my feet. When the women wanted to look at my foot, he finally got so angry This is when he yelled at me two times to get out!! LITERALLY THE OWNER OF THIS SALON ALEX!! SPOKE TO A CUSTOMER THIS WAY AFTER HER FOOT WAS BURNED COMPLETELY NOT TO MENTION IT WAS MY BIRTHDAY. I was astounded bY THE LACK TREATMENT AND CARE. The women in the salon were horrified at Alex behavior. Many asked, are you going help this woman? I finally said I am not paying for this. My foot is now bleeding, Unfortunately, alex told me to get out. When a woman asked if I was OK, Alex stood up and and yelled, get out of here again to me. I would never bring my daughter or anyone else that I care about here. Extremely disrespectful. I would give a -0 review if it allowed. read more

I have been following Cristine for about seven years now, and she now owns her own shop! So very proud of her and what she has accomplished. She does amazing work, and I would never go to anyone else to get my nails done. I also do an eyebrow wax every other time I get my nails done, and they always turn out perfectly. Her prices are more than reasonable and the new place is stunning! Thanx for your awesomeness girl, love ya!!! read more

I love this place! It's my favorite nail place that no one can beat! The people there are extremely kind and generous! I cant believe that my nails costed $40 for acrylics and dip.
