My previous nail salon closed & so I thought I'd try this place a try.   When I walked in,  the salon was packed!!  Every nail station & pedicure chair was taken.  I was immediately greeted & asked if I had an appointment,  which I did.  I was taken to the station right on time. I was asked what I wanted & she got to work.  Very little conversation with me.  The techs seem to talk amongst each other,  often to the person across the room.   I wasn't expecting a whole lot to be said between us, but it would have been nice to converse.  I always get American manicure and gel  and the tech sped thru each step and I was a bit nervous if they'd hold up. but one time I couldn't make it in for 5 wks. No lifting or breaks. I've gone to this salon about 7 times now.   I think I've gotten 5 diff ppl.  It's always just as busy as the 1st time I've gone here.   They have a good system with scheduling so I do recommend an appt because walk-ins may have a wait. They are very accommodating, asked them for dip with a sparkle and they found me a silver dip powder that was gorgeous for a french tip. They take walk ins but on busy days you're better off calling for an appointment. I've had a mani and pedi done with them multiple times and they do a great job, clean and sanitized. Had an appt at 6. Was seated at 6:30 and then they had me out my hands in a bowl full of alcohol and paper towel. By the time someone got to me 15 minutes later, my hands were almost peeling from being so dry and the paper towel was all stuck to my nails. When I tried to take my fingers out a bit to save my skin, the tech kept shoving my hand down farther in! Following this, she proceeded to cut me with the drill once and then 3 times with the cuticle nippers. Once I understand, but again and again is ridiculous. Just slow the f*ck down! This would have all been tolerable if my nails looked amazing after, I would have just choosen somewhere else next time, but nope... super messy thick dip, a hair painted into the finish, and she smudged the top coat herself checking them (to get me out faster) and didn't fix it. So review time it is! Please don't waste your time and money here! read more

Two stars because my nails ended up okay and the color is cute. However Tina was extremely rude and didn't listen to my multiple requests to take it easy on the drill. After literal multiple asks politely and being ignored each time she finally cut my pinky with the drill and caused it to bleed. She then decided to use the illegal "alcohol glue" to seal it instead of just apologizing and trying to make it better. I then tipped her (10 dollars which she didn't deserve a penny of) and she had the audacity to count it in front of me as if she even earned a cent of it. The WORST pedicure I have ever experienced. The man doing my pedicure didn't cut my cuticles, made my toe nails uneven, didn't do any foot scrub and barely lotioned my feet or legs, then had the audacity to charge me $50! $50?! For what?! My tabby cat could have done a better job! My toes look and feel awful. I am so embarrassed to wear open toed shoes to my nieces wedding tomorrow. I heard 3 girls outside yelling in the parking regarding their experience - that should have been my cue to run. I thought they were just being dramatic teenagers just wanting the latest nail trend not wanting to pay. They also had the nerve to disregard my request for change for $50 (for tip!!!) Tom is my go-to for my pedicures and SNS dip manis. He's thorough and gives relaxing massage which my tired hands appreciate. I love the new updates to the paint and flooring. I started going here for the convenient location less than 1/2 mile from my house, but now come back time and time again for Tom's awesome service. I have been looking for a permanent nail salon since my last one died because of the pandemic. If you follow me around you've noticed that I've been to a few places that were OK but not good enough to come back to. This salon is where I settled for a while but it still has some things I don't care for. Main thing has to do with the speed and equality of their products. As for the speed, they are extremely fast. Most people would like that but when you are fast you cut corners. My fingers have been nicked on more than one occasion And the last filling I got the are must have been using very cheap materials as within a week 2 of my nails cracked. As I have said with others the price is pretty high for such things to go on. I found another place though I probably will see-saw back-and-forth between the 2 of these. At the other place I'd like the service better but it seemed even more expensive and that I don't care for either. At this point, I wish I didn't have to get them done at all but my nail beds are so weak and my nails are paper thin for over 10 years doing this so I'm still looking for a permanent place. read more

Horrible, horrible service! I was referred by Yelp as I was visiting for a wedding. A VERY RUDE man did my full set of tips and nails. The man who did my nails cut my cuticles with the tools he was using. The beds of my nails were red/bloody. It was super gross as I was worried about the cleanliness of the entire situation. Furthermore, the man was very rude, and unprofessional when I requested assistance with choosing a color--he kept trying to push a gel manicure onto me when I kept letting him know that they peel off very quickly and barely last. Overall, the salon seemed to lack proper hygiene, and friendly service, and just subpar. read more

