The food is so yummy, my friend/coworker recommended me this place as she was raving about their flaky VEGAN patties and sea moss smoothies. Today, I caved in after the gym and I am satisfied I did. I got the vegan jerk plantain Pattie, which was sooooo good I almost forget it wasn't meat. I also got the get up stand up smoothie which was perfectly blended. I would return for more items! Service was well, no complaints there. The ambiance was calm with seating to munch on your purchase or catch up with a friend. Thank you guys for the lunch and keep up the great work! read more

recommended by my friend whose a regular , today was my first time at natural blends with indoor and outdoor seating I browsed the menu and landed on the quinoa waffles, when I say these were so good! It was unreal! You would've never known they weren't anything other than a good waffle so crispy and crunchy on the outside yet so buttery and soft on the inside , I got them topped with cinnamon and bananas which took it to the next level, the syrup was light and sweet, my latte was simple and to the point as a good latte should be! my friend got the banana bread and a cappuccino and I could tell he enjoyed every bite ! would definitely come back! read more

Everything here is to die for, I love their vegan take on Jamaican patties and their spicy sauce that accompanies the patties is absolutely delicious. I tried their smoothies this time, the sea moss smoothie was absolutely delicious and did not taste weird at all, with a beautiful blend of delicious berries this was an absolute treat. Staff here is super friendly. The space is small, but the pumpkin patties were super fresh and I could not wait to take them home and eat them and preferred to just sit on the stool and eat them on the spot. This is a place my friends and I come to over and over again. If you are in the neighborhood, please check out this amazing gem. read more

AWESOME spot for vegetarian/mostly vegan Jamaican food. (They do have a few menu items with fish that are clearly labeled.) Their slogan is "there is no guilt in our pleasure," and I believe this is accurate! They serve a variety of food, from comforting dishes (like lasagna and mac and cheese) to straight up health food (like acai bowls and ginger shots), and everything seems high quality and free of excess oil and salt. They have a great lineup of baked goods. I tried the banana bread and the pumpkin bread and loved both, especially the oats and walnuts they were topped with. I had to try the 7 grain porridge (they have a rotating porridge each day) and really enjoyed it; it was warm and spiced and just the right level of sweetness. One of my other favorite items was the 13 bean soup, with hearty potato and carrot chunks. I also enjoyed the veggie lasagna and the steamed callaloo. They were also super welcoming and helpful in answering my questions about the menu. I would definitely return here for a meal next time I'm in the area, and I hope to try their other locations. read more

I absolutely love the patties here I typically get the pumpkin and the "chicken." Never knew vegan patties could be so delicious although, I admit, I like the crust more than the fillings (I feel the same way about pie though) . service is friendly and their menu seems pretty varied although I've stuck to patties. Oh, and try the delicious fresh pressed ginger juice too! read more

I've had the jerk "chicken" and the pepper "steak" and a couple of the juices and they were all very delicious, I highly recommend this restaurant! read more

Lovely cafe! :) Natural Blend is a hip modern eatery in Brooklyn! It caught my eye because the whole ingredients that they use in their smoothies and foods. I order a the Tropical Green smoothie and it was lovely! So naturally sweet but tasted very nutritious. This may sound obvious but I really do appreciate smoothie cafe that use actual fruit and not powders/juices. I also enjoyed a fresh chicken patty that was straight from the oven that was delicious (though not pictures). read more

This place is awesome. It's also Black-Owned. *Looks everyone directly on the eye* So y'all betta check it out. Okay! So I came here to add to the breakfast I already ordered. Don't judge me. I got the cornmeal porridge which was really good. I'm Caribbean, so some porridge in the morning always hits the spot. I like that it wasn't too sweet. I also got one of their house beverages. No, not the wine! Cause they're a juice bar. *Looks everyone directly in the eye* It was the sea moss and it was so good! It's made with almond milk and nutmeg and all those warm delicious flavor notes. If y'all catch me on another day.....I would've added rum to it. But...I had vodka earlier. Amen! So bottom line is...get yo bottom to Natural Blend! Thank me later....or today. Actually, I'll leave that up to you. read more

