I got my nails done here. The young guy wasn't that good because several days later I had to come back to get 3 nails redone. The owner fixed my nails free of charge, because lawd knows they charge for everything. The reason I say that is because when I initially got my nails done they tried to charge me extra to cut them down. If you are doing an overlay, cutting them down should be part of the process... they have to be shaped. read more

I originally had gotten my nails done a week prior but at a different nail shop, I was so upset because the other shop didn't listen when I asked for my nails to be short AND I needed a fill in 1 week later! Went today to get same as before color tips but he did all the work and his wife did tips. I git there at 8:45 am people started coming in and he started to rush. Instead of having wife do as before he tried and didnt know what he was doing. A lady walked out and he blamed me becaue he was messing up on my nails. Because he didnt add white color on when he painted tips it turned blackish and brown. I told him your rushing so just do full nails all one color. He painted one hand it was tacky and messy. I said no that tacky. He got rude and I didnt want to curse him out and act like a ghetto rat like he wanted me too. He just wanted the money. So I paid him so I could leave with one hand messy and the other no colored at all. I'm very disappointed the tech that I usually go to was busy so I sat in someone else's chair. I told her exactly what I want an overlay French V tip showed her on her mannequin hand. She was on the phone and said ok.she asked did I want them cut down I said no and she said I'll file a little I said ok . she filed my nails down to numbs . leaving no room for the design I originally picked out then started adding an old school French that I didnt ask for so then I said take it off please . I'll just do the color that I have on my toes it's number 33 . she goes and get it and sits it in a nearby area. oils my hands . I asked why are you putting oil before the color air pod still in her ear on the phone that's why. "She says you want this on your toes right ." I said never mind paid and left with a base coat and pink acrylic because who wants to continue to sit and be serviced when the tech isn't doing any of what you asked now I have to grow my nails out all over again which took months to do. please advise your employees to get of the phone while servicing customers . read more

Green Fungus growing under my nail 3 of 5 of my nails after I took off a set that was done by Starlight. I have never experienced this and I'm furious. I didn't love me service when I went but I let it go. But this. I can't. When I walked in I asked how much for to get my nails like the picture and the guy wouldn't tell me. He just told me to sit down. I asked again he told me to hold on. By this time she was glueing fake nails on and I said excuse me I need to know how much my nails are going to be. I may not want them done if your are going to charge too much. We settled on a decent price. But honestly I got up and left and told the lady I didn't need a clear coat. My first time here and first time at a nail salon since Corona virus. I came because I read a few old reviews who said they have great pedicures. So I'm here on Sunday getting my pedicure. They're doing a good job during COVID-19, the nail techs have a divider up and they only allow 6 people in at a time. They're trying their best with the circumstances, so good job there. Now as for the pedicure, I was watching another guest get her pedicure as I wait. I sat maybe 15 minutes before they sat me. The young girl did a good job on here, gave her the little massage and the salts and everything. She did not rush her guest out her chair. Now I honestly do not know why they do not enforce this at nail salons, but it's the same reason I stopped going to my last nail salon. These nail techs are so inconsistent with pedicures. My nail tech did not do any of that for me, she filed a little and clipped some nails, slapped some paint on my toes and walked me out of the chair. The other guest received regular nail polish on her toes too yet we left our seats at the same exact time, mind you she must've been in her seat easily 20 minutes before I was. I literally received a 15 minute pedicure, never in my life again. I gave 3 stars because they're very friendly and doing their best during the pandemic but wow I am so upset with my mini pedicure that I waited all pandemic for. read more

I wish I could give this place a 0 star rating. It was 10am on Sunday and they were the only place open so I decided to give them a try. I showed up 10 mins after they opened and there were 2 ladies ahead of me so I waited. Another lady walks in and the guy working takes the lady and starts doing her nails despite the fact that I've been waiting 45 minutes! What a waste of time. I just got up and left. read more

This was my favorite nail shop of eight years, until I used my debit card to pay. After each pedicure, I normally give a five dollar tip. On this particular day I didn't have any cash on me so I paid with my card and included the tip. When the transaction cleared my account, they took an additional three dollars from me. When I called about the incident I was told to return to the shop so they can correct the issue, after driving back, they had closed. This is a great shop and the pedicures are awesome, but use cash only. If you do decide to use a card, keep the receipt and make sure the amount they charge is the amount that clears your account. As for myself, sadly, I will not be returning:( read more

i would never go to this place again. The employees were in a huddle discussing the feet size of the customers. Although they were speaking in a foreign language, we could tell what they were saying. How rude. With the multitude of available salons, another selection would be advisable. read more

This is the best pedicure I have ever had, and I've had a lot of pedicures. They're very gentle with your feet and not as harsh as some nail salons are. The language barrier is a little rough, but these people try to make you feel at home. Totally coming back read more

This is my absolute favorite nail shop!!!!!! I agree with the previous post, that little old guy do a phenomenal job ! The prices are well worth it but if you're use to paying 20 dollars for a full set with nail art and rimstones, this place may be a bit much for you. read more
