I've been going here for over 2 years and will need to find a new nail place. Lindsay is always nice, but theirs something not right with the quality of her acrylic nails. In the past 6 months My acrylics have been breaking off and lifting. Also I've gotten green mold twice in the last 6 months causing me to only be able to get shellac manicures while the green spots grow out. I don't like shellac nails and she's always trying to convince me they're what i need instead of acrylics. Also, even though i have an appointment, she rushing through every time and juggling multiple clients at once. read more

For some reason I can't review them on Google, so I'll have to post this here. I hate to leave a 1 star review, but I suppose it can't be helped. Unsure if technician was in a rush or just having an off day, but she was extremely rough with my hands, cut the side of my pinky before putting on shellac and it burned like a mf the entire time she was working on me. She also cut the sides of almost every single finger on both sides. Found this out when I went to dinner and squeezed a lemon on my chicken. Nails are slightly uneven, and the paint didn't go close enough to the cuticle so there's just a noticeable gap on every nail. She didn't put any lotion or anything on after, so my hands looked dry and flaky around nails after UV light. Finally, as she was finishing my appointment, another woman came in for what I'm assuming was another appointment. I'm almost positive the technician proceeded to use the same dremel on her as she did me, and there was no sanitization in sight for any tools. She was nice enough and as I said, perhaps it was just a bad day but I would never go back. read more

I went back as she asked me to and she embarrassed me in front of other clients. I took my shellac off prior to coming because the job was so bad and I had an event. I got there and picked another color because clearly they didn't have the color I originally wanted. She said if you want another color you pay money! So rudely. I said ok. Then she said and don't take your shellac off because we want to see what happened because our job is good! I said you know what never mind. I don't even want them done. She humiliated me. I will never ever return and I will make sure my friends and family do not come to this place. Horrible experience. read more

I live at 26 mile. There are 2 nail places I have tried right around the corner from my house and they were not good. This place is AMAZING. Been going here for awhile and never realized the rude comments Lindsay would make.. talking about my weight and being upright discriminatory. Gosh I wish I could find a decent nail shop within close range. There are literally 5 of them right in the same spot. I've tried 4 of them and hoping the next will suffice. They are really nice at this location I must say... I believe it was the mom/grandma that did my nails, but they were not the quality I am looking for. This salon used to be my favorite salon when Rose and her husband were the owners. New management is always short handed, 2 hours yesterday for dip mani and I called ahead. The man who wrapped my nails was in a huge hurry, raced out and left for 25 mins while I waited, the gal doing my dip mani was inexperienced and needed constant help, adding to the time for me and others, and she did not speak or understand English. In addition, no one washes their hands between clients. Sadly, I won't return. read more

With having hesitation in going to knew salons, this place put me at ease. I've gone a handful of times and have been pleased with every visit. Walk ins and appointments are welcome. Extremely friendly and courteous staff. This is my forever nail spot! Plus they do this interesting thing with wax when you gets your nails done. Soo soothing. They have new management so prices have changed. The manager rose is really really nice but I'm used to paying no more than $50 for a pedicure and shellac and they kept charging me 60 and up. Plus they said they charge more because every time that they did someone's nails they had to use a brand new manicure set of tools, but the last two times I went there they never opened up a new package. I'm reading at a four-star because the manager was so nice but if she wasn't so nice I would give it a three. The thing about this place is that when the old owners were here they had very competitive pricing in relation to the three or four other nail salons in the two or 3 mile radius. read more

This place is now under new ownership. Rose (who was formerly at Forever Nail) is the new owner and she does a fantastic job. My shellac is perfect every single time. No paint on my cuticles, perfectly shaped nails, and manicures that last. New spa petti chairs have been brought in that are amazing. read more

I decided to try this place out after reading the previous posts but my experience was not up to par. I came to remove my shellac and change to a new color. The removal process was fine but the technician went straight to applying the shellac rather than trimming my cuticles. The end result was messy and she spent more time fixing my nails than applying. I have no plans on coming back here in the future. read more

I go to Rose . She takes her time and does a wonderful job. I'll keep on going back. Everyone there is very nice and friendly. Well it's the middle of November and still loving k and l new owners. Never have they added a price change unless you get French manicure. Prices are always the same. Rose and hubby are very caring people and not out to rip anyone off. My shellac and pedi are always the same price unless I get a French then of course it will cost more, so does it everywhere else. Give it a try ladies you won't be disappointed . By the way all the tools are sterile and come in a sealed package. Also the reviews at the bottom are grading the old owners not the NEW K and L nails, so don't go by those reviews. read more

Sadly, I have to write an update. For the second time, my shellac is peeling ONE Week from when I had it done here. The experience really seems to be based on the person you get. The woman I had rushed through everything. Didn't even do a massage for my hands, just a paraffin wax, which I wasn't thrilled about. Disappointed.
