On October 9, 2020. I had surgery a second time; this time an attempt was made to correct scarring and the excess skin. The picture is of the right breast. Dr Sosa said that he could further correct the issue and convinced me to have liposuction on my back, as well. I had surgery a third time in February 2022. The photos show what I was left with at the hands of this doctor. I left a review on his Facebook page, www. I simply was trying to explain that i would like to continue to try and come and if it was getting too close I would then cancel. While she was screaming at me she also said he needed to be out of the office by 10 15, I asked why she would schedule me for 10 if he needed to be out by 10 15 which she proceeded to stumble out a response that made no sense. I'm sure he does great work but his staff just cost a loss of about 20k, extremely unprofessional and rude! I visited this office on June 12, 2026, for an Ultherapy consultation. The consultation itself was informative, but I explained that I needed to discuss the cost with my husband before making a decision. The staff suggested I apply for CareCredit so I could finance the procedure with six months of interest-free payments. They assisted me with the application using their iPad and helped me obtain a $3,000 credit line. I scheduled an appointment for the following week, but after discussing it with my husband, I called on June 15 to cancel. The office accepted my cancellation and even sent me a text confirming it. Almost two weeks later, I discovered that my CareCredit account had already been charged the full $3,000 on the day of the consultation, even though I never received the procedure. I was never told that my account had been charged, and I did not believe I had authorized a payment for a procedure that had not been performed. When I contacted the office, they refused to reverse the charge and told me that I had signed authorizing the transaction. My understanding was that I was signing documents related to the CareCredit application on their iPad, not authorizing an immediate $3,000 charge. Because of this dispute, CareCredit opened an investigation into the transaction. As a result, I lost access to my CareCredit funds and had to use another credit card to pay for a different medical expense. My experience has been extremely stressful and time-consuming. I recommend that anyone financing through this office carefully review every document before signing and request copies of everything immediately.

Which was absolutely incredible and worth the money I spent Back in November 2023 I had surgery scheduled. TWENTY days before surgery they told me Dr. Ozolins was no longer with the practice and because I already paid money down for my surgery I had absolutely no choice but to allow Dr. Reisin to do my procedure or lose my money. I was so anxious about the entire thing and so upset that I never got an explanation why my surgeon was leaving. I took the chance with Dr. Reisin and I will say my surgery went well and I felt comfortable but I truly think having this surgery was a complete waste of my money and for how much I have spent and have referred so many people I feel sadden. They also tell me I can get money back on procedures for referrals but never once have I been offered when asked about it to Dolores in the past. My second surgery was lipo to my back, under boob lipo, and a revision to my hips because I ended up with dog ears from my tummy tuck. I'm now 6 months post op and my back is just as if not more saggy than before surgery. I'm so beyond upset with my results and had high hopes my back would look better. Dr. Reisin tried to reassure me a month out that my back would look better with time...does not look better at all. My hips are still not proportional like they should be. The only place I'm happy with results is under my boobs where it was liposuctioned. If I would have known all this I would have just paid the money for lipo under my boobs. Money down the drain in my eyes. I was never once told I needed a back lift and I believe because they wanted money for the lipo just so that after I will come back again for a back lift. I'm so incredibly sad and still uncomfortable in my skin everyday after losing so much weight and broken promises that I'd look better after surgery. Even more sad that I wasn't given much options after being told my surgeon was leaving the practice 20 days before my surgery. Shame. I spent $8,200 on my tummy tuck that was a drastic change and I was happy with. Lipo to my back alone was $6,000 that they quoted me and to flip me over and do under my boobs and revision to my hips was another $1,200. All that money with lack of a drastic change and barely even cutting me open is BS. This will be the last I come here. *Adding in* I workout and eat clean 80/20% high protein, high fiber diet. These are poor results 6 months post op my surgery. I'm beyond pissed with my results and I will be seeking Dr. Ozolins at Illuum to fix my issue.
