This was absolutely the WORST experience in my entire life. I had been getting my lashes done for 10+ years and never have I gotten this DISAPPOINTED. The first three pictures were the result from a NEWBIE technician (white lady with big glasses) who did not know what she was doing. She firstly stunned my eyes while taking off my old lashes, then did a "volume set" on my eyes. You seriously called this a volume set? NOTHING about this looked like the pictures they provided in the beginning (what's the point confirming with me in the first place)??? What's even more irritating is that they claimed it was my fault for having "short", "less" lashes to begin with. The fourth picture is when I got back to my usual technician (BLAME IT ON YOUR SKILLS NOT MY LASHES). Such TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE TEAM AND THE OWENER). To conclude, DO NOT COME HERE. If you don't get what you're expecting then they'll blame it on your natural lashes. Plus they hire people with ZERO techniques and absolutely NOT QUALIFIED for this job.
