I got my a full set from Evan and he does a great job, good filing, quick and efficient. I came back to get a fill and the lady to the left in the front, who I believe to be the owner is super rude, rough and the nails look terrible! One broke the very next day so Nam took care of it that day. She tells him to charge me of course. But whatever I let it go. ( So I go back and get Evan again and he does my fills they look great. The lady / owner had a customer who asked her if she was having a bad day, obviously because she was rude again, and she responded no but you're talking too much! This time less than a week goes by and I itch my head and the tip comes right off, then my thumb tip cane right off the next day when I adjusted the waist of my pants. I've seriously never had problems losing nails like this. Now I have to head in before my scheduled time again to get these fixed. Are they gonna charge me for this? Make it like it's my fault? Is it products they use, because that's how they make their money by nickel and diming them?? I'm seriously annoyed but feel the need to go and show them my nails are off and my real nails underneath are still in tack. What an inconvenience after paying $30 plus tip. read more

This was my first and last time ever going there!!!! They messed my nails up. They cut me multiple times on my hands and toes. The guy didn't ask me how I wanted my nails shaped he just start shaping them round. I didn't ask for that. He should've asked me first because I want square nails. He couldn't paint!! I picked a shellac yellow color for my toes and nails. How the hell did they come out to different colors. I was heated. I wasted $60. They wouldn't refund me but asked to change my color I didn't want my color changed I want my nails done properly. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been to. my sister got her toes done by this woman who would not provide her name, she picked a bright yellow color and before she put down the yellow she put white "in order for the yellow to show" by the time she got finished my toe nails had different shades of yellow light and dark due to that fact. My sister politely mentioned after I had finished and paid and I'm guessing since they got their money and gave me my deserved discount three workers were very rude and in my sisters face telling her she can then go elsewhere and that we can call their company... all we wanted was the job we deserved and paid for. A friend recommended this place and I will not be back. While the atmosphere was nicer and quieter than my usual place, the rest of my experience was underwhelming. I'm not paying someone to paint my toenails since I can paint my own toenails. I'm paying for someone to make my feet feel soft and to scrape any dead skin or callouses off. Usually after a pedicure my feet are soft and feel great. This time my feet still feel rough and the paint job on my toes is bad, the polish doesn't even cover the entire nail. A 5 year old could've done better, it's still on my skin. My cuticles were pushed back UNEVENLY giving my toenails a lopsided look. The man who did my pedicure didn't speak enough English to understand me when I said I'd already cut my toenails and he clipped them shorter than I like. Did I mention that they burned my mom's legs with scalding hot water? Well, they did. She is equally displeased with her pedicure and may have a 2nd degree burn on top of it. This was a waste of time and money since tonight *I* will be redoing a job I already paid someone else to do. read more

I came in here to get my eyebrows waxed unfortunately. The employees barely acknowledged me. The woman who they told me to go back and see didn't even say hello. She walked into the wax room and just looked at me. I had to ask her if she was ready. Then she walked out the room after I laid on the table and came back and told me to go sit out in the lobby and wait for someone else. My eyebrows came out crooked and lopsided. Oh gosh. Please trust me. Do not waste your time or money. By far the worst manicure and polish I have ever experienced in my life. I decided to give this place a shot since they were only 2 minutes away from my new home. Worst mistake! Who would have thought its possible to wreck a manicure. She cut me 3 times! My nails were jagged and gross looking. My fingers looked better before i got there. Now to the polish... a 6 year old could've done better.
