I absolutely love coming here! I do not go to a specific tech because they're all great! There is only one nail tech I hate going by. She does a wonderful job, she's just extremely aggressive. She does nails in a timely matter. I just try to avoid her if possible. Don't want to single her out because her work is still great! I have included the nails I have done since going to them starting August 2021. My only note is that if you are on an extreme time crunch, avoid going on the weekends. I should have said something sooner but I assumed they knew we were both getting our toes done since she knew we had an appointment. Been here twice. First time was good. Second time my shellac mani lasted 1 day. Got my nails done Saturday 8/28 and by mid afternoon on Sunday the shallac on my index finger was already coming off. I originally wanted a French mani with two different colors and they wanted to charge me $25 extra on top of the $30 shellac mani. Glad it didn't pay that for it peel off less than 24 hours later. This place was recommended by a friend. She recommended that I see Flower. I made an appointment for a pedicure with Flower on their online booking. I walked in and Flower said that they put me with someone else because she was booked. She said she called me but that was a lie. She never called me to let me know that my appointment was with someone else. I decided to give the other girl a chance. I don't even know her name. She did an awful job on my pedicure. Heels still rough and polish was all over my cuticles. She cleaned my cuticle with her nail which that's gross and against state board rules. I am a nail tech myself and just like getting pampered especially on my pedicure. I still tipped her cause I felt bad for her. I addressed the service to the owner but he did nothing about it. I took my daughter here for her 19th bday. She got full set with shellac put on and a shellac pedicure. I just got a shellac pedicure. The place is so nice. The staff is so nice too. They even gave her a small bottle of lotion as a bday gift. As far as the end result, my daughters nails looked great! Same with her toes. Unfortunately I had a male who seemed SO young doing mine, and seemed like he was in training. He filed my toes nails down (they needed to be clipped) so short and 5 of them now have bloody scabs from the paper file he used digging into my skin. The bottom of my big toe and heal both look exactly the same as before the pedicure. I still can go buff them at home and look better. My toes hurt so bad now, even just walking. I still gave a great tip and I will try them again but I will definitely ask for someone who has more experience. I have no problem with people having to learn. Just not at the expense of cuts all over my toes! read more

I decided to try Kozy nails again, and it was the last time. I didn't have to wait like I did the last time, however, she over cut my cuticles and they were so damaged and shredded over the next few weeks as they grew back. I again was offered a styrofoam bowl to soak my nails in which I find tacky. I did find a color I liked, but requested a matte topcoat and was given a shiny topcoat. Great nail salon. Its clean and they use a liner in the pedicure tubs. I saw them grab new tools from their sterilization area. The service was great. They offered natural lotions for my massage after my pedicure and manicure. The massage was relaxing. I give this business a two star being that the last two times I've walked into the business right when they opened to get a fill-in and or polish change the manager has turned me away both times. The first time I went he stated that they were completely busy and then there was no openings so I decided to call to make an appointment as soon as I left the business I called and he told me I could come right in so I was confused on why he turned me away when he said they were busy. The second time I walked in (9:36) he said that they were busy they just open at 9:30 they were completely booked like about 10 females walked in right after me and then they were able to sit down. Furthermore they make you tip the nail techs when all of them aren't good you can ask for something or you could ask for a certain shape and they won't do that because they're not experienced enough or whatever the case may be and they still force you to Tip them. I pay a lot of money for my nails and the last couple times I've been there they did not do a good job and I was still forced to tip them. Their operation is horrible the manager sucks he's a man and the business just isn't good and I can go to the city for way better service read more
