An update to my last review. Very disappointed on the result. My mom got 20U of Botox. Gave it the full 2 weeks. And sadly saw no changes. Maybe it's not enough, but really didn't expect zero change after $260. May try Botox again but probably a different location. read more

I got my lip injections done here by McKenzie twice now, and she does a fantastic job, has fun with her clients to make them comfortable and is very knowledgeable on injections. Getting these type of treatments is very pricey and she makes you feel like a friend rather than a number:) read more

Ageless Image Facial Aesthetics (AIFA) performs cosmetic, anti-aging injections (Botox & Fillers) that are non-invasive, safe and effective. Hydra Facials, chemical peels and other treatments are also offered. McKenzie, the owner and Cosmetic Nurse Injectionist is extremely talented and experienced. Her expertise and artistry is what sets her apart from other Injectionist. McKenzie has an exceptional bedside manner and a great sense of humor. During your consultation she discloses the substance(s) that will be injected and openly discusses the risks (if any) and benefits of the treatment. Her goal is to use injectables that are best suited to deliver safe and effective results. I've been going to McKenzie for years and her work continues to amaze me. I highly recommend AIFA if you are looking to minimize wrinkles, provide more plumpness to your cheeks, or to improve your skin's texture and overall appearance. Trust me you're gonna love it! read more

So, it's been over a year from my original review and I thought I would update since I've had McKenzie transform my look from being tired to just amazing!!!! I honestly can't say enough about them. I never feel like she pushes anything on me. She's so honest with her opinions about what you should do as opposed to what you think you need. I've had her do Botox, lips, eye trough area, smile lines....and everything has turned out better than I imagined. I no longer get the "you look tired" comment! I've referred her without hesitation. On top of that, she and Chelsea never make the office feel like an appt. It's almost like visiting girlfriends. I can't imagine ever going anywhere else.... read more

I've been coming here for about a little less than a year but have experienced significant improvements in my appearance, thanks to McKenzie and her smooth flowing operation! She's so patient, kind, sensitive, and KNOWLEDGEABLE about her products! I wouldn't consider any other facility for services like this. read more

McKenzie at Ageless Image is simply the best! I wouldn't go anywhere else, and trust her 100% with my face. The JUVÉDERM product and technique she uses for lips goes beyond expectations. My lips look naturally full, and feel amazing. I get compliments on them all the time. I also come to her for BOTOX in my forehead and eye area... Let me tell you, best money I've ever spent. Works better than any cream and serum, it's age-reversal and prevention at its finest. Location: Easy to find, clean, cute & comfortable Services: Options galore, professional, wonderful consultation, friendly & they offer Brilliant Distinction points that you can use to take $ off future services (because without a doubt you'll want to come back again & again for more of her magic!) Staff: McKenzine & her husband are an amazing team. Family owned and operated is always the best. She is easy is get along with, super personable and soooo adorable. I just love her. They also send out confirmation texts, which is very useful. I started coming here based on a good friends recommendation, and now send my friends/clients here... Knowing they'll be in great hands! She is the go-to girl for enhancing your beauty, so call and just do it! I promise you'll love it. read more

Thanks to Yelp, I found McKenzie at Ageless Image who is excellent! Today was my first visit to Ageless Image after my plastic surgeon retired last year. (I had two prior consults with other offices that I was not comfortable with). You will find the atmosphere very pleasant and professional. McKenzie, (the owner and person who administers the injectables) is very sincere, friendly and a great communicator. A perfect balance of listening yet, giving her opinion and explanation of products making it easy to understand. Prices were given up front, in a transparent, forthright manner. My outcome was better with McKenzie this first time than the entire duration I was treated with my former plastic surgeon for eight years. I am really thrilled! A nice bonus is that they run monthly specials....listed on their website. Today for making my Juvaderm purchase, I was entitled to get a complimentary facial for the future. Such a nice unexpected little perk. Thank you so much again and I highly recommend Ageless Image!!! read more

I found Mckenzie by complete accident, and I'm so glad I did! Her work is incredibly beautiful. Looks so natural and I love that she gives great advice without ever being pushy. Surely she can create any look you want, I prefer a very natural enhancement. I have been very happy every time. read more

