I was little nervous because I didn't know what to expect but she quickly made me feel calm and at ease. She explained the process and each step thoroughly before proceeding. I agree that it's not as painful as waxing but there still is some pain (with beauty usually comes pain :-) but she distracted me through the most painful parts. The facility itself if very clean and hygienic and the pink, modern ambience screams sweet and chic. I also love that the products are all natural. I was very nervous because when my friends have gone to other salons to do them they had reported stinging the whole time during the procedure from the glue. I saw the great reviews of this place and decided to spend the extra money to get it done here. Take into consideration that it's your eyes and you only have two and this can be a danger towards your vision! She did absolutely amazing! It only takes about 1 1/2 hours. I felt NO pain/stinging from the glue. I'm writing this the next day and my lashes feel normal. My lashes don't feel heavy or annoying, and I forget I'm wearing them. I will be back for a fill!

Upon arriving 7 minutes late as I thought my appointment was at 10 vs 9:55, and I got a bit lost, I was told that the person that they could not do both my eyebrow wax and nose wax as there was not enough time. I was told that my appointment would last 30-35 minutes. I became upset with her as I stated I really needed my nose waxed vs by eye brows at which she stated she doesn't need to service me at all today. While I understand that there are others coming after me, I did not appreciate the disrespect or unprofessional behavior. I will not be back.
