Ignore the parking signs out front that say only 15 minutes as that is for the next door bar patrons. They are in the parking lot where the CVS is on the corner of Hall road and Hayes. I've had other stylists go a little longer just in case and then we can ALWAYS take more off. I don't want to feel like a fukcing jock ass male. Unfortunately, she was in a rush like who gives fukc about this degenerate I have a more important client next getting a more expensive style so f the cheap ass for under $50. She cut a single length on the sides that was too short and did not blend with the top. NOOOOO!!!! It was my mom's birthday too so she fukced that up as well!!! Perhaps the problem is that this studio books appointments in too short of blocks which doesn't leave time for quality and attention. DON'T FUGK WITH MY HAIR IF YOU'RE GOING TO RUSH!!! I am paying OUTSTANDING money for a QUALITY haircut. Do I have to physically fight your next client just to ensure I get the necessary time and day for a good haircut?!?!? In addition to demanding my money back and filing a dispute on my charges, I am at the precipice of filing a freakin lawsuit for emotional distress. The studio policy clearly had her rushed to attend to the next client who was probably more important because she had a more expensive hair job with cut, color, and otherwise. I just had a simple short haircut that should have been easily handled if she had followed my directions but she either didn't care or was otherwise too inattentive to give me the cut that I needed. I had to go back to have somebody else blend it in and was forced to have it cut shorter to blend in the top. Just FOLLOW DIRECTIONS! If the stylist has a concern or unsure, please communicate!!!! This is especially true for new clients like myself. SOOOO PISSED because I thought that if I paid a lot for a supposedly prestigious hair salon, I would get top notch service that I paid for but sadly no. In addition to losing myself as a repeat customer, you lost the business of my family and friends. We are all dealing with a LOT of Stress in our lives. We should be able to go to a hair salon and RELAX!!! Nobody should have to be on pins and needles praying and hoping that they get the exact cut that they describe and showed when paying near top dollar. I was driving by Lady Red Lash and decided to stop in and get their opinion of my lashes. It was evident that they weren't good. So, I booked an appointment here for a removal and new, full set. Then the lockdown occured. They actually got me in very quickly once they opened. Oh and just to reassure people, you pull up and call to let them know you're here. They have some lounge chairs out front for you to wait for them to come and get you. The shop is adorable. Lots of products but they don't push any of them on you. Masks are required and social distancing is enforced. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and helpful. Originally I saw Maria for a classic set. She was awesome and did a great job. It was very obvious that she knew what she was doing and took special precautions to ensure my lashes were perfect. My lashes were a bit damaged from the previous stylist over doing it on the glue and she had cut my lashes for some crazy reason. My lashes are a bit sparse now, so although the lashes looked great, I wanted more volume. So I booked for a Hybrid set. I also got my brows waxed and shaped up. They did an amazing job at both. I asked if I could just pay as I go, like every other normal laser clinic, and they flat-out said no. They bragged about me being "approved for a good loan" and acted like $400 a month for laser is somehow normal. On top of that, they made an awkward comment about how high my credit score is, which was unprofessional and honestly just weird. And let's talk about the "free treatment" I chose for my underarms -- complete trash. I've had to shave three times since, including the same day I got home, because they missed so many hairs. Zero attention to detail. The free session with consultation was worth exactly that. Everyone I know pays under $200 for full-body laser and actually gets results. Milan Laser is overpriced, sloppy, and more focused on selling loans than doing their job. Honestly, you'd get better results buying a $10 razor at CVS.
