i've been coming here for a couple years now so i think its time i rate my experience!! when i moved to the area this was the first nail salon i tried & i've been coming here ever since. everyone here is super friendly & professional, they greet me by name, & they always ask if you'd like anything to drink. they have a sign in system which earns you points towards your service, & their prices are super reasonable!! the facility is always clean, & the interior design is up to date & modern. they've done several remodels since i've been coming here & they continue to make improvements, along w/ decorating for every holiday which i love. they're always playing todays music top hits which makes it enjoyable to spend time in there. they've even done several raffle giveaways & i've left w/ random free gift bags &/or hand/foot masks a handful of times. i love this place!! read more

I requested two pedicures for my mom and I when booked my appointment. I repeated myself twice. When we arrived it ended up that I had mine done while my mom sat and watched. The point was that we wanted to go together. The actual pedicures were done well. I love the massage on the legs! read more

The owner was very nice and welcoming when I arrived. I selected a polish color for my fingernails and wanted the same for my pedicure. Because one was the dip procedure (for my finger nails), the same color (I was told) wasn't available in the shellac for my toes. I was told that something very close to the dip color would be used for my toe nails. The nail technician assigned to me was very nice but not only did the color I originally selected not match, I had two other different colors. On the positive, I revisited the spa and spoke to the owner, he offered to redo my nails himself. I'll certainly give this spa another chance because of the willingness to "make it right". read more

This is the worst experience I have ever had when getting my nails done. Frst of all, I showed him the design that I wanted, and he didn't even know how to do it, even though they are "known for their designs." Then I asked if he could do chrome instead, and when he went to go wipe off my nails, he sprayed me in the face with rubbing alcohol. Then when I went to pay, they told me it was going to be $80 plus I tipped him 12 which made it $92 for the worst nails I have ever gotten. This place is ridiculously overpriced. I have never spent $90+ on my nails in my whole life and I have gotten my nails done many times. First and last time coming here. read more

First time here and very disappointed in my experience. I made an appointment and still waited 15 minutes. Pedicure was very rushed after I declined to upgrade my pedicure. The tech didn't touch my cuticles and did not cut down my nails. I also went with a color that needs 3 coats and she only applied 1 coat. Also, forgot to mention she did not put my flip flops on before painting my nails. I let them dry for 10 minutes but still managed to smudge one of them after putting my flip flops back on. read more

So I'll start with the pros... walked in and no appointment aa d they fit my husband and I both in on a Saturday morning. The place is very chic and clean and pleasing to thE eyes. The massage chairs aRe amaazing and adjusts to different body types. My bad experience comes from the quality of my nails a few days after my dip manicure. She did it so fast coating on the layers and now allowing it to dry in between. I see the flaws now as it sets in. I have some already cracked and some of tips are very gritty still. And all that to say the cost with my complimentary "free" manicure came significantly higher than my normal go to place. And my regular spot practices hygiene and doesn't use the same dip container for every customer - that sounds like an infection waiting to happen in my opinion. Probably won't return unless I needed the convenience of the walk in again. Standard pedicure starts at $30. My husband doesn't even get polish! read more

I went here once and I don't think that ill be back. My first impression of this place wasnt that great because the guy at the front desk wasnt very friendly and I personally don't like when nail salons have one big circle of nail techs instead of individual stations. It makes me feel like im just a number instead of an actual person getting their nails done, you know? I felt bad tho because when I got there, this lady was RAVING about this place and then the nail techs ended up moving her around THREE times during my appointment with no explaination and I could tell she was getting pissed. Walk in, no appointment, told to pick a color, about 5 minutes wait. I have natural nails, tech tried to convince me to go with a Dip, anything but natural. Express my concern with dip and gels, they make my nails go paper thin. Mani, continued, without issues, however, when I asked for a better, cleaner cuticles work, she laughed. Nail polish was so thick, and would not stick to my nails. Tech finally got up and added a liquid to the bottle, continued with polish job. I asked why is this not covering, she said nothing. Toes are okay, the polish is thick, over the bottom on the nails, but okay. Today 3 days after, all of the polish is coming off in chunks, every nail. Disappointing, and will not go back read more

She takes pride in her work and took her time, to give my nails a beautiful and natural curve. Sometimes there dip colors don't match toe nail polish but that not her fault it's the maker ( opi, gellish etc) However, the shellac and regular polish matches pretty well. Give her a try. I came in 4 times and asked for acrylic fill ins or acrylic full set with REGULAR polish... But no- every single time I came here I was pressured to get "shellac" and lectured on how long it lasts and how good it is for my nails. By the 4th visit, they painted my nails like crap and kept bothering me when I was waiting for them to dry. If you don't want to use regular polish then don't offer it!!! SO NEWS FLASH! I've been getting my nails done for 20 years now and I'm well aware of what Shellac polish is. When I come in and ask for acrylics with regular polish just leave me alone and do what I ask for or I'll leave - which I did. I found a new place that doesn't pressure me or bother me to add on services I didn't want; and guess what, I get shellac polish on my acrylics now too thanks! She put tips on my broken nails and I literally asked her about five times to refile to make it more narrow to my liking. She started having an attitude with me rushed my whole appointment. I can't review the actual service as I didn't receive it but I had an appointment, picked out my color, was told to sit and wait...no big deal...then 2 woman walk in say they have appointments the same time as mine but the employee says they aren't on the books..the women complain are offered wine and immediately go back while I continue to wait...didn't sit right with me so after I waited a bit longer I left. I've had issues twice with two different nail techs at this salon, both discovered after I went to another salon. First was a bacterial infection from not properly prepping for dip powder (was told she did not remove all of the powder before applying new). The second time was an over-filing of the nail plate when removing dip powder. Needless to say I will not be back. read more

so this was my second time here, Kevin was the tech and it was to fix the shellac the started chipping after 2 days after I got my nails done, well I wasn't able to come in right due to working midnight's so they gave me $15 off for a fill and shellac so $20 well I told him not to make them skinny and i wanted square round my thumbs don't match, the shellac has bubble indents he got shellac on quite a bit of my skin and didn't remove it he electric filed three times over my skin to the point it was bleeding, then cut the skin off with clippers , mind you there was blood on it and he put it back in the holder won't be going back, not to mention major health code violation you don't know if someone has aids, HIV, hepatitis, sepsis that's messed up my nails don't match, I have cuts on my skin, and I'll be contacting the health department I'm a health care professional and was appalled read more
