A person then came over and ask, "Do you know what color you're going with?" I replied, "No, I need to look at the booklet to decide." I continued waiting until 11:50 AM. At that point, I walked out -- 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I could understand a delay if I were a walk-in, but not for a booked appointment. I drove 27 minutes for this terrible experience. Their tools looked dirty, and the overall place didn't feel clean. Please don't waste your time here -- the service is awful, and the environment is far from professional and a time waster.

I picked a color that wasn't that sparkly and they showed me what it would look like and then let me test to see if another one would be better. And I ended up picking the color pictured. They told me they would have to cut my nails shorter for the tips. And sized the tips well for me. I think the shaping could have been more coffin shaped and look more square here, I also think one of the nails on one hand is longer than the other hand. I still love the color and i'm 2 weeks and and they are holding strong and looking great. It took about 1 hr and 20 minutes all together with wait time and finishing the nails. $45. So I would highly recommend. Overall in love with my nails. Thanks BB nails