I have had cosmetic injections a few times, and will ONLY see McKenzie now. All my life I have blacked out/passed out when doctors or nurses give me vaccines, cosmetic injections, or draw blood, and McKenzie is the only person that I've NOT had that happen with! I love the painless process and the end result. read more

Ageless Image all the staff are just amazing! As soon as you walk in the front desk staff greet you with a smile and make you feel so comfortable and inviting. The entire salon is just gorgeous and beautifully decorated. I first went in for a free consultation with McKenzie which she immediately made me feel very comfortable and she was very confident which reassured me that she was very experienced with Botox and injections. She is very passionate about her work, loves what she does and it shows!! This is an art and she creates beauty in other women! I see now why there is a wait time to get in to see this beautiful woman and that is because she is the BEST!!! After going to another provider with a very bad experience I was very intimidated about going through this again but I am so glad that I found Ageless Image and you will be happy you did too!! Thanks Staff at Ageless Image!! read more

Ageless Image Facial Aesthetics is fantastic! I love McKenzie's work. I have gone to many doctors and nurses for botox treatments through the years, but McKenzie is the best. Bravely addressing areas that most won't even touch, because she knows what she's doing, she skillfully responded to my concerns with remarkable results - and no bruising! Of course bruising is always a possibility when the face is injected, but it just hasn't happened with McKenzie so far. Naturally McKenzie addresses the "standard" botox areas (frown lines, crow's feet) beautifully. But it is her awareness of human physiology that enables her to address problems on the more delicate areas of the face that I didn't even realize could be resolved, that takes her service to a higher level. McKenzie is a nurse, highly intelligent, and understands beauty. She doesn't overuse the product, but provides just enough to get great results in a cost effective manner. She knows that people who look good, feel good, and she is doing her part to make that happen. I highly recommend her to any one who wants to bring out the beauty in their face. read more

McKenzie is great the whole staff is sweet as pie! They make you feel comfortable right as you walk in! Chelsea gives the best hydro facial for the best price! And the gray glitter wall when you walk in is to die for!!! I will 100% be back for some more juvaderm treatments and maybe some Botox read more

I have been coming to this establishment for various services since before they moved to this location. McKenzie is a sweetheart. She is very gentle, caring, she takes her time listening to you and strives to understand exactly what you want. She actually remembers what you talked about last time and will ask you about it the next time you come in. The ladies at the front desk have always been super kind and friendly. Pricing is not too competitive, but is it a reliable place and the monthly specials sometimes have some really awesome deals, so keep an eye out! I even recommended this place to my mom, who is going in for a consult. Check it out! read more

I having been coming to nurse Mackenzie for years and she does a wonderful job on botox and juvederm. She is very educated on her products and technique. She is also personable and makes u feel relaxed and comfortable. She never tries to over sell or over inject products. She gives me a natural look taking years off my face. Always flawless. read more

I found McKenzie on Yelp, and was impressed with the multiple positive reviews. I called the office a week before my appointment as I was nervous about first time Botox and Juvederm injections. The receptionist was so sweet and calmed all my fears. She gave me tips to reduce inflammation and gave me her first hand experience. Arriving at the office, I was pleased to see such a clean and inviting atmosphere. McKenzie counseled me on what products would be best for me. I was very nervous about discomfort I would feel. I'm happy to report that all of my fears were unfounded and I felt no discomfort whatsoever. Mckenzie uses a numbing cream that makes everything a breeze. While in office, I noticed that they offer a ton of spa services. I will definitely be back! read more

I came in for a consult and ended up getting some botox. It was my first experience with facial injections so I was a little afraid. It was actually not painful at all. The customer service was really great and they are so knowledgable and make you feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend coming here. read more

I had a hydrafacial and my eyebrows and lashes tinted by Chelsea. She is absolutely fantastic! She did an incredible job and then checked with me later on to make sure I like the results. Definitely a five-star service. read more

So glad I found McKenzie's establishment last year through Yelp. She's thorough, very warm and friendly, and good at what she does to say the least. Moreover, she has done a better job than most "pretentious" places I've been to and her prices are unbeatable. Make sure to make an appointment. I couldn't recommend her enough--I'm encouraging everyone to check her out! read more

