I went here for a regular pedicure before going on a short trip, The regular manicure lacked some of the care I received at other salons. The color was thinly applied. Usually it pedicure lasts me about 2 weeks, but this tone looked bad after a few days. The manicurist didn't speak at all. It was a tad off putting. read more

I have left a previous review and gave 5 stars. My mom and I both go here until she got a REALLY bad nail fungus from getting a pedicure. We both LOVE Lena she is SUCH a sweetheart. I continued to go and stopped cause I moved. Moved back recently and went twice 1 time with a pedicure... well low and behold one of my right toes has been SUPER sensitive and inflamed. I have noticed that they do notttttt replace nail instruments in between customers. They're just grabbed from their little cart and go to work. As much as I love Lena, I won't be back until something changes with their sanitation issues. read more

I am never one to write reviews but after seeing some negative reviews posted i felt it was necessary. I have been a customer at this salon for over three years. Every time I get my acrylics or shellac done I am never disappointed. Unlike some nail salons that service as many people as possible, Tiffany's takes pride in the work they do. I've learned it's always best to have an appointment. They have a faithful clientele and operate with integrity. Another plus for me is that the salon is spotless and someone is always cleaning or sanitizing which says a lot. read more

I'd give this place one star if it were possible. Not only did the gentleman paint my nails very poorly, leaving polish on my fingers, but he cut me, twice, on two different fingers and I bled. He used glue to stop the bleeding. Needless to say, I will never go back. read more

I had a great experience. I went on a Monday as a Walk-In Pedicure and only waited 10 minutes. The bowls have bags to protect your feet from Germs. Price is reasonable. I plan on returning. read more

I made my appointment last week for a shellac polish, a 10am appointment. They called me at 9:45am the day of to cancel saying the person they had doing my nails had jury duty today, and they didn't find out until last night (you know weeks in advance). Absolutely ridiculous. read more

I've never even been here but my sister loves them (not sure why?) when I called to schedule a pedicure the girl who answered the phone couldn't even speak English and handed it to someone else then as I told her everything I already told the first one, she was so RUDE! So now I won't even try them or give them my business! You shouldn't be rude, especially over the phone!!!! read more

This place used to be great but sometimes it seems they are not interested in clients. I got turned away on a Saturday morning because they had a Bridal party coming in an hour. ( All I wanted was a pedi---that could be done in an hour!) I gave them my card when she told me the total. There was no where for a tip. I asked the woman and she told me tip must be cash. Unfortunately I don't carry cash. Bring your own polish! Their selection is old and over-used. read more

Great service, they do a really good job with acrylics and painting. They only down side, is even if you make an appointment, you end up having to wait just like the walk ins. I had an appointment for 6:00 and didn't get started until about 6:15. Still nice people and good painting skills. read more

Love coming here. Lena did my nails before my wedding and did a great job. The next time I was in for our honeymoon, a couple of months later, I saw Lily and have been seeing her since. All of the employees are very friendly here. I only see Lily a couple of times a year, tops (not big on keeping my nails polished), but every time I'm in she remembers me and always does a great job. I never write a bad review but in this case I feel that I must . I did not have an appointment but decided to walk in and see if I could get a Mani/pedi. They did accommodate me but were not very friendly about it. The gentleman there did my pedicure & manicure and although the nails looked good he was so unnecessarily rough that my toe was bleeding and one foot was very sore. He was very rude and just mumbled orders to me. It was a very unfriendly and unpleasant experience. I don't need to have a lot of conversation because I do like to relax during my pedicure but this place was very unfriendly, won't go back. read more

Love the location (close to my house, and no need to go near hall road thank god), and they're always polite and do a great job! I have had pedicures and shellac manicures, and regular manicures. Reasonably priced. I tend to go early morning on weekdays, I have tried mornings/afternoons on Friday/Saturday and it's extremely busy. They'll tell you when you walk in if you are better off coming back at a certain time and if the wait is long. read more

I am never to write bad reviews because I highly believe that those are just crotchety people who complain no matter where they go. But this is WAAAAYYYY different. My mom and I went to get our nails done as a girls day, which was very special to us. My mom asked for a pedicure and just a mini manicure. She got her pedicure done and it was mediocre, def nothing worth going back for. When the guy was about to give her a quick manicure some other manicurist started literally screaming at my mom to get out because she didn't have an appointment for a 10 min job(when there was only one person waiting). She was so upset, it broke my heart. Than to make matters worse, they didn't allow my toes to soak long enough for the shellac, so she had to file the rest off. She ending up filing my nails so thin that a few of them ripped down the center within 24 hours. She also cut them as short as she could so I look like I have the stubs for nails. My When I left I noticed that when she scrapped the dead skin off my feet she never did the actual heal which is where everyone's is the worse. I ended up having to go somewhere else and get acirlic on my toes that split, a re-polish because they looked 3 weeks old and they were3 days old. Thank god this other place fixed my feet just so I don't have janky toes for the wedding I'm in.... never ever again will I go there. read more

This is the worst place that I have ever been to...Not only are they rude but the place is completely dirty...reusing nail instruments and wax stix on ppl without cleaning or replacing...It grosses me out just driving past...I have walked in right when they have opened and they refused me and said that everything that I want done takes 2 long...I'm sorry I feel that I shouldn't have to come one time for a mani/pedi then come back the next day for a fill in or soak off for a new set of of nails then come back the day after to get waxed...It should be done in one visit especially when they had just opened and I was the only one there...Also another time they had refused me a friend of mine was in there and all they did after I left was say horrible things about me...They have said rude things about other ppl in front of me about not tipping and ppl were rude but I have never been rude and I tip very well but after seeing them make a girl bleed by doing her nails n then using the same instrument on another girl right after completely disgusted me...They don't even clean the foot tubs b4 putting someone new in...NASTY DISGUSTING RUDE HORRIBLE PLACE!!!
