I was told that my appointment would last 30-35 minutes. I became upset with her as I stated I really needed my nose waxed vs by eye brows at which she stated she doesn't need to service me at all today. While I understand that there are others coming after me, I did not appreciate the disrespect or unprofessional behavior. I will not be back.

She barely uses 4 strips and we are done!! In and out under 15 min. She was also able to sell me microdermabrasion facial which I had not gotten it done as such before, I think that was the reason my face is not breakout free.