They barely touched my feet and legs and just put nail polish on and dismissed me. I called them and spoke to the manager who told me to go somewhere else if I'm not happy. This was always an okay place for a manicure but my last visit will be my last. I went in for a color change because I had gotten a manicure already and the lady who did my manicure kept making comments under her breath after I told her how I wanted my colors and after she had RUSHED WND finished, it looked like I painted my nails at home. I went back to get it fixed after work and they were very rude and made it seem as if there was nothing wrong with my nails. And making comments to each other and laughing. But I'm not so sure about the other staff, not pleased at all by my shellac "manicure" that cost me $30. the technician cut my cuticles too deep around three different nails. I'm really glad I decided to check out this nail salon. I called same-day to see if they had any openings for two shellac manicures. They were able to get us both in at the time we requested. When we arrived, we didn't have to wait-both nail techs had everything ready to go. They were polite and friendly! Our nails turned out beautifully. We paid $30 for the shellac and it was worth every penny. They did our manicures in about 30 minutes which I was happy about. I'm not sure why everyone is complaining that it took just 30 minutes. I'm glad they could do a quality job in such a short time. I got a massage and lotion etc just like a regular manicure. I don't need them to spend an hour on my hands. I'd rather get in and get out to continue about my day. I will definitely be coming back! read more

I came in for a pedicure and they brought me to a seat right away which I thought was good, but I sat with my feet in cold water for 15 minutes before anyone helped and added hot water (after I asked). Once the pedicure started she flew through it. I was nearly in the seat for the whole pedicure as long as I was waiting. They are also not clean. I noticed she put the pumice scrub and toe scrubber back into her box without sanitizing it!? The pedicure is spotty as well. Don't go here...it's not worth the money or health risks! read more

In a moment of desperation, I decided to seek a nail salon open still at 5:30ish on a Saturday. Yikes. I don't think that she said more than one or two words to me through the whole acrylic fill. She did however talk to her coworkers plenty, in a different language. I can't help but to think that they are talking about me the whole time! I tried to make small talk a bit, but she basically ignored me. The actual nail service was about the most unsanitary I have ever received. Nothing that she used on me had been cleaned whatsoever. The floor was super dirty, and the girls who worked there were walking around without shoes on, after soaking in the pedicure bowls. $15 for a fill, didn't remove any old acrylic that was peeling off, used the drill for the entire thing. I believe I got burned no less than 5 times from the damn drill. Now, I am not expecting a five star resort at a nail place around here but I definitely wont be back to this one. read more

very sad indeed. Went in with three people to get nails done and had never been there before. There was no price list and then when I went to pay, I told them to pay for all three and add $30 for a tip, $10 for each manicurist. When the other two got done I was then told that we owed another $159 on top of the other $120 I already paid. It is one thing if I choose those services knowing how much it would cost but who would have thought. No prices posted anywhere! My friend and I had the same thing done and hers was $102 and mine was $90. Really?? Buyer beware. Complete taking advantage of customers. read more

This was my favorite nail salon but the last 2 times very disappointed seems they push the gel manicures so much that the nail polish for just a manicure is old and won't dry. Dried my nails there then had my hands out the sunroof for the 30 minute drive home. It was almost 2 hours before I started making dinner. Now nails are a smudged up mess. I get my nails done here because it's cheaper than most places I've tried in Oakland county. I guess you get what you pay for in the sense the acrylic is horrible. Starts to chip immediately along with the cheap nail polish they provide you. She didn't speak two words to me and never looked me in the eye. Unless she was trying to up sell me to the gel nails which I refused multiple times, and even so never looked me in the eye. It's close and cheap, but you're trying out new places, keep on driving. read more

When I went in it was nice. They speak some good english but not all the time. When I left I went to tip the girl and she looked at me like I was the cheapest person ever. I got me and my friend a pedi for $70 and when you use your card they charge you .50 not expensive but a pointless charge if you ask me. When I woke up the next day my left foot hurt and I wasn't able to walk on it upon inspection it seems the girl cut my foot while scrapping the dead skin off it.