I found Ageless Image on Yelp about a month ago and went to my first appointment today. The reviews I read were exactly what I experienced with McKenzie and the rest of the friendly staff at Ageless. I've had botox before and IPL laser treatments in the past, but I'm glad McKenzie went through more options for what I'm trying to achieve. Like most of the reviews on here, I too would recommend Ageless spa! I am a very happy first time client...and it won't be my last time:) read more

I can't say enough about Mackenzie and Ageless Image. I have been seeing Mackenzie for Botox for a little less than a year. I was very nervous about looking unnatural, so I wanted her to be conservative. Well, we were a bit too conservative. Mackenzie's staff texts two weeks post-treatment, to see how things are going. When I expressed some disappointment, Mackenzie saw me very quickly, and at no cost - until we got it right. Customer Service is second to none. Colleen at the front desk is so friendly and is truly a great ambassador. If you've been thinking about a cosmetic procedure but are nervous, I urge you to give Ageless Image a try. I am wondering why I waited so long. read more

I have been debating leaving this review for months now but decided I want to help someone else who might be like me, initially selecting Ageless Image because of their stellar reviews. I went in for a hydra-facial which was amazing and ended up setting up an appointment for Botox and lip filler (Juvederm) after speaking with McKenzie at length. I'm 35 and this was my first experience with this type of thing. I look young for my age and wanted to prevent wrinkles and add a little pout to my already full lips. There was no pressure and I was excited. She and her staff were friendly and McKenzie seemed genuinely caring and knowledgeable. However, the issues started a few days after my injections. My lips formed weird lumps/bubbles and wrinkled pockets, and my brows/eyes had a severe droop. I went back in and was assured it could be corrected. I received more Juvederm and Botox. The explanation was that some people have deeper pockets in their lips and therefore need more product to receive ideal results. I was satisfied with the explanation and excited to finally see the results everyone else has left raving reviews about. Well, days later I now had Jack Nicholson eyebrows with a little Grinch mixed in. When they called to check up on me and my results I was very honest in my disappointment. They were apologetic and friendly but I advised I would not be back. A while later I moved out of state and decided to give Botox another try and have since seen what a true injection expert can do. Unfortunately, my lips haven't been so lucky. It has been over a year and my lips still have the weird bubbles that make them deformed (especially when I smile). I have researched and been told the Juvederm should have dissolved by now but a few lucky people can see results that last 2 years! That would have been great if my work were not botched. I have spoken to a plastic surgeon who advised the filler can be dissolved but it is expensive and I'm hesitant because it seems like the lumps have permanently altered/stretched the lip skin and I'm scared to see what the final result will be. Overall the folks at Ageless Image were friendly and professional but that's not enough to make up for the disappointment I felt and am still going through. ******Edited to RESPOND to McKenzie****** McKenzie, I'm glad I was able to see your response here on Yelp since I have not been notified of any attempt of contact by you. It is 100% untrue that I did not check your Yelp reviews which led me to selecting your business. I saw the Hydrafacial services first and received that service, which I was perfectly honest about. I was also honest and accurate in saying it was after that service that I decided to get the injectables. Read my review again. It is also 100% untrue that I did not voice my dissatisfaction with the person who called during both the first and second phone check-ups. Voicing my dissatisfaction the first time is what led me back to your office getting more injectables to correct the initial issue. During second phone check-up, I literally said verbatim, "I have Jack Nicholson eyebrows" why would that be ok? No one wants eyebrows like that. I wasn't going to chance a third disappointment, so no, I was not planning on going back to give you another chance. Your 5 star reviews are exactly what lead me to you and exactly why I decided to leave my review. Your services and skills are not flawless and without fault and that impression should not be given. My results are proof of that. read more

I am not a regular Yelp-er but when I receive excellent service I feel the need to comment. From start to finish, my experience with the staff here was fabulous! I couldn't get in as quickly as I wanted to, but the staff updated me on cancellations through text and got me in sooner than expected. They're extremely friendly and not pretentious in any way. I felt very confident in McKenzie's abilities not only because of other reviews, but also her medical background. The coupons and promotions are an added bonus :). I will definitely be a repeat customer! read more
