At 7:54, 24 minutes past our appointment, she walked to the front and made no attempt to apologize or even address the delay. She said two words: "you ready?" I simply replied that no, we would take our business elsewhere. She again made no reference to missing the scheduled time, and replied, "ok, I'll take him off." Zero stars for that.
