I hated threading before I came here, but Sam is experienced with making the pain very tolerable. Their prices are lower than many other places but still provide quality services. I booked an appointment easily, and the staff here is super friendly and educated. I spoke with the receptionist about what I wanted and needed done, and she gave me a bunch of price options, directed me to the website for diagrams, and eventually we booked an appointment. Admittedly I'm not the biggest fan of waxing because sometimes it can hurt, so I don't get it done all that often. But, I felt comfortable walking in here and was impressed with the quaint lobby area with products for sale. I felt instantly relaxed and my wax lady was on time and ready to go, even with my bad nerves for this sort of thing. The process went a lot smoother then I expected and wasn't as painful as I remember. After she was done waxing a strip she immediately put soothing gel on my skin to keep the irritation and pain down.
