I thought I found my new go to pedicure salon after my first visit, but I will never go back after…read moremy second visit. I arrived five minutes early for my appointment. When I checked in, I was told to go pick out a nail color for my pedicure. While looking at the colors, I picked up a couple bottles to compare the colors and a technician came over and said that they don't allow customers to touch the bottles of nail polish. This was my second time here and I've been to a few different salons and this is the first time I've been told that. The pedicure started 10 minutes late and the technician was rough and unfriendly. During the pedicure, she was aggressively picking at my cuticles with the trimmers leaving red spots around several toe nails for hours after my appointment. She was also rough with the filing, often catching other toes while filing the nail. During the leg and foot massage I continued to flinch and tense up but she did not change her pressure, instead telling me to relax. The following day I had a bruise on one shin and a line of soreness on the other. The nail polish on my toes turned out very nice, but the whole experience was unpleasant and left me sore and bruised.

A full set of medium-length coffin-shaped acrylics with normal OPI polish was $35 (including tip) from what I can recall. Touch-ups, I believe were either $15 or $20. The staff here is super amicable, funny, and welcoming. They love talking with you and hearing your story because everybody has one. The woman who did my nails would regularly update me about her family and the trips they took when I returned. The salon is also the cleanest I have ever seen. No dust on the floor, grimy fans, big polish spills, or suspicious stains. When I got my nails done here, the files were always clean, if not new. Definitely give this place a try. I will surely be returning for normal pedicures and manicures.

I immediately went to the website and could not cancel but only book a service. I called and left a message 3 days before and left a message. I called again the next day from my work phone and left another message. The day of my appointment I received a text asking where I was. I explained that I had called twice and left a message. They said they could see that I called once but there was no message left why would I call and not leave a message? Now they are charging me a no-show fee even though they can see that I did call days before. I have never missed an appointment with them before today. I even sent a screenshot showing her I called.
