The employees at Le Nails are kind, attentive and consistent. They pay attention to detail and ensure that you have a good experience every time. They pay attention in conversations and remember details you shared for next time. They build relationships with costumers. They are quick and efficient. I always ask for Nina. I enjoy talking to her, but I also just think she does an amazing job. I have also been serviced by Julie, Lisa and Dan and they all do a great job and are always very kind to me. I don't know what it is with Pedicures lately, but the quality and price have seemed to drop over the past few years. What used to be good has now gone to the dogs, literally. Traditionally, from experience, you could walk into most any pedicure salon and walk out satisfied and not broke. Now, it's the opposite. I walk out broke and feel mediocre about the services I received. My experience at Le Nails was just that. I came here because it was close to home and had walk in availability. They do pedicures and manicures, but I only get Pedis. Anyway, I was seated right away and picked out my nail color as I walked in. Staff here was nice, friendly and efficient and the place was clean and well organized. My issue with this place was two fold. First, usually pedicures start at about $28 to about $35 depending on what services you get and how much you want. A regular pedicure usually includes a leg massage, removal of dead skin off the feet, sometimes hot towels and obviously polish. Mine did come with that, but my nail tech wasn't all that good. She could have done so much better. She wasn't bad, but I left kind of feeling meh. For starters, I asked her how much the services were, and she didn't seem to speak much English. a younger woman came over and told me that a basic pedi was $32 and the "nicer" pedi was $50. $50!?!?!?!??! GET OUT. NOW. NO! It should NOT be that much! Oh, but it comes with a parafin thingy majaber, hot rocks, blach blah blah. NO. That's WAY to much and I didn't get it because that was ridiculous in pricing. I got my feet done which was completely over due, but overall, I left feeling like they were gouging people with their ridiculously high pedicure prices. At most places, a standard pedi with start at about $28 and some of the more advanced ones may go to $35, and MAYBE $40 TOPS. Like you shouldn't pay more then $40, and it really should be closer to $35 to be perfectly honest. Yes, I liked my feet, but I'm not paying their ridiculous prices for an average at best pedicure experience. I guess I will have to keep shopping around for a pedicure place that is better then this and doesn't charge ridiculous prices. read more

The nail tech was rude and condescending, and did a terrible job with these messy bulbous claws. Legit smacked my foot for flinching when he clipped the cuticle close, insulted my nails, and when I pointed out a hair that floated into the wet acrylic, he ignored me, BRUSHED the hair INTO acrylic instead of removing it, then suggested it was my own fault that the hair was there to begin with when I pointed it out again. The whole thing was rushed from the pedicure to the full set. The tips she used are too small for my nails and I left bleeding in multiple spots on my fingers. Went here one previous time and loved it when Nina took care of me this review does not reflect my previous experience.... Being so happy with my previous visit I decided to bring my friend and when we arrived she pulled out her phone to show the nail tech what she wanted it was fairly simple and for what was not simple she even brought her own gems. The tech began my pedicure and told me that she wasn't a professional while working in a nail salon and then she said that ONLY my African American friend needed to go to Detroit to get her nails done after this comment I told her to stop and my and my friend walked out together. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. The tools were dirty from the last appointment, I had a 6:30 appointment and did not receive service until 8:30. On top of that it took an hour and a half for then to do my acrylics because the First Lady messed up so bad. There are cuts all around my cuticles, underneath my fingers, and the nails are lumpy and have uneven tips. I at multiple points asked her to make my nails shorter and she ignored me. They refused to give me my money back and instead gave me a $5 gift certificate. They were rude, unsanitary and unreasonable priced. By the time another lady attempted to fix my nails they were still awful, she cut me more and it was 10 at night and I did not have time to get them painted. I will NEVER go back. I called that Le Nails and asked if they were open today. They said they were. I went to this one thinking it was the other one. Halfway through my pedicure I find out I was at the wrong Le Nails and this one isn't even open on Sunday and she was only here cuz a repairman was coming. I felt terrible. However, Cindy was so sweet about it and did a great job on my overworked feet. Nice polish job, good sugar scrub. The only thing I didn't like was the appearance of the spa chairs. They look VERY used. Moral of the story: make sure you're at the right Le Nails, and if it's this one, you'll get good service. read more

