I wanted to thank Sabeen for her great customer service. I went in last month and spoke to her after a bad experience with an employee who no longer works there and she told me to come back in a few weeks, and im glad I did. I Love the way my brows came out. Thank you so much! read more

I've been going here for years and they always do a great job! I never get my brows done anywhere else and I live out of state! However, today I was spit on multiple times by the lady, because she was chomping her gum and on the phone. I have never wrote a review before but I felt so violated & felt very uncomfortable. Also, hand hygiene is very important when working with multiple customers and touching clients. If workers aren't using gloves they should most definitely be using hand hygiene. Overall, they always do a nice job with my brows but I will never return because of what happened today. read more

Clean environment. I only go here for Myra! SHE'S AMAZING. If she's not in, I leave and come back a different day (which lately means the next week because they keep cutting her hours at this location ). read more

A good thing for me as it drives me crazy when I go them then I find one stray hair after threading. No pain no gain. UPPER LIP THREADING -- hasta la bye bye Le Mustache. LOL CHIN THREADING -- begone. LOL WALK-IN -- always welcomed. My perfect moment. VENUE LIGHTING -- well lit and every stray hair is visible. DO NOT GET LASH EXTENSIONS HERE. The lash extension stylist is arrogant and doesn't listen to the wants of the customer. She refused to give the length of the lash I wanted stating she decides what the length will be based on your measurements. Also she counts the lashes. $120 for 40 lashes. Then every additional 20 lashes is $60. And that's not per eye!!!! Total rip off. read more

Miracle Browz - 1 hour after $180 lash extensions. No lashes on the outer edge and absolutely no volume. - Hair Salons Near Me - Roseville, Michigan

My eyebrows were done completely uneven, she waxed half of one eyebrow off and left a hole in one. She cut too much off the top and was trying to have me leave w left over wax still on my face. When I told her I didn't like it, she said well it's wax... I have gotten my eyebrows waxed for 25 years and it's never looked like this. Plus you offer waxing, it's a service. Trying to blame it on me because you're horrible at your job. Don't go here. read more

Their eyebrow threading isn't horrible, but the older lady there constantly messes up my face, she threads near my eyelids and up too far close to my hairline and it leaves sores HAIR DOES NOT GROW THERE (for everyone). Also they are not ARCHED. If she's the only one there, I would go out my way to travel to Lakeside where it's also cheaper read more

This is my new go to place for eyebrows! Thanks to Nahid for working her magic on me every single time I go. The first time I went I showed her a picture and I was surprised to see how perfectly similar she made mine - the arch and thickness were on point! She listens carefully and always makes sure to ask how you like the brows before you go. The price is pretty good too -$13 without tip for eyebrows alone. Considering how few threading places there are here I considered this to be very fair. I paid $6 back in Southern California but I remembered that there were eyebrow threading places on practically every other block - the laws of supply and demand win. But that being said, i will definitely be back to this place! Quick and friendly service and I leave feeling fabulous! I'm so glad I found it! read more

Today I was refused service at Miracle Browz due to having my service animal with me. not a therapy dog - a certified service animal. the woman began screaming at me to tie up the dog at the door and I calmly told her is a service animal and I have been in with him before. she said not with her and kept pointing and screaming to get out and that she would call her husband (?). I left, knowing this is an illegal act by the business, and simply informed her I would report her and her business. The ignorance of people is unfortunate, and the public should be made aware of Miracle Browz' insensitive and improper actions. clearly I will not be able to go back. read more

Never again! Came in for eyebrow shaping and tint. Left with extremely Dark and uneven eyebrows!! Told the woman that my eyebrows were uneven and she acted like nothing was wrong! Had another woman come over to "fix" the issue.....No Improvement. Will never come back! read more

First time ever having someone else do them because I was worried they'd come out even worse than before. The threading was really quick and not nearly as painful as I was expecting. The lady's name was Sabeen (might've misspelled) and she was very kind and added some much needed shape to them. Also great price too considering how much other salons around me charge for eyebrows. I will definitely be going back and asking for her. read more

I come here to do the most painful thing I can think of doing to myself... Eyebrow threading. Jeez even the thought scares me, but even though its basically torture, I keep coming back. Let me tell you why... For me, eyebrow maintenance is more than necessary, its almost my life it seems so I've done everything possible I can think of to try and maintain them. Waxing seems to never look right to me, shaping with a razor is irritating (literally!) and plucking?... Pluck no! I had to face the fact that either way it was going to hurt, but after all that I'm sure to endure, they should look nothing less than perfect. I found out about this place from a friend of a friend, and on a whim decided to give it a try. Boy am I glad I did. Literally every time, my eyebrows look phenomenal! And this place is Macomb Mall's best kept secret its hardly ever busy, but sometimes it can get PACKED! But if it is, I just go get a pretzel and come back :) read more

Unexpected gem. I was looking for eyebrow threading in my area, searched the Internet and uncovered Miracle Browz. I was uncertain of what to expect and was extremely satisfied with the results which included a more defined brow with an accurate arch. Friendly service. Also recommend the brow setting gel they offer. This will be my go to brow specialist. read more

My time at miracle browz was amazing! The lady that did my eyebrows was very interactive and very precise with her work.

I wish I didn't have to say this but what I am feeling right now is pain and regret. I don't know how they have 5 stars .. but I am pretty unhappy with the way they turned out. She took almost all of my eyebrows off. So BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! I will never go here again and I suggest you don't either. read more

I found out about this place through a friend because I just moved to the area and needed a good eyebrow place. I was just going to get my eye brows waxed because I am very picky about my eyebrows and I was scared that it would hurt. But actually it didn't hurt as bad as most people said threading does. It was quick and easy and my brows were shaped perfectly. Definitely going back ! Love this place & the ladies are very nice. I would recommend to anyone!! read more

I will never return. Brows are one thing you just can't afford to mess up. They frame your face and take forever to grow back to a state where you can restart to what you wanted. I have given them chances more than once to get it right, thinking it was just the person that I had that day. But this last time was the last straw. Although I told the woman I wanted to keep them thick and natural, just a clean up, she proceeded to make one considerably thinner than the other with a high arch, saying that it's they way my arches are naturally. I've had these same eyebrows for over thirty years and have never had thin brows.....only on one one might I add! Even my husband, who usually doesn't comment about such things said I shouldn't have paid as soon as he saw me. It will now take me money to by products to try to fill them out and time to grow them back again. Extremely angry. read more

I purchased a groupon that consisted of hair cut, partial highlights and style. It took several attempts to even get an appointment because the stylist refused to take any appointments after 5pm. Because I of my work schedule I was only able to take a Saturday appointment. After the stylist pointed out everything wrong with my current hairstyle/color my highlights were done. After being shampooed I had to wait another 20 minutes while she cut another clients hair. When she finally got to mine I STRESSED the importance of a slight trim- The first snip too off 2 1/2 inches. When I said something she said "its not length its only around your face." I NEVER said I wanted faced framed but she took it upon herself to cut a large amount off my hair! I left without blowdry or style. I will NEVER return to this salon and will NEVER recommend this salon to anyone. read more

I FINALLY grew my eyebrows to how I wanted them. All they needed was a clean up and needless to say the lady messed them up. Thin eyebrows are NOT in. I will not be going there again since it was a different girl and she messed them up. Truly disappointed. read more
