I went to LeNails this past Saturday, and was assigned to a male manicurist that was awful! First, I had gel polish to be removed. He removed by soaking in acetone for a few minutes and then removed the polish by using the nail burr which left my nails with a wavy surface, he then should have used a file to even out the surface but did not do when applying the new nail polish (which was not a gel or shellac -product as I was now wanting a simple regular nail polish) the result was a very wavy odd appearance. He also did a very poor job in shaping my nails and did not even push back my cuticles, he said they were fine. I think he was hurrying because a pedicure came in which would be a bigger ticket item. I have been trying to find a nail salon now for quite a while. And I have posted before on my various places. Unfortunately, I have not found one that I really like and it has not ended here. If you were there to get something quick and you really didn't care about it would be the place to be. The prices are around whatever body else is paying for so there's nothing special there . However, it probably was the most painful job I've ever had in terms of I've Got nicked in my fingers actually feel like they hurt. I have gotten my nails done for 15 years now so I know how it should feel versus how it feels right now and that is not good. Also I believe they tried to rush me out and they didn't want to coat my nails correctly. He just put one coat of Polish on my nails and then tried to put clear and that's not good enough I asked him to do the other. Also they We're slappy when they finished in terms of the fact that I have Polish all over my hands. When I mentioned that I had some on my fingers he took a nail file and not Polish remover to try to get it off. Really not a good thing. I asked to wash my nails at the normal time you would wash them and he made some stupid excuse saying no they would last longer that way. Again I've been getting my nails done for a long time and that's the 1st time I ever heard such idiocy. So if you're a high school girl looking to get just your nails done real quick maybe this might be a good idea, I Shit no I'm a high school teacher and I see manicures that look similar to this all the time. I'm still looking for quality nail salon with a good sweet spot when it comes to money and this is not the place. It might be OK to go to but it's not going to work for me. read more

Without explanation, without cause, without any feedback I have been forced to withdraw my business from Le Nails due to unprofessional practices and unprofessional personal issues on behalf of the staff. It is very unfortunate that they opted to treat a customer of more than 20 years this way. If you are planning to visit this establishment just be careful. They don't value your business. They also talk about customers badly for mo reason. They also talk about each other badly. The overall environment has become TOXIC and extremely unprofessional. They ignore phone calls, they over charge without informing the customer in advance and the owner allows the staff to mistreat customers. I am very disappointed!!!! Came with two friends. I'm not a local so I had no idea what I was in for. Grabbed a pedicure chair. Was surprised they don't line the bowls with plastic bags. I guess they wash them and sanitize them in between customers???? I mean, I hope they do. Got a pedicure. She did a nice job. The massage and scrub could've been a little longer. No hot towel service. Also asked for a trim of my finger nails. She did a rough job of cutting a few of them and then filed those few. What about the rest of the nails? They were totally mismatch. Some long, some short. Wtf? The pedi was $30 and the mismatch cut and file nail job was $5! What a rip off. That should've been free. Needless, she only got $7 tip. Her and another gal were chatting the whole time. Probably about how jacked my feet were from camping and tubing in the river all weekend lol. Oh well. The chairs massaged while I waited for the polish to dry. There was one Tv to watch. Place seemed clean but I wonder. Parking is a huge lot. No appointment was needed for a weekday. They were slow. The pedicure was thorough enough and my toes look great! My feet could have been sloughed a little bit harder or longer, but for the price, it was adequate. They have a good assortment of polish colors to choose from and the salon was clean. They had me go to the guy to the right when you first walk in! He did so good on my ombré and foil set! They also were very patient with my daughter who was starting to move a lot towards the end. DO NOT GO HERE!! The worst pedicure I've ever had! I had to wait 15-20 min to start with only 1 person getting a pedicure. Then she zooms through my pedicure. Sitting and waiting to start was longer than my pedicure. She didn't cut my cuticles or grate my feet. She just scrubbed it with a brush for like 10 sec, cleaned my feet, and started painting my nails. She basically did nothing, but paint my nails. I could have done that my self. Pedicure was good, includes the expected, manicure was okay, nothing over the top. But DO NOT by any means get your eyebrows waxed here. I told them multiple times that I like my eyebrows thick NOT thin. My eyebrows ended up looking like two small thin lines had been drawn on. They did not listen. A screwed up manicure or pedicure takes a matter of seconds to fix, but my eyebrows will take months to grow back in, not to mention my skin is still extremely red 24 hours after the job. read more

She told me the water was fine, my feet were too cold. What?? As my pedicure was starting, the tech rolled over a tray of tools and was going to get started. I stopped her and asked about using clean sterilized tools. She had to ask the manager where the sterlized tools were. What? The rest of the pedicure was fine but my basic manicure was sub-par. The manicurist didn't know how to file nails. After the third filing, I had no nails left. I wondered if she was a trained manicurist and asked about her training and license. Came in for my homecoming nails with an appointment made. Nothing fancy, a simple mani-pedi with normal polish. I was right on time for my appointment at 10, I was sat down right away, but by 10:05 or so the nail tech was completely done with my hands and on to my feet. I've come here before and gotten their manicures, which include cuticle trim, lotioning, the usual. This time, I got a horrible paint job with polish all over my skin, half my nail never even got touched, and then the quickest layer of top coat that didn't even cover the whole nail. During my pedicure I finally asked for them to clean it up and another nail tech had to come and do it for her. Less than 24 hours later they are already chipped and cheap looking. Not sure why I paid $40 for something I could have done better on my own. read more

I would definitely not recommend this place. I am inexperienced in getting my nails done, the only time I've ever had fake nails put in were acrylics in high school that destroyed my nails. Today I went to Le Nails and asked for a full set of gel nails. I was suspicious of what he was doing as I was having my 'gels' applied, even commented that the process looked just like acrylics. He insisted that they were gels, so I let it go, blaming my inexperience. After getting home, I did some research because I still wasn't convinced. I am now 100% positive that he put acrylics on my nails, and I am furious. I was even charged more for my 'gel' nails... Like will not be going back to this place. read more
