I am HOOKED on Natural Blend. Definitely recommend the patties, they're my favorite. Personally I love the split pea & the callaloo patties. They also make really good juices and smoothies, but normally I go there for the patties since it's a little bit more affordable, yet still vegan and delicious! Food was so GOOOOOOOOOOD! The staff were very friendly as well. I got the medium jerked "chicken" with rice and cabbage and a callaloo Patty. The patty was nice and flaky and full of flavor. The jerked chicken was so flavorful and full of spice, I couldn't believe it was vegan. Having ital/Vegan foods available in your community is so important. I love the Ital stew and Ital Ackee options. Smoothies are usually on point. Their baked goods are tasty as well, I reccomend the Cassava Pone. I would give 5 stars for food but 3 for customer service. I use to be a frequent customer but their customer service needs some work. The ladies there always seem to have an attitude, I don't know if it's with me personally. But when my food was ready one of the staff shouted in a rude manner, shoved the food on the counter, and walked away. A man that was standing on line saw the disrespect, he met with my eyes and greeted me while looking back at the cashier in disbelief. The cashier herself, seemed to notice her behavior did not go unwarranted. The male staff never have a problem with anyone and are always warm and polite. The sistahs need to work on their customer service or find a new career. I won't be going back anytime soon. Smh, I love to support Black owned business but showing respect and appreciation to your customers is a must! read more

My favorite vegan restaurant in Flatbush! The lattes, patties, pastries, meals and smoothies are sooooo good. I love how they have sea moss as an added option for the smoothies. I do agree that the staff needs to have more of a positive energy when dealing with customers but......overall this place is just amazing! read more

Haven't tried the juice but tried the impossible burger and it's good but I was told it's on multigrain bread but it's on a hamburger bun. Barely any avocado but the price seems high for just a burger with no sides. read more

I came into this juice bar like I always do you purchase a particular type of shake that I usually order due to my dietary restrictions. Generally I am assisted by warm friendly individuals that listen to my order and are able to complete it with no issue. Today I was assisted by an individual I normally see working at the counter but has never assisted me. I've noticed that she is seriously lacking in the area of customer service but nevertheless I placed my order. First of all, her disinterest in working in the establishment resulted in my order being incorrect, TWICE. The second time I threw it out because I didn't have the energy to literally oversee what she was doing a third time. Service really translates to what an establishment is producing. When I contacted the establishment before writing this review, I was met with the same apathy and disinterest. It was probably the same person, because I can't understand why an owner or manager doesn't care about wasting product due to carelessness on the part of their employee. So that's the beginning and the end of my relationship with this establishment. I'll walk the extra two blocks in the opposite direction to Total Body Supplement & Juice Bar--great place, go there instead. You'll be heard and greeted with a smile. read more
