There are lucite barriers between desks and techs, and they made sure to sterilize all equipment with barbicide (more often they used entirely new tools for each customer and unwrapped it in front of us). They also made sure to sterilize the door handles, polish bottles, and cash register area after each customer. Masks, of course, are enforced. In all, I would regularly go to this salon if it was closer to me! The service here is awesome and the people working here are the nicest/are willing to chat with you if you'd like.

Appointments are required, and the place is rather small. Not big and fancy like others, but probably one of the better salons that I've been too. I made an appointment the day before and got there a little early to spend time picking out a color. Mind you, I'm more of a pedicure lady myself, but since I'm starting a new job tomorrow, I wanted to get a manicure instead. My tech was excellent. I got the royal treatment for only $18! That's an excellent deal, and after 10 visits, you get $15 off your next visit. Some of the treatments that came with my standard manicure were a hand massage, hot towel treatment, and a well done polish. Mind you, I didn't get the shellac, but if you did, I think it's $32. Overall a great place and worth the trip here. I will be back!

The guy had no idea what he was doing my nails are huge lumpy and gaudy AND ALL DIFFERENT LENGTHS. I am embarrassed to show up at my family event tomorrow with these horrendous nails. I told the guy taking care of them I had an event and needed my nails to look nice. I said I wanted them narrow and natural looking-at first he did the acrylic so thin it was bending then when I said something he added a crap ton more acrylic and made them extremely thick. One extreme to the next. The length of them are all different none of them match. After he was done destroying my nails I was so upset any human being could tell from the look on my face I was absolutely not happy about the way these turned out at all but nope they had no awareness apparently to ask if I wanted them fixed. I literally told the man 15 times to file them and drill them better but he barely did anything. Then they swapped me to another guy to paint my nails, he rushed through so fast and slopped the polish all over and on my skin and cuticles. I will never go back here again. I paid 52$ for absolute garbage nails. I even tried to file them at home and fix them and I cannot fix these. Im extremely upset and didn't even want to pay for these. There is no way in hell someone would look at these and say "well they don't look too bad." No because they look absolutely horrible. One nice thing I will say is the guy was kinda polite BUT he barely did anything I requested-just half assed everything I asked him to fix-which I should not be asking him to fix nails he is supposed to be trained to do. I wish I would have read the reviews before using this place as a backup because mine was slammed and I didnt want to wait an hour. Next time I'll just wait an hour then literally throwing my hard earned money in the trash. Im embarrassed to have these huge ass gaudy nails tomorrow for my family event. My toddler could do a better job than this. Im so extremely upset my face was telling the entire time. I asked over and over for him to make them narrow and drill them down more and he barely did anything to fix them after repeatedly asking. I didnt want to keep saying the same thing over and over. I usually make an appt online, but even the times I have walked in, I have not had to wait more than 10 min. They remember all of their customers and everyone is so nice. The services are the best! Again, the literal WALLS of color choices is unmatched by any other salon I have been to, gel or regular polish! This past weekend I received a regular polish mani (natural nails) and pedi and it was $65.
