The lobby is spacious, with plenty of seating, a coffee bar area, a large fish tank and a wall full of awards and plaques. We didn't make an appointment, or call ahead - we simply walked in and were immediately greeted by staff. My sister explained what she wanted and they were able to squeeze her into an appointment right then and there, which was great. Once we checked in, we sat down in the lobby and a few minutes later were called to walk back to one of their treatment rooms. We then waited for someone to come in to start the process, which included asking questions about various fillers, the process, the lip club package and get her before photographs taken... this process took about 15 minutes total, and varies per consultation based on the questions you have. Next, the provider came in and went into depth answering questions about how long the filler lasts and what to expect, which all questions were thoroughly answered. My sister had the option to get them done right then and there but opted to schedule an appointment a little further out in Spring to be summer ready. From the amazing customer service from everyone we encountered, to the in depth explanations of the process - to two people that have no idea how it works, I definitely recommend Allure!

I scheduled and confirmed a Botox appointment for 5:00 PM. I have also made it clear to the staff during past visits--including as recently as November 2025--that I specifically prefer Botox because other injectable products do not work well for me and have caused adverse reactions in the past. At this appointment, I was not informed that a different product would be used. The injector proceeded with the treatment, and only after the injections were completed did I learn--when reviewing the receipt emailed to me while still at the center--that I had been charged $728 for Letybo, not Botox. I was never asked for consent to use Letybo, did not sign any treatment or product authorization forms, and did not sign a credit card receipt for the service. When I questioned the receptionist, I was told that Letybo was "the same thing," which is misleading. Botox and Letybo are different products with different formulations and dosing. After the treatment, I experienced facial pain and migraine symptoms that I have never experienced with Botox. Because of the lack of transparency and informed consent, I canceled my membership the same day and will not be returning. My concern is simple: I did not receive the service I scheduled or agreed to, and the product used was substituted without my knowledge or approval. I hope the business improves its communication and consent practices so this does not happen to other clients.

Because when deciding on a facial it can be a bit overwhelming if you don't know what would work. I was happy that it didn't take long before i got a reply back with suggestion what facial would work based on my concerns. I got schedule for a few days later and I was on my way to having a Dermal infusion. Day of my appointment everything was smooth from the minute I walked in, I answered a few questions and then I was taken to a room where my facial started right away. It didn't take long maybe 45min total if you count the time it took me to fill out the information on the ipad, now let me tell you BEAUTY IS PAIN and this might not be for everyone but the end results is so worth. And of course consistency with your skin care regimen is a must, I saw the difference in my skin with just 1 appointment. It also helps that they take before and after pictures so you can see the progress but honestly I saw it after 1 visit. I did schedule for another one in about a month because its a PRICEY but 1's a month you can make it work because your skin will thank you. I loved how i didnt feel pressure to buy anything or like I was being given a sales pitch during my facial. 2 days after the facial I did get a few little breakout but I was told that would happen because of the treatment from the Dermal inusion. But Heather did a fabulous job and i'm looking forward to getting my skin right and the next appointment I have. I actually opened a Yelp account, so I could write this review for Vixen. It's rare than you find a place in this industry where you're treated so well that you want to sing its praises. I can speak to this, because I have had treatments at other places before finding Vixen. To be completely honest, when I first became a client at Vixen, I continued to try other "bargains" I found on Groupon when I couldn't get in to Vixen, because I put off making my appointments (and Leann gets booked FAST, which should also tell you something!). Let me be clear: you will NEVER find another doctor or establishment with the professionalism, personal treatment, and INCREDIBLE results that you will receive at Vixen. The cost is very reasonable, and becomes a real bargain when you see how incredibly knowledgeable Leann is. She is not a saleswoman--she is an extremely caring medical professional whose extensive experience with these products blows me away! Leann treats you like family, understanding when you have a limit on how much you can spend and helping you spend it to get the most bang for your buck. Ladies, what you will find at Vixen are top-notch services, and your results simply last longer than what you'll get at any of the bargain places. You get what you pay for, but, this happens to be a steal considering the top-notch care provided by an incredible staff. I've wizened up and now make my appointments while I'm in the office (4 months ahead of time!), so I NEVER have to go to another place again. Leann, Dr G and the staff at Vixen are incredible. They are smart, kind, talented and safe. They never pressure you into treatments and they always actively listen when you tell them what you're interested in having done. From laser treatments to filler to serums and B12 shots they provide in depth information on the ingredients in the products and after care instructions. They do an amazing job making sure you feel comfortable and calm during any treatment. I have been going here for years and wouldn't trust anyone else! The office is as clean as it is beautiful, which is the same for each treatment room. Whether you're interested in a laser treatment, cool sculpting, Botox or filler you want to go to a team that is skilled, safe and experts in the industry. The team is also very friendly and helpful when making appointments or a consultation. I wouldn't trust just anyone with my skin and neither should you! Vixen is an excellent medical spa. I get Botox, but I only trust Leann to inject it. I've had Botox injected by a Plastic Surgeon and Dermatologist, and both of them didn't have half the knowledge that Leann has about the muscular structure and injection sites. She has an expert hand. She explains what she's doing and why, and she clears the price with you before she starts - and let me mention the price is unbeatable. I bruise very easy, and have never had issues after an appointment with her. I never feel pressured into any of the extras they suggest, and I have to mention how kind and caring Leann is. I won't be going anywhere else! Groupon isn't exactly the best in explaining policies, I've had a hassel with it as well. It's unfortunate the other reviewer seemed to experience that as well. read more

What a surprise -- this office is decorated in feminine fabrics and soft lighting; I felt relaxed and welcome from the moment I walked in. I was a little nervous because this was my first time having anything "done," but within just a few minutes I was totally at ease and thoroughly enjoying my consultation. Rather than just focusing on what services were available, the consultants took time to educate me on what is happening under my skin, and how the services can address those issues and make my skin look better. Vixen is an EXCELLENT medical spa. I have been to other medical spas in Birmingham, Hartland etc and nothing compares to Vixen. Leann is an expert in Botox and filler injections, I have had very minimal or no bruising at all, She is very knowledgeable regarding injection sites. I have been very happy with the services here I wouldn't go anywhere else!! I've gone to several aesthetics offices in the area and will never ever go anywhere else now. The treatment, professionalism, and HONEST direction you get here is by far something I truly appreciate. I can not say enough good things about Vixen! The facility is gorgeous and absolutely spotless. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Now for Leann! I absolutely love this office! I came here in for the first time just by driving by and seeing the sign for Botox. Since then I have been back over 15 times over the years and every time I come in I am treated with care and patience - I always leave feeling (and of course) looking beautiful. I've been doing microneedling at various places for almost 8 years, and my treatment at R Skin was the best I've ever had. Rebecca is so warm and attentive. When she came in, she said we would cleanse my face and start numbing. I got up to wash my face at the sink like at other places, but she stopped me and had me sit down, reclined me, gave me a cozy blanket, and put on soothing spa music. She gave me a thorough, facial-worthy cleanse and applied a generous layer of numbing cream with a fan brush. This experience was completely different--it was elevated and relaxing, and best of all, I felt zero pain during the treatment, which was a first for me. Rebecca made the entire process so enjoyable, and I honestly can't recommend her enough. I can't recommend all of R Skin enough!
