Some food items are gluten free, dairy free and soy free. Good service from the eatery staff. The place was busy during lunch hours but good service. Just note, hand sanitizer is provided at the cashier and there are restrooms available for customers only. I love the comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The Salmon bowl with organic quinoa, roasted sweet potatoes, and broccoli are delicious and healthy! On top of that, meals come in compostable fiber takeout bowls along with disposable utensils made of plastic. If you care about cutting waste, the same as I do, it makes sense to carry reusable utensils made of stainless steel.
