Unfortunately, Ashley nails was a disappointment. When I walked in, my nail technician was laying on a couch, watching TV with a blanket and a pillow. When we started, I settled into the massage chair ready for some spa time. Instead, she loudly turned on a sitcom on the TV. She was watching the TV intermittently while doing my nails. My feet were still somewhat calloused and my cuticles not pushed back and trimmed enough. My toes look like the nail polish has grown out and looks like the pedicure is older than it is. She aggressively scrubbed my legs while watching TV to the point I had to jump and tell her to stop. No lotion afterwards. If you're looking for an "at home" experience this would work for you. I suggest to set appointment but walk in is welcome as well. This is my second time I had my nails done by Ashley her self. My experienced with this nail salon exceed my expectations. Ashley did an amazing job. She knows what she is doing. She focused more doing my nails than anything else and not rushing. The interior is well decorated and clean. Sufficient massage chairs and nail tables to accommodate their customers. Credit Card, Debit card or Cash is accepted. Wifi - None Parking is free - front lot area, big space. After researching salons in the area and choosing this one based solely off good reviews, unfortunately we were extremely disappointed and will not be returning. Michael is good at talking about how incredible he is at doing nails, yet my shellac manicure was starting to chip literally hours after getting them done. He spent the entire time trying to upsell, on top of trying to deny the sign right out front that states '$10 off $35 in service' which is a scam. More like a horrible tactic attempting to just get people in the door. Also got a shellac pedicure that is also chipping, on top of him not even fully painting my toes. I will say, Jessie I believe her name is was wonderful. She did my friend's nails and she had zero issues. read more

I'm so happy I found this place! Ashley squeezed us in knowing it's an emergency (coz we're leaving on holiday the next day) . She was very patient with my daughter's instructions on how she wants her nails done (very complicated). Ashley was very patient and my daughter walked out happy. She's an artist! I asked for french tip and he gave me all the excuses in the world on why i shouldnt get it and i told him multiple times what i wanted and he acted like he couldnt do it. I'm trying to find a good place to go. This... is not the one. Anthony was funny and very approachable. he said it would be a 30min wait, so I waited. I ended up being there from 11:25 to 1:15... everything was going good until he just up and left in the middle of doing my nails to go pick up his kid from school and was gone for 20 minutes! This was very frustrating. I needed to leave by 1 to get to a funeral for my grandpa. Then I got charged $52 for a removal of shellac, dip overlay, and shellac on top. This didn't make sense when he said dip was $50..... plus I sat there and waited while he went to get his kid... I should have left right then in there. This was extremely unprofessional. I have a child of my own, but I don't just leave work to go get him. You make arrangements for your child to be cared for. Then he made me feel like I should have came in EARLIER.... Are u kidding me? I was there for almost 2 hours just to get my nails done. I'm very upset, and I will not be returning here. I really thought this was going to be my regular place... it's not. Plus.... My nails look like shit. The polish doesn't even cover all of the dip overlay. I'm going to have to buff off the shellac& some of the dip overlay because it's uneven... and reapply the shellac myself at home. read more

I will never go to this place. My nails look like shit. I got a full set with regular nail polish. They did a shit job on my nails and a 2 year old would have did a better job then what they did. I went to Ashley Nails for the first time the day before my wedding. Michael was fantastic! He explained everything about nails. He made sure my bails were dry before I left so I didn't botch them like I usually do in the salons that rush you in and out. He offered different products that lasted so long! After just starting to get my nails done again in years, a couple weeks ago I went to another salon and got a Full Set of Gel Nails. After leaving paying close to $70 for a French manicure...they starting to bubble and chip and just look really weird. I thought about going back but I didn't want them to just look the same again. So I went on Google and after looking at reviews decided to try Ashley nails. Sandy was the technician that did my nails...and I left the happiest I've been with my nails...ever. Not only do they look great, I didn't feel rushed at all, she took time to explain why I shouldn't get a certain design (even though it would of cost more), everyone was extremely friendly, and I even left feeling like I should of been charged more for her work. I have mixed feelings about my experience here. My regular place was slammed and I really needed to get my nails done so I looked for the next closest place, of course I was reluctant because I love my regular place but they said they could get me in so I went. The staff was great and I had a great time chatting with them. They were all super friendly and pleasant. However, they were busy and didn't have enough nail techs working so they were rotating doing different parts of the process. My nails are jagged and uneven and I had to fix them when I got home because they were catching on my clothes. I asked for a design to be done and I'm not too thrilled with how it turned out but after spending 2 1/2 hours there I didn't have the energy to say anything. I might go back if I'm in a pinch but overall I didn't care for how my nails turned out but again they were short staffed and busy. read more

Well i haven't been there for years decided to take my sister in law with me. Never had a problem before but we are Not happy with our nails. My sister in laws in so messed up hers are not even what so ever. And she paid 50$ plus tipping the guy 20$. Then mine are short as hell. Told the person I wanted them medium length got them so short to my actual finger nails. The guys that work there are to busy flirting with every female. They rush to get your nails done don't care if they mess it up. They skip people. I got my nails started before my sister in law like 30 minutes before.. Yet she got done before me??? i've gone here three times now and the first two times my mails looked ehhhh okay and i sat through the bs. the last time which was about 3 days ago, i made an appointment yet i was being swapped in and out with a walk-in who had come in AFTER my appointment time. i also had to sit and wait while he took a walk-in eyebrow wax at 1:08 when my appointment was at 1pm. i paid $70 for my nails to be all lopsided and super fat. also the staff is kind of annoying honestly. they talk shit and gossip and can be inappropriate and that's not the environment i enjoy being around when i'm trying to relax and get my nails done.. or ever because i don't enjoy ignorance or drama. i believe anthony is very ego centered and its almost nauseating to sit there and listen to some of the things said. i'm sure people who like to gossip and talk shit about everyone and their mother would probably like this place. but for an aware human, this place is trash. read more