I had a pedicure and polish change done here on a late Friday afternoon before my cousin's wedding rehearsal. It wasn't super busy but I was really late and wasn't tended to right away, which I didn't mind. When it came time for my pedicure, I was overall very pleased with it and the customer service as a whole. It's been about 2 weeks since I got my pedi done and the base coat/polish/top coat has held up very well! (Probably the best in while, if ever.) And the polish change was pretty fast, especially since I told the guy I didn't want to make the other women wait hella long by having a manicure done because I was already really late getting there. And the next morning when I came back to the same plaza with my cousin and 2 of her friends to have our hair and makeup done for the wedding, someone at Le Nails came running out to refund my cousin's friend on her card for a mix-up on payment for the previous day's services. Talk about customer service! Would highly recommend them to anyone in the area. And they have OPI polish! read more

I LOVE this place!! My mom went here when I was a little kid & I remember going with her & they would paint my little kid nails for free or let me paint my own while mom was getting hers done. Now that I'm an adult I come here every two weeks to get my nails done, I get acrylics. Also, about once a month I get a pedi as well. They do amazing work here & are beyond friendly & actually talk to you instead of, like most salons, just talking to each other in a foreign language that makes you feel self conscious like they are talking about you lol. read more

I had a pedicure there, and would definately go back again. I got the deluxe pedi, which included a foot masque, sea salt scrub, lots of massaging, and hot wax. Ahhhhh... I also paid extra for painted flowers on my big toe. The man used 5 different colors, and the work was beautiful! The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and the prices were quite reasonable for the level of services received. They even gave me a free bottle of water to enjoy during the pedicure. So I decided to get acrylics for the first time, I have been doing my own nails for a few years now and not to sound conceited but I got pretty good at it doing designs. With my classes I haven't been able to have long nails so since I'm on spring break I decided, why not? Well this is why not, I called Le Nails to ask how much a set of new acrylics is, whoever picked up said $32. Alright that's not that bad right? Well the man who did my nails constantly kept dropping things and every time he messed up would mumble something under his breadth. Almost no discussion with the customer just "what color do you want?" & "okay done". So I'm watching as my nails get done, they're lumpy, uneven, the gel polish isn't even (you can see the clear acrylic powder part on half my nails on the sides and top). So I think to myself, "whatever it's my first time getting them done and they're only $30 it'll be fine". Uh... nope! The man who did my nails said they were done and was like "okay $50"... fifty dollars for what!? Uneven nails? I got nothing fancy, just plain nails, one color, no decoration, lumpy nails, and FIFTY DOLLARS? I handed over the fifty and the man looked at me as if he's waiting for a tip... dude you said a different price over the phone (I specifically asked for the price of exactly what I was gonna get) and my nails are bumpy, not to mention I had to file down the side/bottom part myself bc it was sticking out and looked gross... and you want a TIP??? Awesome place! These lovely ladies took care of me. I love the pedi chairs, very relaxing with awesome features. They didn't rush me even though it was fairly close to closing time. Everyone was polite and even asked me questions. My nails and feet needed some serious work, I had three broken damaged nails and I don't remember the last time I got a full pedicure. Also, I got my upper lip waxed with ease. Needless to say, when I left I felt amazing. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because it was a bit expensive it was $106 bucks, plus I always tip so...$112...overall a nice place. Thanks again ladies! read more

Brought my teenaged daughter for some beauty therapy for our nails. Mine look fabulous...her experience was awful. The manicurist cut her cuticles too deeply and one was still bleeding when we arrived home 30 minutes later. I could have done better on her nails at home with the caffeine jitters and one eye closed. The good eye. All of her cuticles were mangled, actually, which didn't make for a professional looking manicure. Would not recommend based on my daughter's results. read more
