their customer service is awful. It takes them over two hours just for a manicure and pedicure and they ask you what shape you want and then do the complete opposite of the shape. I've been here five times and every time I get black, they never let it finish caring, and then the polish starts to lift off. My last set was 60 and it was 75. my big toe broke off at an angle and instead of them, fixing it and correcting it they keep filing it at the angle that it broke off at. They suck overall and I won't be back, save your money and the headache. read more

After going here consistently I've discovered that only 1 person in the salon can do nails. She is always booked either with nails or lashes. I came in today and was given a "pedicure" it lasted 10 mins. No cuticle file, no lotion, no massage, nothing. I informed another nail tech (Sun) and he proceeded to file my nails after telling me that LOTION does not come with a pedicure and ignore me as if he did not hear a word I said after. This place sucks. No polish selections. Every time you go the prices change. They're close to my house and normally don't have a wait. So I go there when desperate. Went yesterday to get a fill in that they charged $30 for. In 2 hours one nail broke off. Went back the next day and they tried saying it was my fault and wanted to charge me $3. This was absolutely the worst experience of my life I have been going here for years but ever since they went under new management the service has been absolutely horrible. On 3/7/20 I end in for a wax upper lip/chin and the lady comes in who looks like she's scared or unsure of doing this starts my waxing and after she's done I'm left with biting and scarring on my face! I was in search of a new place. This salon is close to home. I decided to give it a try. They were busy but sat me in a chair for a pedi right away. While I was there they had a steady stream of people come in even though it was close to their posted close time. They didn't turn anyone away. I had a pedicure and shellac manicure for $45. That's a great price, and she did an amazing job on my nails. I will definitely be back!! read more

Very sketchy! Don't go here! Just moved into the area, and was looking to a new nail tech so my mom, sister, and I decided to try Lovely Nails. When walking it, it was already sketchy. She told us to pick out a color and a lot of the nail colors aren't what the bottle color says and also a lot of the nail polishes were just gross, chunky, and empty. With a bit of a wait, one spot opened up and I went first, I just needed a fill in ($12). Then she told me my nails were lifting (and they weren't) and I needed a whole set ($18) and starts popping off my nails ($5) before I could even get a chance to answer so I said I guess (total $23). And she was being very aggressive. My tips on my nails are my real nails and I told her not to cut them, and she cuts them. And cuts my nails into the square shape, I tell her no I had coffin and she tells me it's gonna be extra ($28). Now my total was $12 then it was $28 changing the price a total of 4 times. I told her never mind and that this was ridiculous. I told here I would just pay for my nails taken off which was at first was $5 but charged me for $10. Changing her prices a total of 5 times Meanwhile this is going on the woman next to me is complaining about the price being changing the last 3 times she was in for a fill in. Came here because too crowded at my regular spot. Came here for a pedi on a Sat morning. Didn't have to wait too long. Shenanigans ensued as the guy was painting my toes. I noticed the polish on my right big tos was streaky and lumpy. I asked if he could do that one over. Shouting in another language, another lady came over and said it will look better with the top coat. He put on top coat, surprise no better. While my nails were drying he asked for payment and told me not to come back. Noticed that polish chipped off entire toe less than 8 hours later while I was on vacay. Had to find polish that matched and redo myself. Totally pissed. Less than a week later, I took the polish off because of so much chipping. No worries dude, I won't come back here again! read more

Got a full set of acrylics put on, done super well, just how I like them (stiletto style), super cute & she handled me well. Didn't hurt me or do anything wrong to make me uncomfortable. She was kinda bratty & tries to hurry things along as fast as she can while doing a good job which was appreciated because I don't wanna be there for hours just to get my nails done. SUPER AFFORDABLE! For a full set of acrylics, it was only $18, but note, if you want yours a little longer than normal, it's a $5 extra charge which is what I had to pay for mine. I have been to this nail salon on 3 different occasions and each time I've had excellent service. The staff is very friendly and the work they do is top notch. The prices are really affordable. They carry a line of polish that is available in gel or regular that are exact matches, so no trying to find a match when you want gel on your fingers and regular on your toes. I have been coming here since it opened, but today was horrible. I will say that I got a heavy sparkle shelled. Yes. Sometimes they are thin and come out patchy. But instead of telling me and showing me the woman at 8 Caked it on. To the point that it looked like my square nails were almost oval cause of all the thick shellac. Then I tell them I want it off and it looks horrible during my pedicure and they tell me I have to pay extra. Like are you fucking kidding me it looked horrible. I would be embarrassed if a client walked out with nails like that. So it took the new lady at 7 a half hour to get this caked on shellac off. Yes I checked the time. Finally I choose a matte color. And she puts that on. But there is still some of the original blue sparkle shellac on my nails even after she put the new polish on. There is polish under my nails. Let's just say I paid way to much to have my nails look terrible. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER SET FOOT IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. I've been going here for years but will not be returning. Customer service is poor and Owner is rude. I went 2 days in a row because the wait was long. During that time she had several clients complaining about service received and one walked out. I was over charged on regular fill-ins and owner basically did what she wanted to do with my nails although I told her what I wanted. She had my finger tips burning from filing them down too much.
