When I arrived, I was told to wait. After 10 minutes, I was directed to a section to sit, but no gel color booklet was given to me. A person then came over and ask, "Do you know what color you're going with?" I replied, "No, I need to look at the booklet to decide." I continued waiting until 11:50 AM. At that point, I walked out -- 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I could understand a delay if I were a walk-in, but not for a booked appointment. I drove 27 minutes for this terrible experience. Their tools looked dirty, and the overall place didn't feel clean. Please don't waste your time here -- the service is awful, and the environment is far from professional and a time waster.

While looking at the colors, I picked up a couple bottles to compare the colors and a technician came over and said that they don't allow customers to touch the bottles of nail polish. During the pedicure, she was aggressively picking at my cuticles with the trimmers leaving red spots around several toe nails for hours after my appointment. She was also rough with the filing, often catching other toes while filing the nail. During the leg and foot massage I continued to flinch and tense up but she did not change her pressure, instead telling me to relax. The following day I had a bruise on one shin and a line of soreness on the other. The nail polish on my toes turned out very nice, but the whole experience was unpleasant and left me sore and bruised.

I called again the next day from my work phone and left another message. The day of my appointment I received a text asking where I was. I explained that I had called twice and left a message. They said they could see that I called once but there was no message left why would I call and not leave a message? Now they are charging me a no-show fee even though they can see that I did call days before. I have never missed an appointment with them before today. I even sent a screenshot showing her I called.
