Awww! I was having a rough day - on a Sunday afternoon - and not motivated to do anything. But I needed my gel pedicure changed. It it was 4 pm when I went out looking for an open salon.... Yelp! told me several salons were open but either they weren't - or, the one that was didn't have time to take me. I figured I'd try one more or go home and try to take the gel off myself... I parked at 4:30 pm figuring I'd just see if they could take off the gel since there wasn't time to give me a full pedi. But the sign on the door said they closed at 4:30 so I stated to walk away -- but the owner Lee saw me and smiled and waved me in. I said, "oh, it's okay, you are closing" and he said, "no, no, what do you need?" And I said, "can you just take the gel off my toes?" And he said, "is that all?" Again, awww! So I'm getting pampered and feeling better about the day. My toes look fantastic and Lee gave me a great massage including hot towels. They brought me water and a little piece of chocolate. .. and I feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend. Will be back with my friends! read more

I was in the area while my daughter was at a cheer camp. I cannot say enough how I wish I didn't live so far away so I could come back more often! The service was amazing everyone was exceptionally kind, the environment relaxing and prices fair in my opinion. I just got a shellac pedicure but seriously one of the best I've had in a very long time. I didn't feel rushed or hurried out and when I say she got every piece of dead skin I had I mean it. I told the manicurist 3 separate times that it was not what I wanted and he continued to finish my nails. Please do yourself a favor and no not patronize this place. They have sadly gone down and are unsanitary and unprofessional. I experienced a young man that didn't clean his station, wore no gloves, didn't understand the requested service and overall they took money offer due to his error on my nails. This place is going to give someone an infection. The state board needs to pay a visit. Waist of time and no nails to show for it. I attempted to make an appointment and was told they only have walk in service. I went back later in the day and they were very busy. I was ok waiting (and I did for over a hour) the frustrating part was watching one nail tech finish and then proceed to walk around the shop doing nothing. She wasn't eating lunch or taking a break it appeared like she was just checking over everyone else's shoulders. This facility provides decent service. Certain nail techs are better than the others. Whenever I go, I try to stick with the same two. Unfortunately, I believe many customers know this as well and therefor you often experience a much longer wait here. It's worth the wait if you see those two, for the others, you may leave disappointed. read more

Came here on a whim today as I was headed to my usual place when I'm in the area. I canceled my current appointment at my regular place, because my usual girl couldn't take me. I've driven past many times and have actually gotten food a few doors down, but never noticed these guys. Let's just say I'm happy I turned around. They did an excellent job, I didn't feel rushed and they were very nice and interactive with the customers. Today I was there for two hours, I got a full set and a pedicure. My only complaint was that the man slipped and sliced my finger with the spinning nail sander and it actually went pretty deep so it's been hurting all day. I used to come here all the time on my lunch break from work. They do a decent job, and they were normally pretty quick. The more I came, the more they got used to me. They would say "hello Denise! One minute" when I would walk in. I felt special, they knew me. As time went on they got too comfortable. I'd be in the middle of getting my nails done and someone would come in with a broken nail and I would be shoved aside, nails half done and they would fix the other persons nail before mine could even be filed. The first few times I brushed it off. After multiple times enough was enough. Also, there is a lot of yelling and fighting going on. Husband and wife will yell at each other quite often in front of clients. His wife would shellac my nails and although they were mediocre at best she took such a long time. I always ended up getting back to the office late. One time I missed an entire meeting because I was shuffled around so much and my nails weren't in a condition to leave. My point is, if you're with one client, finish them until the end. Don't bounce them around or shove them to the side to fix one nail on someone that just walked in. I haven't been back, I don't have the time in my day for that. read more

There was a woman who sat in her chair and beat the hell out of my nails. From pinky to big toe she chopped too deep and made my fingers and toes extra sensitive to touch. When you have to stop at the drug store on the way to work to get nail polish and nail clippers because the nail salon did such a horrendous job? Yep. I went in at 9, saying that I needed to be out by 9:45 because of work and that I just needed my gel off and a quick change if we had time. I proceeded to sit there with nail polish remover on my fingers for 35 minutes. 35 minutes. The woman also did not file my gel even a little bit before soaking, so obviously it won't come off. I also asked for them to cut my nails, which they did not do. I finally got my gel off and the clock was nearing 9:50 and all I had was jacked up gross nails that were unacceptable for my job. On top of that, they have no signs that if you pay with a card it's an extra $5. So my $5 gel removal cost me $10, and the extra cost of the repair kit I had to buy to fix my nails on the way to work. Do not recommend. read more

Went in with longer square nails that I wanted trimmed down but wanted the shape to be the same. The guy who did my nails cut them down completely and filed them into uneven ovals despite me constantly telling him otherwise. Got a gel manicure yesterday evening and one nail is already peeling off. Other nails are not painted completely to the sides of my nail bed. Probably won't be going back. read more
