Nail job was good on toes but atmosphere could Of been more pleasant for the amount paid - nail tech did not use polite manners and was not very pleasant to speak with - found it hard to relax. Also put a 30$ dollar hold on my credit card - which is not a standard practice. Makes me wonder why it is mostly "regulars" who attend here. Gives a bad taste in my mouth. I've been hesitant about making a review but decided to warn others before you decide to spend your money here. I'm not someone that ever got their nails done but back in December I booked an appointment for a gel manicure on natural nails to treat myself. During the appointment I was asked if she could cut my cuticles so I said yes. During checkout she charged me an extra $10 for cuticle maintenance. ($10 is no big deal but I was not made aware it would be extra. When you look up the definition for a manicure cuticle care is included in that so it's odd I would be charged extra.) I decided not to come back to this salon due to the odd surprise charge and not being happy with how my nails came out. She gave me dip with gel on top which made them so thick it looked like chewed up bubble gum on my nails. I went home cried and found a new technician to see the next month. Last month was my first appointment with my new technician and she told me that I had "rings on fire" on my nails! (Rings of fire is when a technician drills deep into your natural nail causing damage that could lead to your nail cracking off.) I grew out my nails for such a long time, I was so proud, to then see the damage the nail tech at this establishment caused was absolutely devastating. I would not recommend this salon at all. Save your time money and nail health and go somewhere else. read more

I read a lot of good reviews on Google, so I thought I'd give this salon a try for a pedicure. As I walk up, the sign on the door says appointment only. Ok, I get that, but I go in to ask if they have room for a pedicure sometime today. They had a couple of open times. So I take one. Imagine my surprise when they ask for a $20 fee to "hold" my appointment! I was taken aback & asked why. They do this for all new clients, because they have a $20 cancellation fee if not 24 hours in advance. She stated that they "turn away 30-40 people a day" & this deposit guarantees that you'll show up. Never mind, cancel my appointment. Nail salons are everywhere. The customer service and the products are high quality and nails stayed on for more than a month compared to other quick places that would fall off after a week ! They do appointments only which is very understandable and they book really fast. Not very friendly or helpful in any way. Stay away from Alecia, I observed her to be way overly opinionated, rude and disrespectful. Not approachable or kind. As she went to go get something in the back, I went to pick at a part of my toenail that hadn't been taken care of, and she came back & sternly said "don't touch your nails, I'm not finished yet!" I almost walked out. Their prices are decent, however WAY TOO many policies. Unless you are a regular, who ONLY gets gels, long nails, or various art then you won't feel comfortable at all. They do an awesome job here. However, I just do not like their soak off procedures. Especially, while you are getting a pedicure. You're seating in a moving message chair with your hands soaking in acetone. Very uncomfortable. For the money that I send there, I want the full pampering effect... I can't recommend this place anymore, its just too expensive! They charge $2 PER NAIL for art but I was NOT aware that I would of gotten the $2 per nail charge because I opted to get holographic glitter on top of my nails for shellac. I showed the nail tech the picture of the nails I wanted and she only mentioned the nails with gemstones being $2 a nail so I didn't bother with those for that reason (and also because the stones dont stay on as well when you arent using acrylic). However I was stunned and furious when I got up to the register and my total was $47 instead of $35 for my shellac. Apparently putting holographic glitter on half my nail using a makeup sponge counts as "art" smh! I also got a different nail tech than last time and I wished I could of gotten my old one :( I don't know if I'll go back, I personally feel ripped off & my nails look nice but not $50 plus dollars nice. read more

There is an array of styles, products, colors and THE BEST NAIL ART - Pinterest perfect bling and designs every time. The pedicure chairs are clean, relaxing, and the massages are great. I have Ben here a few times and I love my nail tech. With that being said, I took my daughter there yesterday just for a police, that tech was very rude. She didn't talk to my daughter, she made her feel very uncomfortable. She will NEVER do anything for my daughter again. I am very disappointed that someone would treat someone like that. I really love this salon. Fun atmosphere and great color selection. However, their new tech (hired very recently) did such a terrible job on my nails when I was in there last. She tore my fingers to shreds so bad while shaping my nails that I was bleeding all over the table. My set was done super thick, sloppy and is already lifting up after only a week. Unfortunately they are so booked I can't even get in with someone else to get them fixed. I'm so bummed. Would give zero stars if I could. The reviews from 2020 are grossly outdated. The nail techs mentioned in those reviews, like Abby (quit well over a year ago) and others who were hit-or-miss, like Nicky, all quit some time ago. At one point months ago, the only techs working were Nikita, the owner, and a tech named Madison, who is AWFUL, regardless of the previous poster's reviews (I heard a woman complaining to Madison because the woman had been sitting there 90 minutes for a manicure, and Madison apparently couldn't even polish her nails correctly. She is very slow on fill-ins, and had to be assisted by Nikita because she could not make the acrylic even and without lumps), and some new girl (amber?) with multi-colored hair who was supposedly booked 3 months in advance. Nikita was telling clients this so they would go to Madison, and so Nikita herself wouldn't have to take them. Nikita was hemorrhaging nail techs, because they all quit, but in her arrogance (laziness?) of being "the owner" she refused to take any clients in addition to her regulars. It makes one wonder WHY all her nail techs quit. You can figure it out in just a few minutes of talking with Nikita, and when you feel the mood and the atmosphere of the place. I guess she didn't care whether or not she had clients walking in the door. One would think the owner would keep as many clients coming back as she could until she actually hired experienced, good nail techs. She's not an owner who is "willing to sweep the floors", as they say. All of this is not good when your salon is much more expensive than most salons, but the work and the expertise doesn't warrant the prices. They try to put on an air of being an "exlusive" salon, but they are far from it. In and of itself, serving alcohol doesn't make you "upscale". They need to lower their prices and hire people who actually are good at what they do. Nikita doesn't realize that THIS is what will make her some money, NOT overcharging the reduced number of clients she still has, and relying on clients who don't come regularly and aren't that particular about how their nails look, as long as they are ridiculously long, pointed, and painted garish colors. Quality nail techs will attract a clientele with money, who will keep coming back. Women talk, and they will recommend a good nail tech or hairdresser. If a woman likes the nails of another woman she sees, she will ask that woman where she gets her nails done. There are nail salons on every block, and many do very good work; better work that Nail Addicts, for less money, and the atmosphere is a lot more welcoming and relaxing. I was tired of paying top dollar for substandard work, as were others. Nail Addicts is ridiculous. They are not the "classy, upscale" salon they want to portray that they are. read more

I'm in love with this salon!!! They use the best quality products by far! Never have any lifting and the best part is I can wait 3 weeks to get a fill in!!!