Love the vibe! Super nice staff, great reggae music and drinks are delicious! Large selection of baked goods, bean, veggie, fish & chicken patties and bottled juices. Seamoss was a bit too sweet for me but very tastey, i just drank it a little at a time. Sorrel tastes authentic which is hard to find! I highly recommend Tropical Green (w/ almond milk) smoothie! Oh and my dad says their bathrooms are clean which is always a plus! And if he says they're clean, trust me they are! Lol read more

I'm so glad I passed by Natural Blend. This restaurant focuses on foods that are vegan/vegetarian/pescatarian friendly. Having Natural Blend as an alternative food option in the area is a definite plus compared to all of the fast food places in the surrounding blocks. The space itself is very nice. There are enough tables to dine in or even do work on the computer. I was in the mood for something light today, so I opted to get the "Kale Mary" smoothie. The smoothie was delicious! The prices are also very reasonable, and the ladies who work at the counter were very pleasant! I'd definitely be back again to try some of the vegan entrees! read more

Natural Blend is one of my go-tos for breakfast. They have all healthy options, lots of smoothies, and fresh juices, all Caribbean or Caribbean inspired. I usually stop in for ackee & saltfish, with a side of breadfruit, and callaloo. I'll grab a seamoss smoothie or a sorrel and then Im on my way. It hits every time. read more

I've been a humongous fan of Natural Blend since they were just a single store front on Washington Avenue. I was introduced to them by a friend who lived walking distance from their Crown Heights location and I've been hooked ever since. When leaving the gym one afternoon, I walked down Church Ave and nearly knocked someone over so that I could take a good look at what I believed to be a new Natural Blend location. The universe truly answers us because I always said I wished for there to be a Natural Blend in Flatbush and it is finally here! Okay, let me get the point of what people actually wanna hear about: "the food." The breakfast porridges are delicious. My favorite is the 7-grains porridge. Very hearty and filling. Even better if you get it with a pastry, like banana bread or lemon tart. The Ital stew is any vegan/vegetarian's dream. It's curry, packed with veggies, potatoes, pimento, and all the other amazing things that a Jamaican soup usually consists of but without meat. Don't get me started on the patties! The pumpkin and 'fish' are flaky, buttery, and too scrumptious!! Just get there already. Much love to Natural Blend! Sincerely, your favorite customer, hehe :) read more

1st I ordered a Seamoss smoothie which was ok, had to add agave for my taste and it tasted better... Then I ordered a large jerk chicken with Mac&cheese and rice and peas it was very good , I also ordered a fish patty , it was ok but a lil salty ... Definitely, will be back soon read more

I stumbled upon this place. The food was really good - I had the jerk chicken. It was spicy but not overly so. My mouth is tingling with joy. The people were friendly and helpful. I will be back without a doubt. Many other options to try. Highly recommended. read more

This place has many surprises which I love. They can offer smoothies and natural juice all the way to curry chicken and rice. I think they have the best combination of foods on their menu. I love the variety and the taste of everything I've had so far. read more

Smoothies and food is good. But the staff...horrible. They don't smile or say good morning. There is definitely a lack of customer service. It can't be that every day at 7:30am all the staff is in a bad mood I even asked the lady attending me if she was okay. It is very disappointing because this place has potential. However, if the staff continues with that type of attitude in the mornings, the business will slowly start losing customers. And also, I had to wait 20 minutes for one protein shake because the lady was still making coffee and setting up. Maybe more staff in the morning would be helpful ‍ 1 Star because customer service makes a huge difference. read more

I got a Mac and cheese which was utterly disgusting. There was no flavor at all, I was just eating cooked noodles. I have been a vegan for a few years now and I've come to accept the acquired taste of vegan cheese, but this Mac and cheese had NO TASTE at all, not even a lick of seasoning. I was so disappointed. However I did also order the fresh bread which was extremely delicious, super soft and yummy. read more

