And let's talk about the "free treatment" I chose for my underarms -- complete trash. I've had to shave three times since, including the same day I got home, because they missed so many hairs. Zero attention to detail. The free session with consultation was worth exactly that. Everyone I know pays under $200 for full-body laser and actually gets results. Milan Laser is overpriced, sloppy, and more focused on selling loans than doing their job. Honestly, you'd get better results buying a $10 razor at CVS.

Rita made me feel so comfortable and validated my concerns about body hair. she was also thorough in making sure my medical history was aligned with the treatment, gave me instructions for preparing for laser hair removal and aftercare, and she walked me through step by step what she was doing and how it would feel. in my opinion, compared to a Brazilian wax especially, this was relatively painless! only a few sensitive spots for me. Rita's little suite is cozy and cute too. She has all of her certifications on the wall in the suite so you know she has the credentials to be doing this work too. Nawal is the only one that does eyebrow waxing apparently. I originally had a 2:45pm appointment today but they called to see if they could move it, since she had to leave early. So we changed it to 2pm. They have a nice set-up and they're located in the Kroger plaza. It's like a 5-minute drive from my parents' house, which is why I bought the Groupon. She did a good job on my eyebrows and my upper lip looks good too, only thing I wasn't really pleased with is that she said I "need" an upper lip waxing (which is true, but geez, lol!). I'd maybe come back when in the area.
