I've been going every 2-3 weeks and my polish hasn't chipped at all. I also brought my 3.5 year old in for her first manicure and they were wonderful with her! She had regular polish with a polka dot design and it lasted a solid week... if you're familiar with the disgusting habits of toddlers, you know that's saying a lot! Lastly, when I went in most recently they had their dog in the salon! The adorable dog was so well behaved and just pranced up and down before laying in the middle of the floor. When I arrived, I was told to wait. After 10 minutes, I was directed to a section to sit, but no gel color booklet was given to me. A person then came over and ask, "Do you know what color you're going with?" I replied, "No, I need to look at the booklet to decide." I continued waiting until 11:50 AM. At that point, I walked out -- 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I could understand a delay if I were a walk-in, but not for a booked appointment. I drove 27 minutes for this terrible experience. Their tools looked dirty, and the overall place didn't feel clean. Please don't waste your time here -- the service is awful, and the environment is far from professional and a time waster.

A full set of medium-length coffin-shaped acrylics with normal OPI polish was $35 (including tip) from what I can recall. Touch-ups, I believe were either $15 or $20. The staff here is super amicable, funny, and welcoming. They love talking with you and hearing your story because everybody has one. The woman who did my nails would regularly update me about her family and the trips they took when I returned. The salon is also the cleanest I have ever seen. No dust on the floor, grimy fans, big polish spills, or suspicious stains. When I got my nails done here, the files were always clean, if not new. Definitely give this place a try. I will surely be returning for normal pedicures and manicures.

I picked a color that wasn't that sparkly and they showed me what it would look like and then let me test to see if another one would be better. And I ended up picking the color pictured. They told me they would have to cut my nails shorter for the tips. And sized the tips well for me. I think the shaping could have been more coffin shaped and look more square here, I also think one of the nails on one hand is longer than the other hand. I still love the color and i'm 2 weeks and and they are holding strong and looking great. It took about 1 hr and 20 minutes all together with wait time and finishing the nails. $45.
