Might as well just do walk ins at that point. And that's fine, everyone runs behind (an apology would have been nice rather than thanking me for my patience!). But the main reason I'm writing a negative review is after finally getting seated, I find the chair and counter station is full of hair and dirty from the previous client. The stylist isn't prepared and disappeared again to grab the steam machine! So not only did they rob me of my time but after patiently waiting, they robbed my experience. I didn't feel comfortable and lost trust in the cleanliness of the entire place because what else is rushed at this point! Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful to other people time.

I called earlier in the day to make appointments for my two sons. I asked for 7pm and was told…read more"both stylists have 7pm appointments." Understandable, but an important detail for the rest of this, so we planned for 7:30. At 7:30 Azra promptly took one of my sons to her station. She went through what we wanted, and gave my son a fantastic haircut. Highly recommend her. The other (blonde, I didn't catch her name) stylist was still chatting with her assumedly, 7pm appointment. 7:40 passed. Then 7:50. At 7:54, 24 minutes past our appointment, she walked to the front and made no attempt to apologize or even address the delay. She said two words: "you ready?" I simply replied that no, we would take our business elsewhere. She again made no reference to missing the scheduled time, and replied, "ok, I'll take him off." Zero stars for that. Azra had completed my other son's cut and was washing it by then. The experience she provided managed to pull this review up to three stars. Be careful who you book with!

Alrighty, so I finally have some time to sit back and get some old reviews taken care of…read more From my previous review, I had a rather slighted experience... but to make it better, I was contacted by the manager of Wiseguys. He had apologized for my previous experience, and wanted to make things right. This was the first time that I had been contacted from a Yelp review, so I was at least to give them a shot. He had offered for me to come in and have a free massage to make up for the last one. That, and he was going to have his best masseuse available to take care of me. I said that I was very pleased that a manager would contact me after such a review. I came in, and was greeted by him, and was introduced to my masseuse... and the massage started. It was a good massage. It was definitely better than my previous one. She had apologized because she had heard about the experience I endured there, and said that she'd do anything to make this one the best possible. Needless to say, the massage was very good. When I came out of the massage room... I was greeted once again by the manager, and then the store owner... who presented me with a gift card to get a free hair cut. And I'll be damned if I can find that card. I thought I had put it in my wallet, but I cannot find that card. lol. Thanks to Wise Guys for trying to make things right. I think companies that actually pay attention to what people say is top notch.