I'm was surprised of how delicious everting I purchased was. I had the curry chicken with rice& peas. OMG the sweet potato pattie was made with perfection. I also had there sea moss & ginger drink. I will definitely put this restaurant in my weekly rotation. read more

Enjoyed the Ital Stew, which didn't miss a beat. It delivered the flavorful punch of a traditional Caribbean curry plate while still being veggie-filled. I had a side of the steamed cabbage and mac and cheese. Definitely would order again. Good smoothies and good food. I just wish they used cleaner ingredients to make their smoothies. If everything is natural, organic fruit and better milk options should be used. Especially not oatly and almond breeze. read more

Love, love love Natural Blend. The food is good is vegan. Their callaloo, and kale patties are out of this world. Don't even get me started on their juices. You must try their sorrel, sea moss, and ginger beer juices. They make them and they're absolutely amazing. read more

This place is so good and they have so many options. I highly recommend. I have breakfast here. And the staff is very kind

Came to Natural Blend a few weeks ago since I was craving a fresh fruit smoothie. The smoothie was very good, even my 10 year old daughter sucked it down (good thing)... the food however, was quite lacking in flavor. I've had vegan patties before elsewhere, so I decided why not...right ? WRONG!!.. i ordered the lentil patty and a side of chow mein; neither had much flavor. I love lentils, but it truly tasted like bland lentils stuffed into a yellow flaky crust. The chow mein noodles was far too hard and took forever to come out. I would go back to Natural Blend when the craving for a smoothie or juice arises. Maybe I'll try something else, like the soup. Solid 3.5 stars ! read more

I love Natural Blend. The customer service is always good. Their patties, porridge and fresh smoothies are usually tasty. However this bottled seamoss smoothie was rancid in flavor and was malodorous. There was no expiration date to indicate when the drink was made or date best used by. Evidently this smoothie was spoiled and they were still selling them in the refrigerators. Buyers be aware. read more

Yay! So excited this place finally opened. Ital food plus coffee shop/smoothies, etc. Super clean and spacious, many yummy veggie options, including callaloo patties, my fave. Lunch and dinner specials like curry and jerk chicken made with vegan proteins served with rice and peas and cabbage. They have breadfruit!! It's a really nice place to come sit and eat and do work--big tables and outlets. Dunno wifi situation, but no matter what it's better than *$. Cannot wait to come back! read more

Started coming here this week (been back twice now) and I've been very pleased. The first time I was indecisive and wasn't sure what I wanted but one of the employees (not sure if he was the owner) helped me settle on the Apple, Mango, ginger juice and it was amazing (I love ginger). This has now become a semi-regular stop for me -- it's super clean, you can sit inside (they have outside seating in the back), the quinoa waffle is also bomb. I will say I've visited often since then and the young women who work there aren't generally pleasant, otherwise I'd give it 5 stars! read more

THE BEST SMOOTHIE I'VE EVER HAD. HANDS DOWN. And I drink a lot of smoothies... Gosh this place is amazing. I just had my first Natural Blend experience. It popped up in my neighborhood so I would walk by it all the time but hadn't gone in. I was craving a smoothie this morning so I thought I'd check it out. I'm so glad I did. It's a cute spot! And the staff is very friendly. I got the cacao nut smoothie and added blueberries to it, so good I was very pleased. AND I also tried the split pea patty, and it was also very good. The crust was super flaky. Everyone in the neighborhood, try this place out!! read more

Smoothies are good, but I could say otherwise about the service. I've tried other locations and received better service. In the era of Covid, no one should be preparing foods without gloves. The. Best. Patties!!! You can't go wrong with their patties, they have all kinds of vegan patties and they're all delish - buttery, flaky crust and great insides. Love the fish and chicken flavors.
