While getting the pedicure and explaining, I can't have anything hot on me because of my multiple sclerosis. I was trying to take it off myself and slipped my foot out realizing it was stuck in there then I begged her for cold water on my foot. it took the top layer of skin off of my foot I thought at first just my toes, however the swelling and redness continued. The entire process was so completely ridiculous from the point of the scolding heat from the wax to the nail technician telling me to come up front to pay for my pedicure while I couldn't even put a shoe on. He actually told me finally the wax was just overheated without asking how I was without taking a look at my feet. When the women wanted to look at my foot, he finally got so angry This is when he yelled at me two times to get out!! LITERALLY THE OWNER OF THIS SALON ALEX!! SPOKE TO A CUSTOMER THIS WAY AFTER HER FOOT WAS BURNED COMPLETELY NOT TO MENTION IT WAS MY BIRTHDAY. I was astounded bY THE LACK TREATMENT AND CARE. The women in the salon were horrified at Alex behavior. Many asked, are you going help this woman? I finally said I am not paying for this. After reading the online reviews, I decided to give this place a try -- and I completely regret it…read more I scheduled a Gel Polish appointment weeks in advance for 11:35 AM. When I arrived, I was told to wait. After 10 minutes, I was directed to a section to sit, but no gel color booklet was given to me. A person then came over and ask, "Do you know what color you're going with?" I replied, "No, I need to look at the booklet to decide." I continued waiting until 11:50 AM. At that point, I walked out -- 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I could understand a delay if I were a walk-in, but not for a booked appointment. I drove 27 minutes for this terrible experience. Their tools looked dirty, and the overall place didn't feel clean. Please don't waste your time here -- the service is awful, and the environment is far from professional and a time waster.

When I checked in, I was told to go pick out a nail color for my pedicure. While looking at the colors, I picked up a couple bottles to compare the colors and a technician came over and said that they don't allow customers to touch the bottles of nail polish. This was my second time here and I've been to a few different salons and this is the first time I've been told that. The pedicure started 10 minutes late and the technician was rough and unfriendly. During the pedicure, she was aggressively picking at my cuticles with the trimmers leaving red spots around several toe nails for hours after my appointment. She was also rough with the filing, often catching other toes while filing the nail. During the leg and foot massage I continued to flinch and tense up but she did not change her pressure, instead telling me to relax. The following day I had a bruise on one shin and a line of soreness on the other.
