I got dip powder done here, and honestly, their work is terrible. My nails didn't even last two weeks, while at another salon my nails usually last over a month. They have all these gimmicks, decorations, and cold drinks to attract customers, but when it comes to the actual service, they clearly don't know what they're doing. Their products and supplies also seem cheap and low quality. Honestly, I feel like they're just taking advantage of people. Customers are paying you their hard-earned money, so at least do your job properly and with some integrity. It's shameful to take advantage of people like that. And the owner is serious and grumpy 24/7. Maybe smile and be friendly to your customers once in a while. Smiling doesn't cost you anything! read more

The owner Anthony is very rude. Very disrespectful very Money hungry!! if he doesn't change his mindset of thinking, he won't be in business very long. Also, they do terrible pedicures an charge your arm and leg. They charge you for everything.little thing they do most nail salons will trim around your cuticles when you get a fresh set but they don't just for a regular pedicure and a full acrylic set of nails cost $165.00 so beware of where you go get your nose and feet done cause this is definitely not the spot. Anthony is a very rude person very disrespectful person with the attitude he has towards customers he won't make it very far. You have to remember the customer pays your bills so if you run them away what are you going do? also, they did a terrible job on my pedicure and a horrible job on the polish. I've been here twice, and unfortunately, I was disappointed both times. The quality of the products they use seems very cheap. I always get dip powder, and it doesn't even last a full week. The top coat starts peeling, the dip powder cracks and breaks, and I've even had the dip completely separate from my natural nail. I've been getting dip powder for years, and this is the first time I've ever experienced this. After giving this place a second chance and having the same issues again, I definitely won't be coming back. read more

I went here for the first time for a pedicure. Newer pedi chairs, clean place. Very good service. They make sure you are happy. I was nicely surprised when they had a discount on their pedicure! The prices are on the wall so there is no making up prices like they do at other places. read more

Anna Nails does not stand behind their work when they are at fault. Three days after my pedicure, I put on a pair of socks and the black sock fuzz became embedded in the polish. It would not come out. Sadly, I had to deal with this while I was on vacation. At the salon, they told me that they do not guarantee regular polish. Every time I go to Anna Nails they are amazing. Such sweet and commutative employees who actually care about their customers. They will also speak their opinion about your nails and what they think is best for them even if that means the cost is lower and normally people try to upsell. New owners shop looks pretty, but typically the prettier the shop the more money hungry they get sadly. I got medium length nails with French tips, 65 got my toes done 25. As my nail tech was doing my nails I was keeping up with the price asking him what would my total be 90 somehow I was charged 102. With no questions I paid it but will Not be returning, I can't stand the money hungry shops makes me uncomfortable to spend my money there. But my nails are cute. Currently looking a shop that's more humble don does really good s/o to him. He was gone be my tech but I'd find good elsewhere good luck guy. Gave two stars for my nails only. read more

Low key nail salon that does a good, clean pedicure. I like that the woman took time for the leg/foot massage and the lotions/scrub are not heavily fragranced. I liked that there weren't different levels of pedicure, everything was $25 for regular polish. I also didn't mind not having an awkward conversation, the woman was friendly and professional. I came here for a pedicure on a whim! It was really nice. They even give you the kit they used on you with the file and everything. They provide you with free pop or water. The menu says pop or water but they only offered me water so I can't actually attest to the pop part. It was really clean in there and you could tell that they have many loyal regulars. While I was sitting there I believe that 6 regulars were either already there or had come in. My only complaint that is probably my fault is that no matter how long I sit under that light my toes never seem to dry. He also messed up one nail and didn't fix it but I was too pregnant to care at that moment. read more

They did try to reconcile their mistake, but there was no apology and very little could be done to reverse the damage that was already done. Stopped in on a Friday afternoon. It was quiet and the people were friendly, they took me right away. The woman did a nice job on my pedicure and took care with my cuticles and polish. Several people came in as I was leaving so I guess I beat the rush. They have a frequent flyer card, if you spend $25, you get a stamp and on eighth visit you get $15 off. They provide water and give you the pedi kit they used for your pedicure at the end (file and scrubber sponge.). I am happy, I will return. read more

I went just yesterday, and I had an appointment, and they ran a little but late. I got acrylics, which were some a little unevenly, but the paint job was don't beautifully buy another worker. They did a beautiful design on my nail after and didn't charge me extra because they ran 15 minutes behind. A very nice environment and very nice people. read more

Perhaps this was just my experience but it was pretty dreadful. The good thing is they did have availability right away when I needed to have my nails done. However, I can see why. I was given an older gentleman for my shellac Mani. He couldn't really understand me and I was trying to be polite but the amount of space he left between my nail in my cuticle was insane like it had grown out for two weeks. He also glad it at the bottom and then made it super thin at the top so the paint itself just looked terrible. I tried to tell him and he said if he got closer to my cuticle it would lift. By the time two weeks would have gone by my nail would have been halfway grown out literally. I asked for someone else and he switched to a lady named Jenny. She was very nice but the complete opposite. She went over my nails on to my skin to such an extreme they were lifting by the third day. The talent is lacking in this salon and I will not be back. It is too much money to have someone who doesn't know what they're doing. I do not want it to look like I tried doing it myself. read more

They looked SO good and my pedi a month later looks great no chipping from the polish...that is impressive. Prices are comparable to other salons....pink & white $45/set and the pedis are $25. I wanted to post a good review but my fill was very basic. My nails are very uneven and she did not blend the old acrylic well with the new acrylic. The positive was they had a special primer that is supposed to help with the allergic reaction that some people get. I will not go back. read more

My nail tech took her time on the cleaning of my nails (went over my cuticules twice to make sure), an enjoyable massage was given (not rushed at all), and she did a nice filing and polish. I said I wanted my nails to be "cleaned up, not much shorter, and a little square" and she took direction perfectly. Only $35 for a mani-pedi! Went in the nail salon with a friend and it was not busy at all with only one lady getting her nails done. Spent less than 5 minutes looking at nail colors before a rude worker (blonde, believe her name was Dana) told us that we would have to pick soon or to leave. I was going to leave at that point because of her rude behavior but decided to stay since the nail technician that was doing my nails seemed nice. The water that I soaked my nails in was dirty because she did not change it from the previous lady. The girl was nice and did my nails pretty average. I stopped in on my way home from work to get a pink fill (the gal I usually go to at another salon is on maternity leave). There was 2 technicians both doing a customer and they told me 10 - 15 minutes so I waited. It was about 15 minutes and the one tech checked the woman out and looked a me and said "I'm ready for you" I asked her to reshape my nails slightly, but the length was fine. She made no response at all and basically didn't speak to me the entire time she did my nails. She was done in 22 minutes which is fast for pink fill - I said to her, "wow you're really fast" - she didn't even smile! My nails are just so so - they aren't shiny at all and have a cloudy texture to them. I wouldn't go here again nor would I recommend them unless you like to feel like you're bother them by having them do your nails and don't care that they look like they were done by someone training to do nails! read more
